Crypto casino restricted countries: all 22 published lists, indexed by territory
22 of the 24 crypto casinos we cover publish a list of restricted countries, and two publish none. The 22 lists name 160 territories between them, and the United Kingdom and the United States are on all 22. Search for your country to see every casino that lists it, with the document and the date we checked.

7 sections
Every list here is the casino’s own, not legal advice. We don’t say whether online gambling is allowed where you live, and a country missing from a list isn’t permission. Casinos change these lists without notice.
Crypto casino restricted countries: the United Kingdom and the United States are on all 22 lists
The 22 lists name 160 territories between them. Only 47 territories make 5 or more lists, and 53 appear on just one. So whether your country is blocked depends on the casino.
- Finding 01
A short list doesn’t mean more countries are open
Shock prints 94 entries for 85 distinct names. Qzino names 9. Both lists sit in a binding document. If your country isn’t on Qzino’s list, Qzino just hasn’t written it down, and it may still refuse your account.
- Finding 02
Almost every list is open-ended
Most clauses let the casino refuse more places than it names, with lines like “including but not limited to”, “or other restricted jurisdictions… from time to time” and “at our own discretion”. Treat any published list as the minimum.
Crypto casino restricted countries by territory: which casinos list yours?
Every territory on 5 or more of the 22 lists, most-listed first. Casinos spell the same place several ways (4 spellings of the United Kingdom alone), so spellings are grouped, and each casino’s own wording stays on the row. The other 113 territories, 53 of them on a single list, are on the Countries tab of each casino that lists them.

The table keeps three kinds of restriction apart. A casino list means the casino won’t open or keep your account. A license exclusion means the license doesn’t reach that territory, so the casino may still take you but the regulator won’t hear your complaint. A game studio block removes titles in a market the casino otherwise serves. Only casino lists count toward the totals.
Crypto casino restricted countries by casino: 22 published lists, longest first
Where each list sits, how long it is and whether the casino can block more places on top of it. Each name links to the casino’s Countries tab, with the full list, the VPN rule and what happens to your account.
“Territories” groups each casino’s spellings. “As published” is what the document prints. Shock prints 94 entries for 85 distinct names because nine appear in both of its blocks, and one entry isn’t a territory at all. Winna prints 56 entries across two documents for 35 territories, because one document is a subset of the other.
500 Casino (Curaçao), AceBet (Comoros), BC.Game (Comoros), Cloudbet (Curaçao), CoinCasino (Canadian Province of New Brunswick), Qzino (Comoros), Roobet (Curaçao), Shock (Curaçao), Shuffle (Curaçao), Stake (Curaçao), Thrill (Anjouan), Whale.io (Comoros), Winna (Canadian Province of New Brunswick). Each casino’s own list blocks the place its license comes from. These documents don’t say what the license allows there.
Crypto casino restricted countries: where a casino’s own documents disagree
Thirteen times, a casino gives two answers to the same question in two of its own documents, and neither document says which one wins. So the answer depends on the page you open. Both readings are linked below.
- Two answers
AceBet’s Terms bar residents of 7 territories: Cyprus, Cayman Islands, Switzerland, Comoros, Netherlands, United Kingdom, USA.
The License page bars 9: United States of America, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Caymand Islands, Cyprus, Netherlands, Australia, Austria, Comoros, plus FATF-blacklisted countries.
The Terms list plus Australia and Austria (License page). Only the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Cyprus and the Cayman Islands are on every AceBet restricted list. Comoros is barred by the Terms and the License page but listed as available on the allowlist.
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
The Service Availability page is an allowlist, “the complete list of countries where our service is currently accessible”, naming 208 countries.
Terms §2.1 and §2.4 bar residents of Comoros.
Austria, Comoros and Spain listed as available, and 42 territories left out, Australia, Poland, France, Germany and Canada among them (Service Availability page).
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
BC.Game’s Terms of Service bar 12 territories: Australia, Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, Union of the Comoros, United Kingdom, China (Mainland), Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, United States and its territories, plus “all FATF blacklisted countries, and any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority”.
The whitepaper still carries two older lists: the General Terms and Conditions name 9 territories (§5.2) and the User Agreement names 9 (§3.1).
The Terms of Service rank themselves above every other BC.Game policy (§3.2) and supersede “all previous understandings relating to the same subject matter” (§21.5). The whitepaper’s General Terms and Conditions and User Agreement were still live on Oct 4, 2026, and neither mentions them. 9 entries appear only in the whitepaper: Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Statia, St. Martin, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Hungary, Ontario. 7 appear only in the Terms of Service: Austria, Germany, Spain, Union of the Comoros, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR.

The original Terms §3.3 names 71 territories, opening “For various legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit accounts to be opened or used by customers resident in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to:”
The betfury.ca Terms that betfury.com linked for us name 21.
The betfury.ca Terms §3.3 name 21 territories and keep the same open-ended closing sentence. Australia and every EU country on the original list are missing from it, while China, Haiti, Libya, South Sudan, Venezuela and New Brunswick appear only there. Which setup you get depends on the domain, and may depend on where you connect from. betfury.com showed us the Tobique setup with prices in Canadian dollars, while the Internet Archive’s capture of betfury.com the same day landed on bf1.io, which shows the Curaçao one.
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
Chips’ terms name 25 restricted territories in §3.3, led by the United States “and her dependencies, military bases and territories”.
The help center names 26. The one it adds is Aruba.
The help center’s Restricted Countries article names 26 territories: the 25 in the terms, in alphabetical order, plus Aruba. It names the United States once, as “U.S.A or the U.S.A dependencies”, and closes “We reserve the right to refuse customers from any other country over and above the aforementioned jurisdictions at our own discretion.”
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
The help center says that “if your country isn’t listed in the restricted jurisdictions above, Cloudbet is available to you.”
Terms §7.1.3: “Save for the jurisdictions listed above, and any other jurisdiction in which the offering by Cloudbet of online sports betting and/or casino services for and/or with cryptocurrency or fiat currency is unlawful, you are permitted to use the Website.”
The help center treats the list as complete. The Terms add every other jurisdiction where Cloudbet’s offering is unlawful, so a country missing from the list isn’t cleared by the Terms.
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
Both. The restriction covers residents of, and anyone temporarily located in, a listed territory (Terms §3.4).
The verification article says some restricted countries are missing from the KYC picker, and that “if you are temporarily travelling to a supported country, the system should allow you to select an available option and continue without any issues”.
Terms §3.4 bars residents of a listed territory even while they travel. The verification article lets a player whose country is missing from the KYC picker choose the supported country they are visiting.

Twice, in the KYC guideline of Terms §20.1. Proof of ID (Terms §20.1): the §4.1.3 countries, with “Curacao” and “United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland” spelled that way.
The proof-of-residence check in Terms §20.1 rejects an address in a restricted country, listed as the §4.1.3 countries “and Cyprus”.
Cyprus is not on the Terms §4.1.3 list. The proof-of-residence copy in Terms §20.1 adds it.
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
“No documents, no selfies with your passport. VPN-friendly by design.” “Combined with VPN-friendly access and support for privacy coins like Monero and Zcash, your session stays your business.” “The platform is also VPN-friendly.”
Not stated in the Terms of Use. The Bonus Policy treats “using a VPN or masking IP address” as bonus-related fraudulent activity.
The homepage calls the site “VPN-friendly” three times, once in its FAQ. The Bonus Policy lists “using a VPN or masking IP address” as fraud that can cost you a bonus. The Terms of Use, the contract, never mention VPNs.
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
45 territories, without Switzerland since the June 30, 2026 archived copy (Terms §14.3).
Stake is “prohibited in many jurisdictions, including Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, and more” (casino lobby FAQ)
The lobby FAQ still names Switzerland, which the Terms dropped between May 19 and June 30, 2026.
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
The card deposit and card withdrawal tables list ZAR for South Africa, and EUR for 13 countries including Ireland and Croatia (help articles on card deposits and card withdrawals, updated August 22 and 24, 2026). The casino lobby lists ARS and MXN among its fiat options, the blog payments guide (September 4, 2026) links guides to transacting in Argentine and Mexican pesos, and the local-currency betting limits article (August 28, 2026) lists ARS, MXN and ILS.
Croatia, Ireland and South Africa are Prohibited Jurisdictions (Terms §14.3). Argentina, Mexico and Israel are Prohibited Jurisdictions (Terms §14.3).
Stake’s help center and lobby still list cards or currencies for six countries its Terms bar.
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
Terms §4.3 prohibits 35 countries and jurisdictions, including two Canadian provinces, Ontario and New Brunswick.
AML/CTF Policy §24.1 restricts 21. AML/CTF Policy §24.2: the list is reviewed quarterly and updated based on Tobique and global sanctions data.
Fourteen territories are prohibited by the Terms and absent from the AML/CTF Policy’s restricted list, including three EU markets (Germany, the Netherlands, Spain) and the Canadian province of Ontario. The AML list is a strict subset of the Terms list, so the two documents cannot both be the current map.
Both lists, entry by entry - Two answers
The help center claims “Winna.com is available in 174+ countries worldwide” and names 22 of them: Canada (except Canadian Province of New Brunswick), Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Poland, Hungary, Ireland, Belgium, Malta, Cyprus, Latvia, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines.
Terms §4.3 prohibits Ontario by name.
The help center’s Canada line reads “Canada (except Canadian Province of New Brunswick)” and omits Ontario, which Terms §4.3 prohibits by name. If you’re in Ontario, the help center suggests Winna is open to you, and the Terms say it isn’t.
Both lists, entry by entry
Roobet’s Terms and help center carry the same 25 territories in the same order, down to a shared misspelling. Cloudbet’s two documents match entry for entry too.
Crypto casino restricted countries vs licenses: territories only the license excludes
Nine casinos with an Anjouan license record on file leave territories off their list that the license excludes. Their own terms don’t turn away players from those places, but the regulator says complaints from them “will not be entertained”.
The license records also carry catch-alls that the casino lists don’t: every FATF-blacklisted country, every sanctioned jurisdiction and anything the regulator excludes later. The records name none of them, so the table shows only the part you can check.
Crypto casino restricted countries: two casinos publish no list at all
These casinos publish no restricted-country list anywhere, so they’re not in the index above and have no Countries tab. No list doesn’t mean your country is accepted.
- GOATEDChecked October 4, 2026
GOATED names no restricted country in its Terms of Service. §7.3 defines “Prohibited Jurisdictions” only by description: anywhere use of the site is restricted by law, anywhere the service would require a license or registration not obtained, and anywhere under international trade sanctions or embargoes.
GOATED publishes no list of excluded countries in any of six documents. You can’t tell from goated.com whether your country is served. You find out, if at all, from a geo-block at registration. The documents without a list: Terms of Service (all 16 clauses), AML Policy, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, Sports policy, Help Center (all seven collections, 45 articles). The only named exclusions in those documents are 5 sanctions examples in the AML Policy (Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Crimean region of Ukraine). This is a sanctions list, not a licensing list, and it is illustrative rather than complete.
What GOATED does publish - Reels.ioChecked October 4, 2026
No restricted-territory list exists on reels.io. None of the six places checked carries one: the terms, the privacy policy, the responsible gaming page, the statuses page, the homepage footer and the affiliate site.
The only territories any Reels.io document names are USA, Crimea, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and two of those are named as examples rather than as a list.
What Reels.io does publish
These casinos describe prohibited jurisdictions instead of naming them, such as anywhere the service would need a license it doesn’t hold and anywhere under sanctions. You can’t check that against your own address, so you find out, if at all, when sign-up blocks you.
Crypto casino restricted country sources: every document behind these tables
Checked between September 9, 2026 and October 4, 2026, on each casino’s own pages and, where one is on file, the regulator’s register. A casino can change its list at any time, so each card carries the date we checked it. We don’t track changes after that date.

Don’t use a VPN, a mirror site or a fake address to get around a geo-block. Casinos that publish a penalty name a breach of terms, an account closed without notice or a forfeited balance.
How we built this index: it uses the same research as the Countries tab in each of our casino reviews. The only thing added here is grouping spellings of the same territory into one row (“USA”, “United States of America”, “United States and its territories”), and every row keeps each casino’s own wording.
