Its fairness page shows no client seed or nonce, and the RNG report in its footer dates from 2022 and never tested payback. betfury.com now names a Tobique license, betfury.io a Curaçao one, each with its own Terms, and any single win is capped at USD 300,000.

Is BetFury legit and safe?
Its licenses check out at their regulators. Tobique lists betfury.com and betfury.ca as VALID for Jety Games. The Curaçao license in the original Terms reads Active on its certificate, but its registry term ended July 31, 2026, “Assessment in progress”.

No. It proves two published values agree after the fact. We read the feed after settlement, so the hash can’t be shown to predate the bet. BetFury’s fairness page shows no client seed or nonce, and a hash says nothing about payout percentage.

No, it doesn’t show a fairness failure. 11,519 round-level links didn’t reproduce, all in coinflip and hilo, and every per-step seed and hash in those bets did. The round-level hash commits to a value the feed never exposes.

Only a pseudo-random generator, tested by SIQ in 2022. Its annex marks payback ratio and functional tests as not attached. It’s a real lab report, three years and nine months old, and certifies nothing about return to player or BetFury’s games.

No. Across 494,402 priced bets, the feed ratio is 99.15%, which is not a game’s RTP. Take out the single biggest payout and it reads 98.42%. Take out the hundred biggest and it reads 86.45%.

BetFury’s rakeback formula is Wager × house edge % × 10%. Claimable once every 20 minutes. Unclaimed rakeback expires after 90 consecutive days. No per-Rank rakeback figure is published, and the Rank article gives cashback only as a range, 6% to 25%.

No, not in the account settings. You get a session Time Alert and self-exclusion, but no deposit, loss or wager limit. The docs’ shortest exclusion is six months and irreversible, and the on-site page disagrees.

BetFury restricted countries: where can’t you play?
Two Terms, two listsBetFury publishes two restricted lists, one per set of Terms. The original Terms §3.3 blocks 71 territories, the US, the UK and most of the EU among them, and its help center copy lists 70, leaving out Lebanon. The betfury.ca Terms that betfury.com linked for us on Oct 4, 2026 block 21, the US and the UK included but no EU country. Every list opens with “including but not limited to” and lets BetFury add more at any time. This is BetFury’s list, not legal advice.
BetFury’s three restricted lists
Which Terms bind you depends on the site you use. betfury.io, the bf1.io mirror and the help center link the original Terms, and betfury.com and betfury.ca linked the betfury.ca Terms. BetFury never says how it picks. Read the betfury.ca Terms
- Original Terms §3.3: 71 territories. It names the Dutch Caribbean twice, once as “Netherlands Antilles” and again as separate Saba, Statia, Saint Martin and Aruba entries.
- Help center copy: 70 territories. The original clause in the same order, minus Lebanon. It’s the version you’re most likely to read.
- betfury.ca Terms §3.3: 21 territories. Australia and every EU country on the original list are missing. China, Haiti, Libya, South Sudan, Venezuela and New Brunswick appear only here.
Is BetFury available in Curaçao?
Not under the original Terms, which block the Dutch Caribbean, Curaçao included, even though they name a Curaçao license. A Curaçao licensee generally can’t serve the market that licensed it, so that license works as an export permit and gives no local consumer protection. The betfury.ca list doesn’t name Curaçao.
The help center still says “Since we have a Curacao license, BetFury is officially allowed in the countries where it is valid.” It names none of those countries.
The UK is blocked too, but BetFury’s responsible gambling docs still point you to GamStop, a UK-only scheme. Terms §3.4 puts the burden on you: “it is the responsibility of the player to verify whether gambling is legal in that particular jurisdiction.”
Can you use a VPN at BetFury?
Neither of BetFury’s Terms mentions a VPN or a proxy. Its help center’s login article does suggest changing your IP address when a login fails. Both Terms still bar playing from a jurisdiction that prohibits online betting (§3.18), and a breach lets BetFury close the account and withhold the money in it, deposit included (§6.3).

Which BetFury setup do you get?
It depends on the domain, and may depend on where you connect from. betfury.com showed us the Tobique setup, with prices in Canadian dollars. The Internet Archive’s capture of betfury.com the same day landed on bf1.io, which shows the Curaçao one. Open the archived capture
BetFury’s Tobique license
The seal in the betfury.com footer opens Tobique’s validator. It names JETY GAMES LIMITADA, trade name Betfury, lists www.betfury.com and betfury.com and reads “Operating status: VALID”, and the seal on betfury.ca opens a second record for that domain. Tobique’s list of license holders shows Jety Games Limitada with a B2C license to June 26, 2027. Neither page prints a license number, so № 0000084 is BetFury’s own figure.

BetFury’s Curaçao license
The original Terms (§1) and privacy policy and the betfury.io footer still name the Curaçao license, and the betfury.com footer no longer shows its seal. The CGA certificate portal still says Active, for betfury.com and for betfury.io. The CGA license registry says the term ended on July 31, 2026, with the status “Assessment in progress”. Neither record says the license is gone, but the regulator’s own systems disagree.

How common is “Assessment in progress”?
It’s the most common status in the CGA registry. 283 of the register’s 666 rows carry that status, which points to a renewal backlog across the regime rather than anything about BetFury.
Which company is your contract with?
The one the Terms on your site name. The betfury.ca Terms say the service is owned by JETY GAMES LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-934046 (betfury.ca Terms §1 and privacy policy), and put disputes under Tobique law. The original Terms say Universe B Games B.V., send complaints on to Gaming Services Provider N.V. and EGIS-ADR, and put disputes under Curaçao law (§22.6, §22.7, §26.6). The two sets also differ on the restricted list and on dormant accounts.
BetFury registered address: three versions
BetFury’s documents give three different addresses for Universe B Games B.V., most likely written at different times, and none is confirmed. Tobique’s validator puts Jety Games Limitada in Costa Rica.

BetFury KYC: when can it ask for ID, and what does it want?
Any time, published timelineBetFury can ask for KYC at any time, at deposit or withdrawal, and publishes no threshold. The basic check is photo ID and a utility bill. The extended check adds a selfie plus your occupation, source of funds and source of income.
BetFury also publishes a KYC timeline, which many casinos don’t. The Terms set 7 days for a first response and 30 days for the whole check.
BetFury’s “Anonymous Play” claim
The homepage lists “Privacy & Anonymous Play” first among BetFury’s pros and says “Thanks to the confidentiality of Bitcoin and other currencies, casual players can access their favorite games without unnecessary barriers.” The Terms say otherwise. BetFury can ask for KYC documents at any time (§17.2), and once it suspects an AML breach, a check at any stage is “mandatory for all users” (§17.1.4).
It can also ask where your deposits came from without giving a reason and freeze them until you answer (§17.1.2), and it can cut your access without notice if your name is on a sanctions list (§17.1.3). No KYC provider is named, and no retention period for your documents is published.

BetFury withdrawals: what has to happen before you cash out?
Rollover, then up to 7 daysBefore a BetFury withdrawal, you have to wager each crypto deposit: 100% for casino play, 300% for sports and 1000% for Futures (Terms §17.1).
BFG deposits and players from Rank 5 are exempt, but the help center’s version of the rule leaves that exemption out. Any single win is capped at USD 300,000. Withdrawal fees, minimums and confirmation counts show only in the signed-in wallet, money leaves only the way it came in, and you need two-factor authentication on before you can withdraw.
BetFury withdrawal time
BetFury’s homepage says over 95% of withdrawal requests are processed within minutes. Its Terms promise no time, only the right to take longer. The anti-fraud workflow can stretch a withdrawal “up to seven (7) days and more if needed” (Terms §9.1). BFG withdrawals take up to 24 hours but “in some cases may be postponed for a longer period, not limited” (Terms §9.5).
Under the original Terms, some fiat withdrawals can take up to 7 business days (§9.12), a clause the betfury.ca Terms don’t have. A withdrawal in a low-liquidity coin can be stopped and converted to USDT within 48 hours (§9.10), and a win of $50,000 or more can be paid in equal parts within 30 days in exceptional cases (§9.6). BetFury deposit and network fees
BetFury charges no deposit fee and says it covers deposit transaction fees in most cases (Terms §8.1, §8.2). On withdrawals you pay the transaction fee shown for each currency, which the help center tells you to check first, and Terms §9.4 lets BetFury change it without notice.
BFG token bets in the BetFury feed
850 of 3,271 observed accounts bet in BFG, BetFury’s own token, and 87 bet the staked version. BFG took 6.25% of captured stake across 37,967 bets and all 21 captured games. STBFG shows up as a separate asset with its own ledger.

BFG staking and dividends
These are BetFury’s own claims about BFG, from its pages as of Sep 8, 2026. The feed shows BFG being wagered, but not what holding it pays. Open BetFury’s BFG documentation

- Dividends: Every 24 hours, the staking pool distributes 3% of its current balance among BFG and stBFG holders. It is funded from an allocated portion of the platform’s Adjusted Net Gaming Revenue
- Payout cadence: Daily, claimable in USDT or BFG, with a +1% bonus for taking BFG. Replenishment follows an internal schedule, and “the final decision regarding each replenishment is made by the BetFury team”

BetFury welcome bonus and wagering rules
The Welcome Pack pays a deposit bonus plus free spins on each of your first three deposits, with at most $10,500 in deposit bonus. These rules apply while a bonus is live:
- Wagering: 40x the bonus. On slots and live games. Originals count 0.2, so BetFury’s own games are the slowest way to clear a bonus.
- Time limits: 14 days to wager. Each Welcome Bonus also has 7 days to be activated.
- Max bet: 10 USD. In any game while a bonus is active.
- Cashout cap: 1.2x or 1.5x. The Welcome Pack terms cap a welcome deposit bonus at 1.2x what was credited. The help center and the promo-pack terms say 1.5x for every bonus.
- What cancels it: Any withdrawal in its currency. So do tips in chat, a bonus balance under $0.01 and canceling it yourself, which forfeits the bonus balance and its winnings.
BetFury Rank rewards: what isn’t published
BetFury’s Rank article gives only ranges for its 20-step ladder: cashback from 6% to 25% and a one-time Rank bonus of 3 to 30,000 USDT. No figure is tied to a single Rank, and the feed can’t fill that gap, because a Rank on a bet isn’t an account statement. Open BetFury’s Rank system article

11 accounts at Ranks 15, 16 and 17 placed 21.68% of everything staked in the window. That’s 0.34% of the accounts we saw and 1.67% of the bets.

- Top-band stake share: 21.68%. $710.0K from 8,235 bets at Ranks 15, 16 and 17.
- Accounts in that band: 11. 0.34% of the 3,271 accounts seen in the window.
- Accounts that moved up: 708. 708 accounts showed more than one Rank, and 0 ended lower than they started.
The Rank is BetFury’s own label on each bet, and we don’t recompute progression. It isn’t a balance, a KYC state or proof that any benefit was paid. Two bets with the same Rank may come from different players, and we never join these labels across pages or snapshots.
Whales and one-bet players
One account placed 11.12% of all captured stake. Ten placed 39.04% and fifty placed 55.27%. At the other end, 418 accounts show up exactly once. A feed like this describes a few whales far better than a typical player.

BetFury games: can BetFury’s fairness claim be checked?
Hashes recomputedYes, partly, and further than at most casinos. BetFury’s feed republishes each disclosed seed and the hash it should produce. We recomputed 514,068 links, and 502,549 reproduced exactly. BetFury’s fairness page shows no client seed and no nonce, so as documented nothing you control enters the commitment, although its homepage now says outcomes use both. The RNG certificate in its footer dates from 2022 and never tested payback.
How we checked BetFury’s provably fair hashes
We hashed each disclosed seed ourselves, with SHA-256 over the exact UTF-8 randomSeed string. Then we compared the result with the hash on the same row. 502,549 of 514,068 links reproduced exactly (97.76%). The check covered every captured bet in the window, not a sample, and didn’t use BetFury’s own verifier.
- Round-level pairs: 480,984 / 492,503. 11,519 didn’t reproduce, and 1,903 bets had no comparable round-level pair at all.
- Per-step pairs inside a round: 21,565 / 21,565. Coinflip steps, HiLo cards and Stairs state arrays across 11,886 bets. None failed.
- All disclosed pairs: 97.76%. 502,549 of 514,068 comparable seed-and-hash links reproduced under SHA-256 over the exact UTF-8 randomSeed string.
- Bets with nothing to check: 0.31%. 1,536 bets disclose a seed with no hash beside it, so they can’t match or fail.
Counted by bet instead of by link, 492,870 of 494,406 captured bets (99.69%) hold at least one disclosed pair that reproduced. A bet can carry a round-level pair and several per-step pairs, so don’t add link totals and bet coverage together.
Why some BetFury hashes didn’t match
11,519 round-level links didn’t reproduce, all in coinflip and hilo bets. In those same 11,519 bets, every embedded per-step seed and hash checked out. The round-level hash matches neither the hash of the exposed round-level seed nor any per-step hash on the row. It commits to a value the feed doesn’t expose. That makes it an unresolved mapping between two published values, and it doesn’t show a fairness failure.
16 games reproduced at round level with no failures. One reproduced through indexed state arrays. 2 carry that unresolved round-level mapping, and 2 publish a seed with no hash beside it.
What a matching hash doesn’t prove
A high match rate isn’t a fairness score. A reproducing pair can’t show any of these:
- That the hash existed before the bet: We read the feed after settlement. A public bet feed can’t show what you saw before the round, and that’s the half of a commitment scheme that binds the operator.
- That the seed was unpredictable: A reproducing hash says the disclosed seed hashes to the disclosed hash. It says nothing about how the seed was picked, or whether another one was available.
- That the seed produced the result shown: We didn’t rebuild each game’s seed-to-outcome math, so a matching pair doesn’t confirm that the roll, card or drop path you saw follows from it.
- Anything about game math or long-run return: Commitment integrity and payout percentage are separate questions.
BetFury’s own provably fair claims
These are BetFury’s claims, from its fairness documentation and homepage as of Oct 4, 2026. Open BetFury’s fairness documentation
- Published flow: A per-round hash shows in the Fairness pop-up before the bet, and a “Random Seed” is revealed after it. You paste the seed into a Check window and compare the resulting hash
- Named algorithm: SHA-256. In BetFury’s words, “the provably fair principle is based on SHA256 technology the same as Bitcoin”
- Games covered: BetFury Originals only. The Fairness statement appears on the Originals pages and nowhere else.
- Third-party games: Not stated. The help center lists Originals and third-party games separately and makes no fairness claim for provider games. No document says they’re outside the system.
- Seed control for the player: None documented. The fairness page and the docs show no client seed, no nonce and no way to rotate or change a seed. The homepage says “Each outcome is determined by a Server Seed, Client Seed, and Nonce.”
- Verification tool: An in-product pop-up only. betfury.com/fairness is an explainer with no seed input, calculator or seed-change control, and no open-source verifier is linked.
Most played BetFury Originals
Four BetFury Originals carried most of the week: Dice, Limbo, Keno and SpaceDice. Dice alone took 46.35% of captured bets and 51.98% of captured stake. The feed carries Originals only. BetFury’s third-party slots and live tables aren’t in our capture, so nothing here describes them.
Dropping the hundred biggest payouts from 494,402 priced bets moves the feed ratio from 99.15% to 86.45%. One week of feed data can’t pin down game returns.
How to verify your own BetFury bets
Save the seed and hash when you play. BetFury keeps betting history for no longer than 30 days (Terms §6.12), and its verifier sits behind a login. You can’t re-check a bet older than that.
BetFury RNG certificate: what the SIQ report covers
BetFury’s footer links a real SIQ lab report, and publishing it in full is more than many operators do. It’s three years and nine months old and, by its own wording, covers the PRNG only, with BetFury’s games left to separate reports. Its key page says the randomness came from a general-purpose JavaScript function, not a cryptographic one.
The report quotes come from the PDF behind BetFury’s footer link, read on Sep 8, 2026. A certified generator and a reproducing commitment are different things, and neither tells you anything about return to player. Open the test report

What responsible gambling tools does BetFury offer?
Sources disagreeBetFury offers a session Time Alert and self-exclusion, and no deposit, loss or wager limits in the account settings. Its documentation describes a self-exclusion of at least six months that can never be reversed. The on-site page describes one that ends when the period you set runs out.
BetFury self-exclusion: two versions
This is the biggest disagreement between two BetFury pages. The docs make self-exclusion irreversible, and the on-site page makes it routine. Either way, the docs add a rule that’s easy to miss. You can’t leave a balance behind, and you can’t get into the account to withdraw it once the exclusion starts. Read the documentation page · Read the on-site page
The documentation routes self-exclusion through an email to support, and the account closes within 24 hours of the request. Opening a new account during an exclusion breaks the terms. It can mean a permanent ban and confiscated winnings on any site under the same license.
Tobique’s validator page for betfury.com also takes self-exclusion requests. Tobique shares that list only with the operators on its own platform.
BetFury support organizations
BetFury names one set of help organizations on its site and another in its documentation. Several documentation links don’t reach the organizations at all.

Closing your BetFury account
Account closure is a separate route, also by email. BetFury says a closed account “is not going to be ever unlocked and the entire history of such an account will be permanently deleted”. Neither route says what happens to a balance you can’t reach.
- A minimum of six months, or permanent. BetFury says “once a self-exclusion is applied to your account, it will stay in place and it will not be reversed or decreased for any reason”
- “Set the limit and you will be excluded from the account for the selected period. When the term expires you will receive a notification.”
BetFury’s player controls and what each one leaves out
BetFury complaints: what can you do if something goes wrong?
To complain to BetFury, email support within 14 days of the wager settling. After that, no claim is honored (Terms §22.4). What comes next depends on your Terms. The original Terms name an ADR provider, EGIS-ADR, which many casinos don’t, and a regulator clause that names a company that didn’t license BetFury. The betfury.ca Terms stop at management, and Tobique takes only license-breach complaints.
How to file a BetFury complaint
Write to support@betfury.com, or support@betfury.ca under the betfury.ca Terms, from your registered address within 14 days. Keep every transaction ID and timestamp, and save the round details yourself, because BetFury keeps betting history for no longer than 30 days.
BetFury’s regulator clause names the wrong company
The original Terms §22.6 says the customer “has the right to lodge a complaint with our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.” The original Terms §1 and the CGA certificate name the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and the betfury.com footer names Tobique. No BetFury site publishes a CGA complaint route. The clause was most likely never updated when the licensing regime changed, and following it leads to a company that can’t act on your complaint. Complaining to Tobique about BetFury
Through the Tobique Shield only. Tobique’s complaints page says a complaint about a Tobique-licensed operator must go through the complaints link in the seal in that operator’s footer. On BetFury’s validator page, that link says Tobique “should only be contacted by players when they believe an Operator is in breach of their License”. Payout and account disputes stay with BetFury. The form says “All disputes with an Operator about a payout, a blocked account, a delay, broken features and so on, should first be taken up directly with the Operator.” Tobique wants every complaint in writing, by email. BetFury’s 14-day dispute deadline
The 14-day filing deadline runs against a withdrawal review of “up to seven (7) days and more if needed” and only 30 days of betting history. A dispute can expire while the withdrawal it’s about is still under review. Open a complaint right away, keep your own copies of the round details, and don’t wait for the withdrawal to clear.

A reproducing hash pair is a narrower claim than “the games are fair”. BetFury’s own marketing doesn’t always draw that line.
Who is BetFury best for, and who should skip it?
- Players who verify provably fair rounds. BetFury republishes both halves of its commitments in the public feed, which let us recompute 514,068 seed-and-hash links. Very few casinos make that possible.
- Players who want lots of coins. 54 settlement assets showed up in one week across 21 in-house games, including BetFury’s own BFG token and its staked version.
- Players who read the terms first. BetFury spells out the rollover, the max win, the dormancy fee and the dispute deadline, even where they work against you.
- Bonus hunters who check the math. The Welcome Pack’s percentages, minimum deposits, 40x WR and $10 max bet are all on public pages.
- You live in the US, the UK or another country both of its Terms block. The original Terms block 71 territories, most of the EU among them, the betfury.ca Terms 21, and BetFury can add more at any time.
- You chase big multipliers. Terms §9.7 caps any single win at USD 300,000, cuts the excess and lets BetFury pay the cap in installments over up to 90 days. Complaining about the cut “may be construed as extortion” (§9.8).
- You need a dispute route past the casino. The original Terms’ regulator clause names a company that is neither of BetFury’s licensors, the betfury.ca Terms name no ADR at all, Tobique hears only license breaches, and you get 14 days from settlement to file.
- You want deposit limits. BetFury has no deposit, loss or wager limit in the account settings and no reversible cool-off. The shortest self-exclusion in the docs is six months, and no balance may stay in the account.

Expiring June 26, 2027, per the Tobique list of license holders. Tobique publishes no issue date. That date falls 265 days after October 4, 2026, the day we checked the record.

The CGA certificate, read the same day, says “The license was granted on 31/07/2025 and its current status is Active”.
The CGA certificate portal and the CGA license registry describe the same license differently on the same day. The certificate says Active. The registry says the term ended on July 31, 2026 and an assessment is in progress. “Assessment in progress” is by far the most common status in that document. 283 of the register’s 666 rows carry that status, two of them spelled “Assessment In progress”. That points to a renewal backlog across the regime rather than anything specific to this licensee.

The betfury.ca Terms name JETY GAMES LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-934046 (betfury.ca Terms §1 and privacy policy), and their governing law is Tobique’s. The original Terms still name Universe B Games B.V. and Curaçao law.
Three addresses for one company number
BetFury publishes three registered addresses for Universe B Games B.V.: Seru Loraweg 17C, Curaçao in the original Terms, Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1, Curaçao in the original privacy policy and the betfury.io footer, and Dr. M.J. Hugenholtyweg 25 Unit 11, P.O. Box 578, Curaçao in the SIQ test report. None of them is confirmed, so all three stay on the record.
What the Tobique license leaves out
The betfury.com footer adds “BFG Staking, Crypto Swap, NFT Lootboxes, Crypto Staking, Futures, Crypto Loans, Free Crypto Boxes are not a gaming and are not covered by our TGC gaming license.”
The help center still cites Curaçao
The help center still says “Since we have a Curacao license, BetFury is officially allowed in the countries where it is valid.” The betfury.com footer names Tobique.

The betfury.ca Terms that betfury.com linked for us name 21, the US and the UK included but no EU country. Both lists are open at both ends, so BetFury can block a country neither names yet.

Yes. You have 14 days from when the wager was decided (Terms §22.4), while a withdrawal review can run “up to seven (7) days and more if needed” (§9.1). BetFury keeps betting history for no longer than 30 days, so file early and save your own records.

BetFury’s terms and its regulator describe the complaint route differently, both checked on October 4, 2026. You’d have to use the regulator’s route, which BetFury doesn’t quote.

The 14-day filing deadline runs against a withdrawal review of “up to seven (7) days and more if needed” and a 30-day betting-history retention. A dispute can expire while the withdrawal it concerns is still under review.

The original Terms move a long-frozen balance to a holding account you can ask to have restored. The betfury.ca Terms let BetFury delete the account, then say in the next clause that it doesn’t block inactive accounts.
Rakeback and referral rewards left unclaimed for 90 consecutive days expire for good, reactivation included (Terms §7.6).
