GOATED restricted countries: where can’t you play?
No list publishedGOATED publishes no list of restricted countries. Its Terms define “Prohibited Jurisdictions” by description only (§7.3): anywhere the site is illegal, anywhere it would need a license it doesn’t hold, and anywhere under sanctions. The Anjouan license it holds excludes seven territories the site never mentions.
No country list in six GOATED documents
The list isn’t in the Terms (all 16 clauses), the AML, Privacy, Responsible Gaming or Sports policies, or the help center (all seven collections). If your country is blocked, you find out from a geo-block at sign-up, if at all. The AML Policy says you’re told at onboarding that GOATED doesn’t serve prohibited places, and you must declare you aren’t in one.
Countries the Anjouan license excludes
The Anjouan license doesn’t cover Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the USA, or any FATF-blacklisted or sanctioned country. The regulator says complaints from players there “will not be entertained”. GOATED names none of the seven as a place it won’t serve.
Nothing on goated.com warns a player in France, Spain or Australia that the regulator won’t hear them. The Terms put the legal question on you: “It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services is lawful” (§3.2, §6.1).

GOATED operator and regulator details
Company, number, address and license sit in the footer of every policy page and help article. No Anjouan or Comoros company register entry for Mirai Kaze Ltd turned up, so registration number 16180 rests on GOATED’s word. The register lives on anjouangaming.com. A second site, anjouangamingboard.org, runs the seal validator and credits the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan.
A license that matches its register entry is a strong fact, but it doesn’t fill the gaps. GOATED still publishes no restricted country, no withdrawal minimum or limit and no complaint route outside chat.
GOATED license expiry date
GOATED’s license ends November 3, 2026, under two months after our Oct 4, 2026 check, and nothing on goated.com mentions it. A slow withdrawal or a complaint could outlast it. The register is public, so recheck it before a big deposit.
GOATED’s Anjouan seal
GOATED’s footer carries the Anjouan seal. On Sep 9, 2026 it rendered nothing, because no seal script loaded. On Oct 4, 2026 the seal worked and opened the validator for www.goated.com.
The validator showed License No. ALSI-202411063-FI2 as VALID for Mirai Kaze Ltd, with support@goated.com as the licensee’s email. That matters, because the regulator takes player complaints through the seal. Querying the validator by domain alone returns INVALID for any site, so only the seal’s link counts.
GOATED Terms: Belize law, Anjouan license
Terms §12 puts the contract under the laws and courts of Belize, while the license, the operator and its office are in Anjouan. GOATED explains neither the Belize link nor how a Belize forum fits an Anjouan license that requires an approved ADR provider.

GOATED KYC: when can GOATED ask you for ID?
Before you depositGOATED asks for verification before you deposit, and for level 1 before your first bet. It publishes four verification tiers and the documents each accepts, seven of them for proof of address alone. It publishes no number to go with them, so there is no withdrawal threshold, review time or limit on how long a check can hold your balance.
Terms §5.1 lets GOATED ask for documents “at any time if we deem it necessary” and restrict any service, payment or withdrawal until it is satisfied. The AML Policy (§3b) can suspend withdrawals at a threshold set by your risk profile, at GOATED’s sole discretion. Refuse a document or send a fake one, and GOATED blocks or suspends the account (§3c). Our KYC test is coming soon.

GOATED withdrawals: what has to happen before you cash out?
No minimum or limit publishedBefore a GOATED withdrawal, you have to wager every deposit in full, and every withdrawal needs your two-factor code. GOATED says most withdrawals reach the network within a minute or two, while larger ones go to a person first, with no size or time given. You pay the network fee on top. No withdrawal minimum, limit, casino fee or confirmation count is published, so you learn the limits by hitting them.
GOATED deposit wagering rule
GOATED calls it an anti-coin-mixing rule: “if you deposit $100 (in any currency), you are required to place bets totaling at least $100 before you’re eligible to tip or withdraw those funds.” It applies to a plain deposit with no bonus attached. Try to move funds early and the withdrawal goes “under review”, with no published review time.
GOATED withdrawal fee and limits
The network fee comes out of your balance on top of the amount you enter. GOATED’s own example: 100 USDC on Ethereum costs you 103 USDC. It describes no casino fee of its own.
GOATED says limits exist but doesn’t print them. Its withdrawal article points to a “Limits and manual review” section that isn’t there, and the homepage FAQ ties “higher transaction limits” to Level 3 proof of address.
GOATED coins and wallets
GOATED supports nine crypto assets and five wallet connections. It takes no fiat itself, but its Buy crypto screen sends you to Onramper, which takes a card or bank transfer and delivers the crypto to your GOATED address.

GOATED VIP ranks, rakeback and bonuses: what are they worth?
No reward ratesGOATED publishes its whole VIP ladder, with nine tiers, 40 levels and every XP threshold. Its level-up table prices the same levels in dollars wagered, from $1,000 for Bronze 1 to $40,000,000 for Diamond 5, and the dollar targets match the XP thresholds. Every reward on the ladder still comes with a claim window and no rate. The feed stamps a rank on every visible bet, 36 labels in 9 families.
GOATED level-up bonuses and Weekly Reloads
The level-up table puts Bronze 1 at about $0.60 and Diamond 5 at about $4,800, and GOATED says those amounts assume games with a 1.2% house edge. Since August 4, 2026, Weekly Reloads pay every Tuesday as 168 hourly claims, each open for 12 hours, and a claim you miss is gone.
GOATED lossback
GOATED publishes the formula lossback is computed from (PNL = Wager_PNL + Bonuses (excluding commissions) + Net Loan) but not the rate applied to it, and you claim it through a support ticket.
GOATED first deposit bonus
GOATED’s welcome bonus is a 100% first deposit match up to 1,000 USD, from a 20 USD minimum, at 35x deposit plus bonus. A 1,000 USD deposit and a 1,000 USD bonus need 70,000 USD of wagering. The WR formula divides by a 0.04 reference edge, so a 1%-edge game clears a quarter of its turnover and only a 4%-edge game clears at face value. Sportsbook wagers don’t count toward it, and max bet is 10 USD while it runs.

36 exact labels group into 9 families, 7 of them above the ten-visible-account floor that lets money publish. A rank is attached to the bet, not the account. GOATED states no XP rate, so we don’t read these labels as its ladder.
What is GOATEDX?
GOATEDX is a token you can wager but not withdraw, and no captured bet used it this week. GOATED’s product article calls GOATEDX the lifetime-staked version of $GOATED, which can’t be withdrawn or sold, and its Daily Race page says it can be wagered. Why most GOATED titles show no money
723 of 790 titles show no money, on purpose. A title shows money only with at least 100 captured bets and 10 distinct visible account keys. Only 67 titles (8.48%) clear that floor. The rest still count as bets, and hiding their money keeps a handful of players from being picked out.

What responsible gambling tools does GOATED offer?
Self-exclusion onlyGOATED’s only responsible gambling tool is self-exclusion, 24 hours from settings or longer through support. No deposit, loss, wager or session limits and no reality check appear anywhere on the site, though GOATED’s Anjouan license requires deposit limits.
GOATED Responsible Gaming policy
The Responsible Gaming page names four measures: an 18+ rule, provably fair games, blocking prohibited jurisdictions, and self-exclusion or a timeout. Its FAQ calls the timeout “Take a Break”: a cooldown in account settings with no new bets. The page’s own search description promises “deposit limits, session reminders”, and the page describes neither.
GOATED self-exclusion periods
Longer exclusions run 7, 15, 30 or 90 days, or permanent. You can still claim rewards in the first 24 hours of an exclusion. After that, the account is closed off for the period. A permanent exclusion can’t be undone, and what happens to your balance is not published for any length.
Anjouan’s self-exclusion form
The seal in the GOATED footer opens the Anjouan validator, which carries the regulator’s own self-exclusion form. You can pick a 2-day or 1-week cool-off, 1 to 6 months, 1 year or permanent, without going through chat. Anjouan shares that list only with operators on its platform. Can you self-exclude from GOATED’s casino and sportsbook separately?
Only the FAQ says so. FAQ markup on the Responsible Gaming page says “Goated lets you set self-exclusion separately for the casino and the sportsbook” and shows “a live countdown” per product. Neither the policy text on that page nor the help article mentions either.
Can you delete a GOATED account?
No. GOATED says “complete account deletion is not possible due to legal and compliance obligations” and offers indefinite self-exclusion instead. Data-deletion requests go through chat and can be refused, so the only way out is an exclusion.

GOATED complaints: what can you do if something goes wrong?
Chat onlyTo complain at GOATED, you use in-platform chat. The whole complaints policy is one sentence (Terms §16): “If you have a complaint to make regarding our services, you may contact customer support via in-platform chat support.” There is no deadline and no second step.
GOATED’s policies give no email or postal address. Its help center names support@goated.com in three articles, to unlink or change a connected wallet, to add a referral code you forgot at sign-up and to reset a lost 2FA method. None of them covers complaints. Account closure, data deletion, longer self-exclusion, lossback and complaints all go through chat. The Anjouan validator behind the GOATED seal lists the same support@goated.com as the licensee’s email.

GOATED’s complaint seal
The regulator wants complaints filed “using the complaint submission function accessible via the operator’s interactive site seal” and warns that “complaints submitted through other channels may not be accepted”. On Sep 9, 2026, GOATED’s seal rendered nothing. On Oct 4, 2026, it opened the validator, which carries the regulator’s “Submit a Complaint” form for license breaches. What public GOATED bet data did we analyze?
We captured 573,156 bets from 168 hours of GOATED’s public feed, 573,155 of them with a full dollar stake and return. They paid back 92.11% of stake. That is a feed ratio, not a game’s RTP, and nothing in the capture proves the feed is complete.
67.67% of bets returned nothing and 9.41% returned less than the stake, so 77.08% left the player down. A few big returns, not a majority of winning bets, keep the ratio near 92%.
How much the biggest GOATED wins moved the result
Without the 100 biggest returns, 92.11% becomes 86.55%. Those bets are 0.0174% of priced bets. Each cut removes whole bets, stake and return together, and recomputes the ratio. The removed bets really happened, and the cut shows how few bets the headline rests on.
The dollar ledger loses 5.56 points to a hundred bets and 22.85 to a thousand. The $GOATED ledger’s drop is withheld. Its 1 bet sits behind too few visible accounts to publish any ratio. Cuts are aggregate only. One below ten visible accounts withholds its money, and no single bet is ever published.

Seven chapters moved from “not checked” to sourced findings. Where GOATED publishes nothing (restricted countries, cashier limits, reward rates, a support email), the chapter says so. The register gives an expiry date of November 3, 2026, less than two months after our September 9 check, and goated.com never mentions it. The footer’s Anjouan seal was empty on September 9. On October 4 it opened the validator, which showed the license as VALID. GOATED’s Terms send disputes to the courts of Belize.

A license record shows that the licensing relationship was on the regulator’s own record on the day we checked. It says nothing about a casino’s reserves, whether a withdrawal gets paid, how a dispute would end or whether playing is lawful where you live.
We haven’t contacted any regulator or filed a complaint. Every value is the record as it stood on the day we checked, linked so you can check it yourself. Registers and footers can change without notice.
On Oct 4, 2026, the same register marked the status field “valid” for all 1,539 rows it published, including 344 whose expiry dates had already passed. The field is uniform, so it carries no information about this or any individual license.
The Authority’s own status definitions page recognizes four statuses (Active, Suspended, Revoked and Expired) and states that “Only entities with an Active licence status are authorised to conduct licensed internet gaming activities.” “Valid”, the word the register actually prints, is not one of the four.

If the complaint is unresolved after 30 days, you can escalate to an ADR provider approved by the authority. ADR participation is mandatory for licensees, and the operator bears the cost. File game outcome disputes within 14 calendar days of the session, and account disputes (payments, suspensions, bonuses) within 30 calendar days. The regulator says complaints from players in excluded territories are outside the process and “will not be entertained”.

Which law and courts govern GOATED’s terms?

Terms of Service §12 puts the agreement under the laws of Belize and gives the courts of Belize exclusive jurisdiction. The license, the operator and the registered office are in Anjouan. GOATED explains neither the Belize connection nor how a Belize forum clause sits with an Anjouan license condition to use an approved ADR provider.

The Responsible Gaming page lists four measures: an over-18 rule, provably fair games, restriction of prohibited jurisdictions, and self-exclusion or timeout. A deposit, loss, wager or session limit is not among them, and none is described anywhere else on the site. The Anjouan license conditions require licensees to provide “functional Responsible Gaming (RG) tools, including self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. GOATED offers the first but not the second. The responsible-gaming page’s own search description promises “Self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session reminders”. Neither a deposit limit nor a session reminder appears in the policy text, its FAQ or the help center.

Time-out or cool-off
Does GOATED offer a cool-off or time-out?

The policy lets you “self-exclude or take a timeout from gambling at any time”. Its FAQ calls the tool “Take a Break”: it sits in account settings and puts the account in a cooldown with no new bets. The shortest period you can set yourself is 24 hours.

The regulator’s complaint route runs through GOATED’s seal
The authority requires complaints to be submitted “using the complaint submission function accessible via the operator’s interactive site seal” and warns that “complaints submitted through other channels may not be accepted”. GOATED’s seal container rendered nothing on Sep 9, 2026. On Oct 4, 2026, the seal loaded, and the validator page it opens carried the regulator’s “Submit a Complaint” form. Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.’s “Submit a Complaint” form takes complaints that an operator is breaching its license. Payout, blocked-account, delay and broken-feature disputes go to the operator first. The form asks for your name, email, phone, address, country, date of birth, the operator URL, the disputed amount, the games played, the dispute details and the date and time of play, plus screenshots and chats, photo ID, proof of address and proof of source of funds.
EGIS-ADR’s own procedure
EGIS-ADR, the first-listed provider, states it accepts a referral once 30 days have passed with no satisfactory resolution or no response, charges the operator a single fee per accepted case, and allows either party 7 days to appeal its determination.
Anjouan’s self-exclusion form on GOATED’s seal page
GOATED’s Anjouan validator page carries a self-exclusion request form with a 2-day or 1-week cool-off, or 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year or permanent. The regulator says the list goes only to operators on the Anjouan Gaming platform.
