Crypto casino licenses: 17 printed numbers match the regulator’s record, and 2 don’t

We checked 23 of these 24 licenses at the regulator, not in a site footer. That means a Curaçao certificate host, the Anjouan public register, a casino’s seal validator or the Tobique list of license holders. Every place the record doesn’t match what the casino prints is below.

17 numbers match the regulator’s record. The two that don’t are Gamba’s, printed the same way in three of its documents, and AceBet’s, whose FAQ gives its company registration number.

Crypto casino license checks: 23 of 24 licenses checked at the regulator

We checked the regulator’s own record for every one of these 24 casinos, not the number in the site footer.

The regulator answered but doesn’t publish enough to settle it, so part of the record still rests on what the casino says about itself.

Anjouan

15 of 24

Two Anjouan-branded sites publish these licenses. anjouangaming.com carries the public register. anjouangamingboard.org runs the seal validator and credits the license to the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan. The register answers a search. The validator answers only for a casino’s own seal id.

Curaçao

6 of 24

Certificates come from two hosts, cert.cga.cw and cert.gcb.cw, on a portal branded Curaçao Gaming Authority. Several certificates still name the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. A separate PDF license registry, published periodically, has a status column that varies between licensees.

Tobique

3 of 24

The Tobique Gaming Commission publishes a list of license holders with three columns: company name, expiry date and license type. It has no license number, issue date, status or domain column, so the register alone can’t tie a row to a website.

What a license record proves

A license record shows that the licensing relationship was on the regulator’s own record on the day we checked. It says nothing about a casino’s reserves, whether a withdrawal gets paid, how a dispute would end or whether playing is lawful where you live.

03Where the records disagree

Crypto casino license mismatches: six casinos whose documents and the regulator’s record differ

Gamba’s license number doesn’t match the regulator’s. AceBet’s FAQ prints its company registration number as its license number, and the real one appears nowhere on its site. Rainbet, Rakebit and Reels.io hold licenses at the regulator that their own sites never show. Winna’s operator appears under three names.

AceBet

Holder, address and domain match both Anjouan records, but AceBet never prints its license number. The one number its FAQ calls a license number, 15831, is the company’s registration number.

Checked October 4, 2026

AceBet’s FAQ calls 15831 its license number. Both regulator records return ALSI-202410059-FI2, and 15831 is the company’s registration number.

Rainbet

Both Anjouan records return ALSI-152406029-FI2 for Rain Group Ltd and rainbet.com, a number Rainbet never prints. Terms §21.6 and the casino lobby page still name Curaçao licensing bodies.

You can’t check this license from rakebit.com, because the site never states the number. The footer seal is the only route, and it needs the seal id embedded there.

Reels.io

The register and the validator both show the license for Cavolo Boss Limitada and reels.io. Reels.io prints no company name and no license number. Its footer seal opens the validator, and only its affiliate site prints the number.

reels.io itself names no operating company. Its pages print no company name, registration number or license number. On Sep 9, 2026, the homepage also carried no 18+ mark and no seal. On Oct 4, 2026, its footer showed an 18+ icon and a seal that opens the Anjouan validator, still with no company name or license number in text. The privacy policy names no data controller. The terms’ own §2, headed PARTIES, is marketing copy that identifies nobody. Terms §3.2 then points to “the identity of the Company in paragraph 2.1”, a paragraph that does not exist in the published document.

04What a license record doesn’t say

Crypto casino license limits: what a license doesn’t prove

A license record doesn’t tell you whether it covers your country, whether a complaint will go anywhere or whether your balance is protected. Each answer below comes with an example one of these regulators or casinos published.

Does the license cover me where I live?

Not everywhere. The Anjouan validator lists excluded territories on the same page that confirms the license, and the list is the same for every licensee.

The validator page prints the same territorial carve-out for every domain. The Anjouan license “is not valid in, and does not extend to” Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, plus FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. Disputes from players in those territories “fall entirely outside the regulatory scope” of the license.

Example: Chips

Is this license about the site I’m on?

Not always. A license covers a list of domains, and one license can carry several brands. A complaint or a self-exclusion then lands with the company behind all of them.

reels.io is one of six domains on this single license. Reels.io doesn’t say whether a self-exclusion covers the others, and a complaint lands with a company that runs five other brands.

Example: Reels.io

Does a domain on the register mean the casino owns it?

No, and the regulator says so itself.

The Authority states that a listed domain confirms only that the domain was notified to it as associated with licensed activity, not ownership of the domain or of any trademark.

Example: Whale.io

Does a license give me somewhere to complain?

Only through the casino’s own seal. On an Anjouan license, the regulator’s complaint form sits on the validator page the seal opens, and it takes license-breach complaints only.

The Authority requires complaints to be submitted “using the complaint submission function accessible via the operator’s interactive site seal”. Whale shipped no such seal on Sep 9, 2026. On Oct 4, 2026, the seal in the whale.io footer opened the validator, which carries the regulator’s “Submit a Complaint” form.

Example: Whale.io

Does a license mean its conditions are being met?

Not necessarily. The register records a relationship and inspects nothing. Where the conditions are published, you can check them against what the casino publishes, and they don’t always match.

Gamba doesn’t show two of its three license conditions. No Gamba document names an ADR provider, and no deposit limit tool is documented in the Terms, the responsible gambling material or the help center.

Example: Gamba

Does a license protect the money in my account?

Nothing in these certificates says so, but one casino’s FAQ claims it does.

Shock’s FAQ states that “Holding an official Curaçao license means your funds, wagers, and rewards are protected within a secure and trusted environment.” Nothing in the certificate or in the LOK says a license segregates or guarantees player funds, and Shock publishes no player-funds protection clause.

Example: Shock

Is a seal in a footer a regulator?

Not necessarily. Commercial seals sit in the same footers as regulator seals.

Thrill’s footer also carries a Gamecheck seal reporting that randomized checks of several suppliers found no fake games. Gamecheck is a commercial game-authenticity service, not a regulator, and its check is not a payout or solvency audit.

Example: Thrill

Do we know what the regulator requires?

Only what the casino says. We haven’t read the statutes behind these regimes, so a casino’s summary of its regulator’s rules is still the casino talking.

The help center says the TGC requires certification from Approved Testing Laboratories, published game rules and RTP where applicable, mandatory responsible gaming information and self-exclusion, 18+ age controls, approved funds arrangements, audited accounts, and escalation to a dispute resolution office designated by the Commission. These are Winna’s descriptions of its regulator’s rules, and 0xCasinos has not read the Tobique Gaming Act or the TGC Code.

Example: Winna

On Oct 4, 2026, the same register marked the status field “valid” for all 1,539 rows it published, including 344 whose expiry dates had already passed. The field is uniform, so it carries no information about this or any individual license.

The Authority’s own status definitions page recognizes four statuses (Active, Suspended, Revoked and Expired) and states that “Only entities with an Active licence status are authorised to conduct licensed internet gaming activities.” “Valid”, the word the register actually prints, is not one of the four.

The Authority states that the register is updated periodically, may not reflect recent changes, and that inclusion “does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval”. It advises contacting the Authority directly for time-sensitive verification, which 0xCasinos has not done.

A field with the same value on every row can’t tell you anything about a single license. So we never use that word to confirm a license or to question one.

A status column that means something

“Assessment in progress” is by far the most common status in that document. 283 of the register’s 666 rows carry that status, two of them spelled “Assessment In progress”. That points to a renewal backlog across the regime rather than anything specific to this licensee.

Curaçao’s registry prints a status that varies between licensees, so it can tell you something. The Anjouan status can’t, which makes it a limit of the register, not a fact about any casino on it.

Seal validators, tested with control domains

Queried with a bare domain, the Anjouan validator returned “Operating status: INVALID” for chips.gg on Sep 9, 2026. It gave the same answer for chipstars.bet and memebet.com, both licensed on the same regulator’s public register, and for a domain that does not exist. All four answers were identical, so a bare-domain query says nothing about any of them and is no evidence that Chips.gg is unlicensed.

The seal validator names Nile King Media Ltd, the Anjouan address and rakebit.com, and reports operating status VALID as of Sep 9, 2026. It is reachable only with the operator-specific seal id embedded in Rakebit’s footer. Queried with a bare domain, it returns INVALID for any site, so a bare-domain query is not evidence about anyone.

06Dates on a register

Crypto casino license expiry dates: four already passed when we checked, five due within 120 days

Four licenses show an expiry date before the day we checked, and five show one within 120 days after it. A date on a register doesn’t prove a license has ended or will end.

Expiry date before the day we checked

Two registers, two regimes. Neither says whether the license was renewed, and we haven’t asked.

  • CloudbetExpiry May 23, 2026 · checked Oct 4, 2026

“Assessment in progress” is the registry’s most common status: 283 of its 666 rows carry it, and 208 read “Indefinite”. The registry defines none of its statuses, so the row points to a renewal still being processed rather than a finding about Cloudbet alone. Three dates for one license: granted 23/05/2025 on the certificate, “issued on 27 May 2025” in the Terms, and issued November 23, 2025 on the registry row, which dates the current term.

  • GamdomExpiry Jun 29, 2026 · checked Oct 3, 2026

On Oct 3, 2026, the register printed an expiry date three months in the past next to the status “Valid”, and the seal validator answered VALID. Other rows show the same pattern. Moravente SRL (expiry 2025-11-03), Mosquito Group (2025-09-06) and Nameless Limitada (2025-08-06) are also listed as Valid, so the expiry column may not be kept up to date. Neither the regulator nor Gamdom publishes a renewal date.

  • StakeExpiry Jun 9, 2026 · checked Oct 4, 2026

The CGA’s certificate and its register describe the same license differently on the same day. The certificate says Active and prints no expiry date. The register’s expiry date, June 9, 2026, was almost four months in the past when it was read, under the status “Assessment in progress”. 283 of the register’s 666 rows carry “Assessment in progress”, 208 read “Indefinite”, and the register defines none of them. Neither the CGA nor Stake publishes a renewal date.

  • Whale.ioExpiry Mar 9, 2026 · checked Oct 4, 2026

The expiry date the register records for this license, March 9, 2026, is almost seven months before our Oct 4, 2026 check. The register does not show a renewal. The Authority states that the register is updated periodically, may not reflect recent changes, and that inclusion “does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval”. It advises contacting the Authority directly for time-sensitive verification, which 0xCasinos has not done.

Expiry date within 120 days after our check

Earliest first. If you play at one of these casinos, note the date and recheck the register then.

  • AceBetExpiry Oct 17, 2026

The register’s expiry date was 13 days away when read on Oct 4, 2026. Neither the regulator nor AceBet publishes a renewal. Other rows keep the status “Valid” past their printed expiry, such as Golden Crown Ltd. (2026-02-21) and Global System Technologies Inc (2026-04-07), so the status column may not show whether a license was renewed.

  • GOATEDExpiry Nov 3, 2026

The register gives an expiry date of November 3, 2026, under two months after our check. A slow withdrawal or a complaint could outlast it, and nothing on goated.com mentions a renewal date.

  • Moon RollExpiry Dec 1, 2026

The register’s expiry date falls 58 days after this check. Neither the regulator nor Moon Roll publishes a renewal date.

  • GambaExpiry Dec 11, 2026

Anjouan public register · checked Sep 9, 2026

  • DegenCityExpiry Jan 14, 2027

Anjouan public register · checked Oct 4, 2026

What these dates don’t prove

The register behind most of these dates prints one status value on every row and says it may not reflect recent changes. It tells you to contact the regulator directly for time-sensitive checks, which we haven’t done.

Crypto casino license sources: every page we checked, and every one that refused

Checked between September 9, 2026 and October 4, 2026. Failed lookups are listed too, because a host that won’t answer tells you about our reach, not about the licensee.

  • 500 Casino500.casino over a plain HTTP client

500.casino and help.500.casino answer plain HTTP clients with HTTP 403 and a Cloudflare challenge document titled “Enable JavaScript and cookies to continue”. Both were read in a real browser instead. Only https://500.casino/robots.txt returned 200 to a direct request.

    What we can’t say

We read 500 Casino’s documents in a real browser instead. The certificate and the compliance validator came straight from their own hosts and are unaffected.

  • AceBetAnjouan public register, searched for ALSI-202410059-FI2

The Anjouan public register listed 1,539 licenses when read on Oct 4, 2026. Exactly one row carries ALSI-202410059-FI2 and exactly one names Golden Frog Inc.: Golden Frog Inc. · ALSI-202410059-FI2 · status Valid · type b2c · issued 2024-10-18 · expiry 2026-10-17 · domains acebet.com, acebet.co. A register search for “acebet” finds AceBet’s domains in that row only.

    What we can’t say

Holder, license type, issue date, expiry date and the domains acebet.com and acebet.co all come from the regulator. The register’s status column doesn’t count, because other rows keep “Valid” past their expiry date. The 1,506-row count elsewhere on this site is the register as parsed on September 9, 2026.

  • BC.GameAnjouan public register, searched for ALSI-202410011-FI1

Checked on Sep 9 and again on Oct 4, 2026. The register draws its table in the browser, so a plain request returns no rows. The full dataset, 1,539 rows on Oct 4, ships inline in a script tag on the same response and was parsed from there. Exactly one row matches this number.

    What we can’t say

Holder, license type, issue date, expiry date and the domain bc.game all come from the regulator. The register’s status column is left out, because it prints “valid” on every row, even rows past their expiry date.

  • BC.GameAnjouan seal validator, opened from the bc.game footer

Opened from the seal in the bc.game footer on Oct 4, 2026, the Anjouan validator named Twocent Technology Limited, Sea Urchin Street, San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize, with support@bc.game as the licensee’s email and bc.game as the registered website. It read “Operating status: VALID” under License No. ALSI-202410011-FI1. Below the record, the page embeds two regulator forms, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”.

    What we can’t say

The validator confirms the holder, the number and bc.game, and lists the license’s excluded territories and conditions. Its status line is the regulator’s wording on the day, not a finding of ours.

  • ChipsAnjouan validator, queried with a bare domain

Queried with a bare domain, the Anjouan validator returned “Operating status: INVALID” for chips.gg on Sep 9, 2026. It gave the same answer for chipstars.bet and memebet.com, both licensed on the same regulator’s public register, and for a domain that does not exist. All four answers were identical, so a bare-domain query says nothing about any of them and is no evidence that Chips.gg is unlicensed.

    What we can’t say

A bare-domain answer says nothing about Chips or anyone else, and isn’t used as evidence either way.

  • GambaAnjouan public register, rendered client-side

The Anjouan public register at https://anjouangaming.com/license-register/ renders its table on the client, so a direct request appears to return no rows. The full 1,506-row dataset sits in the same response, inside a script tag. Parsing it on Sep 9, 2026 returned exactly one Gamba row.

    What we can’t say

The row quoted here comes from the register’s own embedded dataset, not a screen reading. That is also how Gamba’s string could be searched across all 1,506 rows.

  • GambaAnjouan complaint process and ADR provider pages

Read on Oct 4, 2026: the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s player complaint process and its list of approved ADR providers. Gamba names none of the four.

    What we can’t say

Gamba’s Complaints tab carries the regulator’s route: the operator first, a reply within 30 days, then an approved ADR provider at the operator’s cost.

  • GamdomAnjouan public register, searched for ALSI-152406043-FI4

The Anjouan public register listed 1,540 licenses when read on Oct 3, 2026. Exactly one row carries ALSI-152406043-FI4: Moon Revolution Limitada · ALSI-152406043-FI4 · status Valid · type b2c · issued 2024-06-30 · expiry 2026-06-29 · domains gamdom.com.

    What we can’t say

Holder, license type, issue date, expiry date and the domain gamdom.com all come from the regulator. The register’s status column doesn’t count, because it prints “Valid” next to an expiry date that had passed when we checked, as neighboring rows do. The 1,506-row count elsewhere on this site is the register as parsed on September 9, 2026.

  • Moon RollAnjouan public register, searched for “moonroll” and “Space Entertainment”

The Anjouan public register listed 1,539 licenses when read on Oct 4, 2026. Searches for “moonroll” and “Space Entertainment” each return one row: Space Entertainment Ltd. · ALSI-202412032-FI2 · status Valid · type b2c · issued 2024-12-02 · expiry 2026-12-01 · domains moonroll.io.

    What we can’t say

Holder, license type, issue date, expiry date and the domain moonroll.io all come from the regulator. The register’s status column doesn’t count, because other rows keep “Valid” past their expiry date.

  • RainbetAnjouan public register, searched for “rainbet”, “Rain Group”, “152406029” and “Gaming Services Provider”

The Anjouan public register listed 1,539 licenses on Oct 4, 2026. Searches for “rainbet”, “Rain Group” and “152406029” each returned the one row: Rain Group Ltd · ALSI-152406029-FI2 · status Valid · type b2c · issued 2024-06-14 · expiry 2027-06-13 · domains rainbet.com. A search for “Gaming Services Provider” returned none.

    What we can’t say

Holder, license type, issue date, expiry date and the domain rainbet.com all come from the regulator. The register’s status column doesn’t count, because other rows keep “Valid” past their expiry date.

  • RainbetInternet Archive copies of rainbet.com/terms

The Internet Archive holds captures of rainbet.com/terms in 14 different months, from November 8, 2023 to October 4, 2026. Nine were read as raw HTML, because the archived app redirects to a “restricted” blocker. Each archived reading below carries its capture date. The register dates the Anjouan license from June 14, 2024. Archived Terms kept the Curaçao wording until at least March 22, 2025. They first say “licensed in Anjouan” in the July 10, 2025 capture.

    What we can’t say

Gaming Services Provider N.V. license #365/JAZ comes only from archived Terms, each dated by its capture. It is Rainbet’s history, not a second current license.

  • Reels.ioCosta Rican corporate registry for Cavolo Boss Limitada

    Not retrieved by 0xCasinos

    What we can’t say

The registration number we show comes from the affiliate site. The Anjouan register’s domain list and the payments clause in the Terms back the company name, not the number, and no company registry confirms it.

  • RollbitAnjouan public register, searched for “rollbit” and “Acacia”

The Anjouan public register listed 1,539 licenses when read on Oct 4, 2026. A search for “rollbit” and a search for “Acacia” each return exactly one row: Acacia Tech Ltd · ALSI-042308006-FII · status Valid · type b2c · issued 2023-08-16 · expiry 2027-08-20 · domains rollbit.com.

    What we can’t say

Holder, license type, issue date, expiry date and the domain rollbit.com all come from the regulator. The register’s status column doesn’t count, because other rows keep “Valid” past their expiry date. The 1,506-row count elsewhere on this site is the register as parsed on September 9, 2026.

  • RollbitNevis company registry for Acacia Tech Ltd

Not retrieved by 0xCasinos. No company number is published.

    What we can’t say

The company name and the Nevis address come from Rollbit’s own pages and both Anjouan records. No company registry confirms them, and no company number is on file.

  • RoobetCuraçao Gaming Authority online-gaming page, complaints section

The same page returned HTTP 403 to our request on Sep 8, 2026. It loaded on Oct 4, 2026. The Curaçao Gaming Authority says it “does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers”, that resolving disputes between players and operators “is not within our mandate” and that it can’t order an operator to pay.

    What we can’t say

The regulator’s own words on complaints now stand on Roobet’s Complaints tab. The certificate remains the only regulator record behind the license itself.

  • ShuffleCuraçao searchable license register

The authority publishes its online gaming license register only as a dated PDF, with no searchable entry to link.

    What we can’t say

Shuffle’s record rests on the certificate. No register row is quoted for it, because the regulator publishes the register as a dated PDF, not a searchable record.

  • ShuffleiTech Labs RNG certificate for Natural Nine B.V.

The iTech Labs certificate is a PDF. We confirmed it resolves and is issued to Natural Nine B.V., but we did not machine-read its full text.

    What we can’t say

The certificate resolves and is issued to the licensee. Its contents aren’t quoted, and an RNG certificate isn’t a license anyway.

  • ThrillGamecheck seal in the Thrill footer

Thrill’s footer also carries a Gamecheck seal reporting that randomized checks of several suppliers found no fake games. Gamecheck is a commercial game-authenticity service, not a regulator, and its check is not a payout or solvency audit.

    What we can’t say

A commercial game-authenticity seal sits next to the regulator seal in the same footer. It isn’t a regulator record and says nothing about the license.

  • WinnaThe Tobique Shield seal embedded in winna.com

Winna embeds a Tobique Shield seal via https://winna.com/dlag-seal.html?key=f1afbc19-1da5-4436-bba6-f5991e549a81, which loads the seal from f1afbc19-1da5-4436-bba6-f5991e549a81.seals.dlagglobal.com. Fetched on Sep 9, 2026, that script returned HTTP 200 with a geo-block payload instead of a seal. It renders the message “It appears that you are located in GB and due to Gambling Regulations the domain does not accept gambling from your country.” Our request never reached the validation record, so we could not read the license number, status or complaint link the seal is supposed to carry.

    What we can’t say

The block is itself consistent with Winna’s Terms, which prohibit the United Kingdom. It is a failed retrieval and says nothing about the license. So the license number, status and complaint link the seal should carry are unread.

  • WinnaThe Tobique validator, queried with a bare domain

A bare query to https://validate.thetgc.ca/validate?domain=winna.com returns “Operating status: INVALID” and “The above service is NOT licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” That result means nothing on its own. The same query returns the same INVALID page for google.com and for a domain that does not exist, so the endpoint is not a domain lookup and a bare query is not a license check. 0xCasinos draws no conclusion from it either way.

    What we can’t say

Nothing here rests on that endpoint. It answers the same for a major search engine and for a domain that doesn’t exist.
