What crypto casinos don’t publish: 19 of 24 contradict their own terms
The counts cover 24 crypto casinos’ own documents, checked field by field, and 24 public bet feeds. A casino that publishes nothing is marked silent. A question we haven’t checked yet is marked as our gap.Cross-casino research

Crypto casino disclosure sources: 24 casinos’ documents and 24 bet feeds, counted apart
All 24 casinos publish a live bet feed on their own site, and we capture every one. We checked the documents of 24 of them field by field, between Sep 9, 2026 and Oct 4, 2026. Feed findings and document findings are always counted apart.
The five states a fact can be in
Four describe the casino. The fifth describes a gap in our own research, and it never adds to the others.
- Published
The casino states a value you can act on before you sign up. About the casino.
- Two answers
Two of the casino’s own documents give different answers to the same question. About the casino.
- Mentioned only
The casino says the value exists but never states it. At most it points you to the cashier, the offer, a VIP host or a list it doesn’t print. About the casino.
- Not published
The casino says nothing about it in any of the documents we checked. About the casino.
- Not checked by us
We haven’t looked yet. That gap is ours, and it never counts against the casino. About us.
Crypto casino withdrawal fees: 9 of 24 show none before you sign up
All 24 casinos have an answer on file for this one. 14 publish their fee, 1 publish two different ones, 4 mention one without a schedule, and 5 say nothing about it.
14
Publish their fee
A figure, or a plain “no withdrawal fee is charged”, which answers the question as fully as a number.
1
Publish two answers
Two of the casino’s own documents give different fees, and the casino doesn’t say which one applies.
4
Mention a fee, publish no schedule
A fee exists or may apply, but the amount shows in the cashier at best.
Crypto casino disclosure ledger: 11 questions across 24 casinos
Every row covers all 24 researched casinos exactly once.
The bottom row totals 11 questions × 24 casinos = 264 answers. It counts answers, not casinos, and the 0 unchecked ones are our gaps.
The same ledger, one row per casino
Read down a column to compare casinos on one question, or across a row to see how much of one casino’s record is public. Each name links to its review.

Crypto casino dispute resolution: 19 of 24 name nobody to appeal to
5 of 24 casinos name an independent body you can take a dispute to once support says no. The other 19 name none, so the casino has the last word.
The 5 that name a body
500 CasinoResolvo
Resolvo, a CGA-certified ADR provider at Hydraweg 3, Curaçao (www.resolvocuracao.com, info@resolvocuracao.com, +599 9675 3176), named in the Terms and the Complaints Policy.
BetFuryEGIS-ADR
EGIS-ADR, contactable at disputes@egis-adr.com (Terms §22.7)
CloudbetCADRE
CADRE (the Curaçao Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity)
ShockCADRE
CADRE, the Curaçao Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity
WinnaEGIS
EGIS
The 19 that name none
None of these casinos names a dispute body in the documents we checked, so each one counts as the casino’s silence.
A named body doesn’t prove a working route. The casino’s documents can’t show whether it is signed up with that body, or whether the body would hear your case.
Crypto casino terms: 19 of 24 publish two different answers to the same question
That happens 67 times across the 19 casinos. Each card shows both readings side by side, with a link to their sources.
Rainbet
7 contradictionsHow many network confirmations does Rainbet need?
Each coin needs its own number of confirmations, which differs by coin and isn’t listed (help article “Crypto deposit has not been credited?”)
Crypto deposits are “credited as soon as the network reaches one confirmation” (homepage marketing)
The help center lists no confirmation count for any coin. The homepage’s marketing block credits a deposit at one confirmation.
Both readings and their sources →Do you have to wager your deposit before withdrawing from Rainbet?
“All crypto deposits will be subject to a 1x wager lock.” You have to wager each deposit once before you can withdraw it or send it as a tip
“There are no withdrawal commissions if you roll over (wager) the deposit at least 1 time” (Terms §8.2). No commission figure is published for a deposit withdrawn unplayed
Terms §8.7 locks every crypto deposit until you wager it once. Terms §8.2 speaks of a withdrawal commission on an unplayed deposit instead, and names no figure.
Both readings and their sources →What bonus does Rainbet offer?
40x Wager Locked: a 100% first-deposit match plus free spins on Sweet Bonanza (help article “First Deposit Promotion”, updated September 1, 2026)
Two promotions, Wager Lock and No Wager Lock, each on a deposit from $30 to $700. No Wager Lock unlocks “Wager amount x 1% x 20%” as you play (Promotions Terms and Conditions)
The help center says Rainbet has one first-deposit promotion. The promotions terms describe two, Wager Lock and No Wager Lock, and the homepage’s marketing block spreads Wager Lock over three deposits.
Both readings and their sources →What is the Rainbet bonus wagering requirement?
40x the deposit plus the bonus. A $100 deposit becomes $200 and needs $8,000 wagered before a cash withdrawal
Taking a promotion means a wager “twice the usual amount” before withdrawal (Terms §8.2)
The two bonus articles set 40x the deposit plus the bonus. Terms §8.2 says only that a promotion means a wager “twice the usual amount” before a withdrawal.
Both readings and their sources →What is the max bet on a Rainbet bonus?
1% of the deposit per bet (help article “Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions”)
“Max bet when active is 2% of deposit amount” (Promotions Terms and Conditions)
The help center’s bonus terms cap a bet at 1% of the deposit. The promotions terms and the homepage’s marketing block say 2%.
Both readings and their sources →How often does Rainbet pay rewards?
Rakeback: Claimable every 15 minutes, based on total wagered. Part of it feeds the Daily Reload · Daily Reload: Unlocks 3 times a day, every 8 hours. Expires if not claimed within 24 hours · Daily Bonus: From 00:00 UTC every day · Weekly Bonus: From 00:00 UTC every Monday · Pre-Monthly Bonus: On the 16th of each month, based on the last 30 days. Silver and up · Monthly Bonus: From 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month.
“Your daily reward is claimable only until the next daily reward is issued” (help article “Calendar Rewards”)
Two help articles time the Daily Bonus differently. The rewards overview: claimable once every 24 hours and “builds up for up to 72 hours” (help article “Rewards Overview”).
Both readings and their sources →Does Rainbet publish the same list anywhere else?
Twice, in the KYC guideline of Terms §20.1. Proof of ID (Terms §20.1): the §4.1.3 countries, with “Curacao” and “United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland” spelled that way.
The proof-of-residence check in Terms §20.1 rejects an address in a restricted country, listed as the §4.1.3 countries “and Cyprus”.
Cyprus is not on the Terms §4.1.3 list. The proof-of-residence copy in Terms §20.1 adds it.

Rakebit
6 contradictionsHow long do Rakebit withdrawals take?
A withdrawal “should be approved or denied within two (2) days”, and you can roll the request back until it is finalized.
“Confirm, and funds are sent instantly, subject only to blockchain confirmation times.” “Withdrawals are sent instantly and arrive as soon as the blockchain confirms, usually within minutes.”
The homepage and its FAQ say withdrawals go out instantly. The Payment Policy gives Rakebit two days to approve or deny one and lets anti-fraud checks stretch that to seven days or more.
Both readings and their sources →What is the minimum withdrawal at Rakebit?
40 EUR or equivalent in fiat, and a published per-coin table: Bitcoin (BTC) 0.00042, Litecoin (LTC) 0.52, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) 0.23, Dogecoin (DOGE) 222.22, Cardano (ADA) 55.6, Ripple (XRP) 17.17 and 15 more.
The homepage’s limits table: minimum deposit “~$5 in crypto equivalent”, minimum withdrawal “~$10 in crypto equivalent”.
The Payment Policy sets 40 EUR in fiat and a per-coin table with 40 USDT, 40 USDC and 40 DAI. The homepage says about $10 in any coin. Both were live on Oct 4, 2026.
Both readings and their sources →Is there a withdrawal limit or max payout at Rakebit?
Maximum 10,000 EUR in any 24 hours and 50,000 EUR in any 30 days, “unless a larger amount has been agreed by us”
Non-jackpot winnings capped at 20,000 EUR per month, split over 5,000 EUR per day and 10,000 EUR per week, raisable by VIP level
The Terms of Use and the Payment Policy carry the same effective date, July 15, 2025, and set daily and monthly ceilings that differ by a factor of two to five. Neither document refers to the other. The homepage says withdrawal “limits scale up to $500,000 depending on your level”.
Both readings and their sources →What bonus does Rakebit offer?
1st casino bonus: 100% up to 500 EUR / min dep 30 EUR / wager x40 / 10 days · 2nd casino bonus: 50% up to 1,000 EUR / min dep 30 EUR / wager x40 / 10 days · 3rd casino bonus: 150 free spins / min dep 30 EUR / wager x40 / 10 days
Asked “What is the welcome offer, exactly?”, the homepage FAQ answers: “New players receive 100% rakeback on their first $1,000 in total wagers (loyalty levels 1-9).”
The Bonus Policy, last updated June 19, 2024, lists three deposit bonuses as the welcome offer. The homepage calls the welcome offer 100% rakeback on the first $1,000 wagered, and the promotions page showed no casino deposit bonus on Oct 4, 2026.
Both readings and their sources →What is the minimum deposit for a Rakebit bonus?
All three casino offers state a 30 EUR minimum deposit.
The “Additional conditions” paragraph directly beneath them says “Welcome bonus is given to any user making a deposit of at least 20 EUR or equivalent”.
The same document gives two different qualifying deposits.
Both readings and their sources →Can you use a VPN at Rakebit?
“No documents, no selfies with your passport. VPN-friendly by design.” “Combined with VPN-friendly access and support for privacy coins like Monero and Zcash, your session stays your business.” “The platform is also VPN-friendly.”
Not stated in the Terms of Use. The Bonus Policy treats “using a VPN or masking IP address” as bonus-related fraudulent activity.
The homepage calls the site “VPN-friendly” three times, once in its FAQ. The Bonus Policy lists “using a VPN or masking IP address” as fraud that can cost you a bonus. The Terms of Use, the contract, never mention VPNs.

500 Casino
5 contradictionsWhich coins can you withdraw from 500 Casino?
500 Casino does not offer direct real-money withdrawals. Withdrawals are cryptocurrency, or P2P items for CS2 and Rust through a connected Steam account.
The homepage FAQ says 500 Casino “supports FIAT transactions, allowing you to deposit and withdraw using” Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers, with availability varying by region.
The help center says there are no real-money withdrawals. The homepage FAQ lists five card and bank routes you can withdraw with. Both pages are live, and neither says which one is right.
Both readings and their sources →Do you have to wager your deposit before withdrawing from 500 Casino?
Players must play through the full value of each deposit at least once before withdrawing. The Terms call it an anti-money-laundering rule that applies to all deposits and comes on top of any bonus WR (Terms, “Deposits and Withdrawals”).
The help center states the play-through applies “depending on the deposit method you have chosen”, and names real-money and voucher deposits as the ones that always require wagering first
Since Sep 24, 2026, the Terms say the play-through applies to all deposits. The help center still makes it depend on how you deposit, and lists crypto in and skins out as allowed. Both are 500 Casino documents, and neither says which one wins.
Both readings and their sources →Can you withdraw to a different wallet at 500 Casino?
The Terms say withdrawals are restricted to the deposit method you used, and crypto goes back to the wallet address the matching deposit came from. A new or different wallet needs enhanced verification of you and the wallet, and third-party wallets are not allowed (Terms, “Cryptocurrency Terms”).
Each depositable cryptocurrency has its own balance, alongside a MAIN balance. A BTC deposit credits the BTC balance, and all gameplay and winnings from it stay in that balance. MAIN balance → Any cryptocurrency, or skins · A specific cryptocurrency balance → That cryptocurrency only, or skins · Any balance → Skins, to keep the P2P shop liquid. 500 Casino states the separate balances were introduced in May 2022 as a mandatory step to remain compliant with anti-money-laundering law.
The help center still lets the MAIN balance pay out in any coin and any balance pay out as skins, whatever the deposit was. The Terms tie each withdrawal to the method you deposited with. Neither document mentions the other.
Both readings and their sources →When does a 500 Casino bonus expire?
Bonus spins must be claimed within the first 48 hours, and bonus balance is available for 14 calendar days
Clause 5.1: unless specified differently, bonus spins must be claimed or played within 30 days and bonus balance wagered within 72 hours
Both readings sit in the same Bonus Terms document. The general clause opens with “unless specified differently”, which may mean it yields to the welcome section, but the document never says so. If the general clause wins, you get 72 hours to wager the bonus balance instead of 14 days.
Both readings and their sources →Do you have to wager a 500 Casino deposit with no bonus?

BetFury
5 contradictionsWhich networks does BetFury pay out on?
The homepage says BetFury “supports 18 networks, such as ERC-20, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, and TRC-20”. A withdrawal goes back over the network you deposited with (Terms §9.11)
The help center says “At the moment, BetFury has over 40 currencies and 14 networks.”
The homepage counts 18 networks and the help center 14, and neither lists them all. The cashier docs name ERC-20, BNB Chain, Arbitrum and Optimism for ETH deposits alone.
Both readings and their sources →Do you have to wager your deposit before withdrawing from BetFury?
Crypto deposits carry a 100% wager for casino, 300% for sports and 1000% for BetFury Futures before a withdrawal can be made (Terms §17.1)
The help center repeats the same rule with no exemption for BFG deposits or Rank 5.
Terms §17.1 exempts BFG deposits and players of Rank 5 and higher. The help center’s version of the rule leaves that exemption out
Both readings and their sources →Is there a max cashout on BetFury bonuses?
The most a Welcome bonus can pay to your main balance is 1.2x the deposit bonus first credited, and 1.5x the free-spin amount. The rest of the bonus balance is deducted (Welcome Pack terms).
The promo-pack terms and the help center cap every bonus payout at 1.5x the initial bonus. In the help center’s example, $50 from free spins grown to $300 pays out $75.
The Welcome Pack terms cap a welcome deposit bonus at 1.2x. The promo-pack terms and the help center say 1.5x for every bonus, and no page says which one wins for the Welcome Pack.
Both readings and their sources →What can’t you do while a BetFury bonus is active?
The bonus balance works only in the Bonus Wagering games, never on table games, special games, some slots and live games, or for Coindrop, Tips and Rain. Vault transfers are blocked, multi-round games without the proportional split are off, and bonus bets stay out of jackpot and auction pools, promotions, tournaments, battles and Rank progress (Welcome Pack terms).
The help center says “Table, Special and Sports Betting categories are not available with active bonuses.”
The Welcome Pack terms let you bet on sports with an active bonus, and the help center says you can’t. The Welcome Pack terms split every eligible bet between the main and bonus balances in proportion. The help center says real funds are used first and bonus funds only once real funds are lost.
Both readings and their sources →Which countries does BetFury block?
The original Terms §3.3 names 71 territories, opening “For various legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit accounts to be opened or used by customers resident in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to:”
The betfury.ca Terms that betfury.com linked for us name 21.
The betfury.ca Terms §3.3 name 21 territories and keep the same open-ended closing sentence. Australia and every EU country on the original list are missing from it, while China, Haiti, Libya, South Sudan, Venezuela and New Brunswick appear only there. Which setup you get depends on the domain, and may depend on where you connect from. betfury.com showed us the Tobique setup with prices in Canadian dollars, while the Internet Archive’s capture of betfury.com the same day landed on bf1.io, which shows the Curaçao one.

Gamdom
5 contradictionsWho pays the network fee at Gamdom?
A small, variable fee based on the network and the chosen speed, deducted from the amount withdrawn (help center). You pick from Slow, Standard and Fast (help article “How to Withdraw”).
Standard, Fast and Turbo (help article “Cryptocurrency Transaction Fees”)
Two Gamdom help articles give the same three speeds different names.
Both readings and their sources →Does Gamdom pay big wins in installments?
Large withdrawals may be paid in structured installments for operational, security or compliance reasons, on a schedule Gamdom communicates. No size threshold is published (Terms §5)
“No limits are imposed on the amount you want to withdraw, allowing you to withdraw all your winnings at once” (About Us)
About Us promises the opposite of the installment clause in the Terms.
Both readings and their sources →When does a Gamdom bonus expire?
6 hours to activate, then 7 days of boosted rakeback (welcome offer page, the “Gamdom Rewards” article and the site FAQ)
“up to 15% Instant Rakeback during the first 6 hours after creating your account” (article “What is rakeback…”, updated February 2026)
The offer page, the rewards article and the site FAQ give you 6 hours to activate, then 7 days of boost. The older rakeback article puts the whole boost inside your first 6 hours.
Both readings and their sources →How often does Gamdom pay rewards?
Three reward types: Instant, Weekly and Monthly (help articles on rakeback and rewards, the Rewards page). Instant: claimable as soon as it reaches the $0.10 minimum, and never expires once unlocked. Weekly: calculated every Monday. Claim it within the week or it is replaced or expires. Monthly: calculated on the 1st of each month. Claim it within the month or it is replaced or expires.
Four pools: Instant, Daily, Weekly and Monthly (promotions page). The promotions page says Instant rakeback can be converted to a Reload paid with a 25% bonus over seven days.
The promotions page adds a daily pool that neither the help center nor the Rewards page mentions.
Both readings and their sources →Does Gamdom’s ban follow where you live or where you are?
Both. The restriction covers residents of, and anyone temporarily located in, a listed territory (Terms §3.4).
The verification article says some restricted countries are missing from the KYC picker, and that “if you are temporarily travelling to a supported country, the system should allow you to select an available option and continue without any issues”.
Terms §3.4 bars residents of a listed territory even while they travel. The verification article lets a player whose country is missing from the KYC picker choose the supported country they are visiting.

Stake
5 contradictionsHow long do Stake withdrawals take?
No crypto time is given, and larger withdrawals may be held for manual processing (help article “Crypto: Help with Withdrawals”)
“crypto withdrawals should be processed immediately” and “Depositing and withdrawing via crypto is instant” (blog payments guide, September 4, 2026)
The blog, a marketing page, calls crypto payouts “instant”. The help center names no crypto time and holds larger withdrawals for manual processing.
Both readings and their sources →What is the minimum withdrawal at Stake?

“There are no minimum or maximum limits for any cryptocurrency payments at Stake” (blog payments guide). ETH minimum withdrawal 0.00062610, fee 0.00067447 (blog payments guide).
The blog says crypto has no minimum or maximum, then lists withdrawal minimums of its own, with a lower ETH minimum than the help center’s table.
Both readings and their sources →When does a Stake bonus expire?
Stake can cancel “all bonuses that have not been claimed within the claiming period or 60 days, the shorter of the two” (Terms §12.10)
Weekly bonus links “last for 3 months”, and a monthly coupon “will remain valid for 3 months” (help center)
The Terms let Stake cancel an unclaimed bonus after 60 days at most. The help center gives weekly bonus links and monthly coupons 3 months.
Both readings and their sources →Does Stake publish the same list anywhere else?
45 territories, without Switzerland since the June 30, 2026 archived copy (Terms §14.3).
Stake is “prohibited in many jurisdictions, including Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, and more” (casino lobby FAQ)
The lobby FAQ still names Switzerland, which the Terms dropped between May 19 and June 30, 2026.
Both readings and their sources →Where does Stake say it’s available?
The card deposit and card withdrawal tables list ZAR for South Africa, and EUR for 13 countries including Ireland and Croatia (help articles on card deposits and card withdrawals, updated August 22 and 24, 2026). The casino lobby lists ARS and MXN among its fiat options, the blog payments guide (September 4, 2026) links guides to transacting in Argentine and Mexican pesos, and the local-currency betting limits article (August 28, 2026) lists ARS, MXN and ILS.
Croatia, Ireland and South Africa are Prohibited Jurisdictions (Terms §14.3). Argentina, Mexico and Israel are Prohibited Jurisdictions (Terms §14.3).
Stake’s help center and lobby still list cards or currencies for six countries its Terms bar.

Winna
5 contradictionsCan you withdraw to a different wallet at Winna?
Terms §8.2: “Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for deposits, unless otherwise agreed and verified.” Payment Policy §4.3 repeats it and adds that where multiple deposit methods were used the withdrawal may be split across them.
The help center’s withdrawal guide tells you to paste a wallet address and sets no same-method condition.
Winna pays out in crypto only, and no Winna document explains what the same-method clause means for a crypto withdrawal. The clause is untested.
Both readings and their sources →What bonus does Winna offer?
One slider spin is awarded for each VIP level unlocked, used manually from the VIP Center. Prize values can reach over $1,000,000.
Potential rewards exceed $3,250,000
Both figures appear in the same help center article, roughly a screen apart. The VIP Program article repeats the $1,000,000 figure.
Both readings and their sources →What rakeback rate does Winna pay?
The VIP Program article states Platinum VIPs and higher “get up to 25% of their losses returned as a bonus”
The Lossback article states eligibility “begins at Platinum VIP level and above” but that lossback “is not credited or displayed automatically and must be requested through our Support team”, that “reaching an eligible VIP level does not guarantee that a Lossback bonus will be available”, that each request is individually reviewed, and that “Lossback can no longer be claimed directly through the VIP Center”
One article describes lossback as a tier entitlement. The other describes it as a discretionary bonus, granted only on request after an individual account review. Both state the percentage as a ceiling, and VIP level alone doesn’t set it.
Both readings and their sources →Which countries does Winna block?
Terms §4.3 prohibits 35 countries and jurisdictions, including two Canadian provinces, Ontario and New Brunswick.
AML/CTF Policy §24.1 restricts 21. AML/CTF Policy §24.2: the list is reviewed quarterly and updated based on Tobique and global sanctions data.
Fourteen territories are prohibited by the Terms and absent from the AML/CTF Policy’s restricted list, including three EU markets (Germany, the Netherlands, Spain) and the Canadian province of Ontario. The AML list is a strict subset of the Terms list, so the two documents cannot both be the current map.
Both readings and their sources →Where does Winna say it’s available?
The help center claims “Winna.com is available in 174+ countries worldwide” and names 22 of them: Canada (except Canadian Province of New Brunswick), Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Poland, Hungary, Ireland, Belgium, Malta, Cyprus, Latvia, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines.
Terms §4.3 prohibits Ontario by name.
The help center’s Canada line reads “Canada (except Canadian Province of New Brunswick)” and omits Ontario, which Terms §4.3 prohibits by name. If you’re in Ontario, the help center suggests Winna is open to you, and the Terms say it isn’t.

Moon Roll
4 contradictionsIs there a withdrawal limit or max payout at Moon Roll?
€10,000 a month, or €5,000 a month once your balance is ten times your deposits (Terms §9.6)
Daily limits by rank, from $1,000 a day up to $10,000 a day at Gold, and “Unlimited withdrawals” above Gold (help center, November 2024)
The Terms set a monthly cap, the help center a daily limit by rank. The homepage, a marketing page, promises “one crypto account, instant withdrawals”.
Both readings and their sources →Do you have to wager your deposit before withdrawing from Moon Roll?
A withdrawal before one full wager of the deposit is allowed, at an 8% fee with a €4 minimum (Terms §9.2)
“players are obligated to wager 100% of their deposit before initiating a withdrawal” (help article “Can I withdraw my deposit instantly?”, December 2024)
The Terms let an unwagered deposit leave for an 8% fee, at least €4. The help center says you must wager 100% of a deposit before any withdrawal.
Both readings and their sources →What can’t you do while a Moon Roll bonus is active?
Only the real-money share of a bet counts toward a challenge, and bets placed while a welcome offer is active are not eligible (Bonus Terms & Conditions).
“You are not eligible for challenges while completing a wager.” (help article “Deposit Bonus Requirements”, October 2024)
The bonus terms count the real-money share of a bet toward a challenge. The help center bars challenges while you wager.

The daily, weekly and monthly bonuses each “includes lossback”, in a program “Available from the start at Wood 1 rank” (help article “VIP Program Overview”, October 2024)
The VIP page reserves a lossback bonus for the top three tiers. The help center builds lossback into the daily, weekly and monthly bonuses from Wood 1.

The help center’s “Supported Cryptocurrency Networks” article lists eight coins and does not include BNB. The homepage FAQ lists nine and does include it. The homepage also says Shock “accepts both cryptocurrency and fiat deposits” and names USD, CAD, BRL, JPY, INR and MXN. The help center describes a crypto-only cashier, and Terms §5.1 describes debit and credit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers. No document reconciles the three.
Both readings and their sources →When does a Shock bonus expire?
The Bonus Terms say bonus amounts do not expire and can be used at any time.
Terms §7.4 reserves the right to cancel and remove any bonus amount not used within one month of the date awarded.
“Bonus amounts do not expire. They can be used at any time.” (Bonus Terms) against “shock.com reserves the right to cancel and remove any bonus amount awarded to you if such amount has not been used within 1 month from the date awarded.” (Terms §7.4).
Both readings and their sources →How often does Shock pay rewards?
Four: Weekly Bonus, Monthly Bonus, Level Up Reward and Race Reward (help center, “Ranks, rewards and bonuses”)
The homepage advertises Instant Rakeback, Constant Rakeback, Lossback, Daily Reloads, Free Spins and Sports Bonuses, and says rewards are claimable “every 6 hours, every day, every week, every month”
The help center article lists four reward types and no daily one, then contradicts itself two paragraphs later by saying “daily rewards follow an individual timer” and that “Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses expire”. The homepage adds a 6-hour cadence and an instant rakeback claimable every 30 minutes that the help center never mentions.

Chips
3 contradictionsWhich coins can you withdraw from Chips?
Nine coins in the help center’s full list of supported chains: BTC, ETH, TRX, LTC, BNB, USDT, USDC, SHIB and XRP. The withdrawal guide says every currency the form displays can be withdrawn
An older help article lists 12 coins, adding DAI, Binance USD (BUSD), PancakeSwap (CAKE).
An older help article, “Which currencies are supported at Chips.gg?”, lists 12 coins, the nine plus DAI, Binance USD (BUSD) and PancakeSwap (CAKE). The deposit-minimum table lists the same nine as the newer article.
Both readings and their sources →Which games count toward the Chips WR?
Wager × (game edge ÷ 0.035) = progress amount
The help center caps the edge at 4% instead. A $1 bet counts in full on a game with a 4% edge or more, and a game with a 1% edge counts $0.25, capped at the stake
The rollover terms count a 3.5%-edge game in full, and the help center needs 4% for that. On a 3.5%-edge slot, the terms count the whole stake and the help center counts 87.5% of it.
Both readings and their sources →Which countries does Chips block?
Chips’ terms name 25 restricted territories in §3.3, led by the United States “and her dependencies, military bases and territories”.
The help center names 26. The one it adds is Aruba.
The help center’s Restricted Countries article names 26 territories: the 25 in the terms, in alphabetical order, plus Aruba. It names the United States once, as “U.S.A or the U.S.A dependencies”, and closes “We reserve the right to refuse customers from any other country over and above the aforementioned jurisdictions at our own discretion.”

Cloudbet
3 contradictionsDoes Cloudbet charge a withdrawal fee?
A flat fee on each withdrawal, “paid by users to cover the transaction costs of moving the cryptocurrency out of their Cloudbet account”, set per coin and network and “determined by the blockchain network and can fluctuate without notice”
Terms §7.1.10 reserve “a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs”, and §7.3.8 let Cloudbet deduct deposit costs from a withdrawal when they exceed the revenue you generated
The fees page charges no deposit fee and one flat network-cost fee per withdrawal. The Terms reserve a handling charge of up to 5% on both, and neither document says when it applies.
Both readings and their sources →When does a Cloudbet bonus expire?
Rewards unlock on the calendar three times per day, with 12 hours to claim them
The Terms say Rewards Calendar amounts “unlock at 00:00 (UTC)”, with 24 hours to claim during the Welcome Package (§8.4.3.5) and “the claim period shown” after it (§9.5.6)
The rewards page and the Terms give different unlock times and claim windows for the same Rewards Calendar, and an unclaimed amount is forfeited.
Both readings and their sources →Is Cloudbet’s restricted list complete?
The help center says that “if your country isn’t listed in the restricted jurisdictions above, Cloudbet is available to you.”
Terms §7.1.3: “Save for the jurisdictions listed above, and any other jurisdiction in which the offering by Cloudbet of online sports betting and/or casino services for and/or with cryptocurrency or fiat currency is unlawful, you are permitted to use the Website.”
The help center treats the list as complete. The Terms add every other jurisdiction where Cloudbet’s offering is unlawful, so a country missing from the list isn’t cleared by the Terms.

Rollbit
3 contradictionsIs there a withdrawal limit or max payout at Rollbit?
After a $10 deposit and $10 wagered, “you can withdraw as much as you like” (FAQ). The help article says “there are no limitations on withdrawals”
Every account is suspended until KYC is done once it reaches a withdrawal threshold set by its risk profile, a figure Rollbit doesn’t publish (AML policy)
The FAQ and the help center promise no cap. The AML policy stops every account for KYC at a withdrawal threshold it never puts a number on. Rollbit may delay or cancel withdrawals for additional checks at its sole discretion (Terms §9.2).
Both readings and their sources →Which coins can you withdraw from Rollbit?
Minimums for USDC, USDT, DAI, PYUSD, BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, RLB, XRP, BNB, DOGE, TRX, ADA, BCH, LINK, POL, WETH and 12 other tokens, with no TON (help article “Deposit and Withdrawals”, August 2026)
60+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, XRP and TON (FAQ)
A third page gives a third list: BTC, ETH (“ERC-20 network only”), LTC, SOL, RLB and ERC-20 tokens including USDT and USDC (help article “How do I deposit?”, December 2023).
Both readings and their sources →What bonus does Rollbit offer?
“up to 70% of the house edge we receive from user bets” (FAQ). The homepage Rewards tile also says “of the house edge”
“up to 70% in value returned for every wager”, under the title “Up to 70% Rewards, Instant Rakeback” (the Rewards page’s own search description)
Two Rollbit pages put the same 70% on two different bases. The Partnership Program page tells affiliates that players “enjoy almost 50% of the house edge returned on every bet”.

DegenCity
2 contradictionsHow many network confirmations does DegenCity need?
Bitcoin (BTC): 1 · Ethereum (ETH): 6 · Litecoin (LTC): 1 · Tether (USDT): 6 · Tron (TRX): around 20 · USD Coin (USDC, ERC-20): around 30
The on-site FAQ prints four of the six rows and omits TRX and USDC entirely.
The six-coin table is from the help center. The on-site FAQ prints only four rows (BTC 1, ETH 6, LTC 1, USDT 6) and omits TRX and USDC entirely, although both are supported deposit assets. The four shared rows agree exactly.
Both readings and their sources →Which coins can you withdraw from DegenCity?
Crypto only. The help center states "only crypto withdrawals are currently supported"
Terms §5.2 describes fiat withdrawals "such as bank transfers or e-wallets, depending on your region" and states DegenCity charges no internal fee for them
The Terms document a fiat withdrawal rail that the help center says does not exist. Neither has been tested.

Reels.io
2 contradictionsHow long do Reels.io withdrawals take?
The finance department may take up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal request from a fully verified profile. The Company reserves the right to extend that for volume or technical reasons (Terms §8.13.2).
The homepage advertises payouts “typically in minutes”.
Up to 24 hours in the terms you agree to, “typically in minutes” in the homepage marketing.
Both readings and their sources →What are the Reels.io VIP tiers?
Terms §31.1: Novice, Bronze, Silver, Gold I–IV, Platinum I–VI, Diamond I–VI, Ultimate.
The live VIP page: Novice, Regular, Bronze, Silver, Gold I–IV, Platinum I–IV, Ultimate I–VI, Mythic I–II, Eternal.
Terms §31.1 and the live VIP page publish different ladders. The terms have a Diamond tier the VIP page does not. The VIP page has Regular, Mythic and Eternal tiers the terms do not. Platinum has six sublevels in one and four in the other, and Ultimate is a single top tier in one and a six-sublevel band in the other.

BC.Game
1 contradictionWhich countries does BC.Game block?
BC.Game’s Terms of Service bar 12 territories: Australia, Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, Union of the Comoros, United Kingdom, China (Mainland), Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, United States and its territories, plus “all FATF blacklisted countries, and any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority”.
The whitepaper still carries two older lists: the General Terms and Conditions name 9 territories (§5.2) and the User Agreement names 9 (§3.1).
The Terms of Service rank themselves above every other BC.Game policy (§3.2) and supersede “all previous understandings relating to the same subject matter” (§21.5). The whitepaper’s General Terms and Conditions and User Agreement were still live on Oct 4, 2026, and neither mentions them. 9 entries appear only in the whitepaper: Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Statia, St. Martin, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Hungary, Ontario. 7 appear only in the Terms of Service: Austria, Germany, Spain, Union of the Comoros, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR.

CoinCasino
1 contradictionIs there a withdrawal limit or max payout at CoinCasino?
A maximum of €50,000 in withdrawals per month (Terms §8.6)
The VIP Match page promises “No deposit or withdrawal limits when you use crypto”.
The terms cap withdrawals at €50,000 a month. A promotions page aimed at VIPs moving from other casinos says crypto has no limits.

Qzino
1 contradictionIs there a max cashout on Qzino bonuses?
Terms §9.6 caps payable winnings at $300,000 on any bet, spin, bonus round, free spin or purchased free spin. The docs cap each deposit bonus at $25,000 to $100,000 and set no separate cashout cap.
Spin the wheel and win up to $500,000 in BTC (bonus hub). The VIP page splits this into a Gold Wheel “up to $300k in BTC” and a Diamond Wheel “up to $500K”
Terms §9.6 caps payable winnings at $300,000 for any bet, spin, bonus round, free spin or purchased free spin. The advertised $500,000 wheel prize sits above that cap, and no page reconciles the two.

Whale.io
1 contradictionWhich games count toward the Whale.io WR?
Terms §21.2.3 and §21.3.1 both say the contribution rates are “set out in Section 5”. Section 5 contains no contribution rates. §21.3.1 then supplies “as a general guide” that slots typically contribute 100% and table games 10–20%, “though these rates are subject to change”.
The only figures offered are labeled a general guide (slots typically 100%, table games 10–20%) and disclaimed as subject to change in the same sentence.
The clause that tells a player where to find the binding rates points at a section that does not contain them, and the only figures offered are labeled a guide and disclaimed in the same sentence.

Crypto casino bet feeds: 11 of 20 show more paid out than staked
20 of the 24 feeds carry amounts we can compare in USD. 11 of them show more paid out than staked over the capture window. No complete record of play can do that. The ratio runs from 260.40% at Winna down to 73.64% at Cloudbet.
4 feeds with no comparable money
These feeds sit out the table above. Each one shows the reason its snapshot records.
AceBetCCY / REAL
CCY and REAL are the feed’s own units, with no established USD, fiat or crypto value.
DegenCityMissing stakes
302,272 settlements have no visible parent bet in the window, so the feed has no complete stake total.
RakebitReturn-skewed
172,607 of 172,609 captured bets show a positive return. With so few losses in the feed, it can’t be ranked on stake, net or bet count.
Whale.ioPayouts only
The feed never shows a bet that returned nothing, so stake, net and bet-count rankings would lean toward wins.
Crypto casino stake concentration: 10 account keys carry at least a third of the stake at 11 casinos
17 of the 24 feeds show an account key, so their top ten can be ranked by stake. At 11 of them, ten keys hold at least a third of that stake. What the stake covers differs by casino, so every row says what it is measured against.
A whole-feed share and an identified-part share measure different things, and the chip on each row says which. Cloudbet’s 61.3%, the largest identified-part share here, covers only the stake its feed ties to an account, not all the stake it published.
7 feeds we can’t measure
These feeds don’t let us measure concentration. That says nothing about whether their money is concentrated.
- AceBet
The top ten accounts are ranked in CCY and REAL, source labels with no known currency, so there is no USD stake to measure them against.
- CoinCasino
The feed has no account key, so no stake can be tied to an account.
- Moon Roll
Concentration is measured per unit. GEMS are dollars at Moon Roll’s $1 a gem, but an MRC stake has no fixed dollar value, so no single USD stake share covers Moon Roll’s accounts.
- Rakebit
The feed has no account key, so no stake can be tied to an account.
- Shock
The feed has no account key, so no stake can be tied to an account.
- Stake
The feed shows a player name on only 15.34% of rows, and the snapshot ranks no accounts by stake, so there is no top ten.
- Whale.io
The snapshot ranks public display names, which are not verified people or unique accounts, so the share isn’t an account share.
Crypto casino disclosure limits: what this page doesn’t claim
Six limits apply to every count above.
- 1
Nothing here says a casino is legal or illegal where you live.
The territory counts come from each casino’s own documents. Each restricted list is the casino’s own, not legal advice. A country missing from it is not permission to play.
- 2
No ratio on this page is a game’s RTP.
Each is payout ÷ stake on one public feed over one capture window. None is audited, and none proves a feed shows every bet.
- 3
Nothing here was tested with real money yet.
Our real-money tests (deposits, withdrawals, support) are coming soon. Every casino figure here is the casino’s own published claim, from the document named next to it.
- 4
A silence covers only the documents we checked.
Each casino’s review lists the pages we checked. A casino can publish a value somewhere else, and change any page without notice.
- 5
An unchecked cell is our gap, never the casino’s.
No ledger row is mostly unchecked. Dropping the questions we answered least would measure our research, not what casinos publish. So every row stays at full size.
- 6
This is not a ranking or a recommendation.
Publishing a figure doesn’t make a casino a better place to play. This page counts what is on the record and scores no casino.
