Moon Roll FAQ: what people ask, answered up front
Is Moon Roll legit?
Yes, on the license. On October 4, 2026, the Anjouan validator showed ALSI-202412032-FI2 as VALID for Space Entertainment Ltd. Moon Roll names no ADR body and sends disputes only to the courts of Curaçao, and our real-money tests are coming soon.
See the license readings →Who owns Moon Roll?
Space Entertainment Ltd, a Saint Lucia company (2025-00690) at 10 Manoel Street, Castries, runs Moon Roll and holds its license. The whitepaper dates the platform to June 2022. Moon Roll names no directors or beneficial owners.
See the operator record →How current is this Moon Roll data?
It isn’t current. This page covers 168 hours of Moon Roll’s public bet feed, Jul 30, 2026 to Aug 6, 2026. Our collection stopped there, 49 days before the newest capture on this site, and moonroll.io was still live on October 4, 2026.
See the capture window →What is the Moon Roll welcome bonus?
A refund of 10% of your losses in withdrawable cash. It shows on the homepage and as a box ticked by default at sign-up, with no cap, period, minimum deposit or WR shown before you join. The 100% deposit bonus with a 35x WR ended May 5, 2026.
See the rewards chapter →What are gems and MRC worth on Moon Roll?
A gem is worth $1, by Moon Roll’s help center, so every GEMS amount on this page is in dollars. MRC has no fixed value. The dashboard showed $0.000838 per MRC on October 4, 2026, a live price, so MRC amounts stay in MRC.
See GEMS and MRC in the feed →What is Moon Roll Coin (MRC)?
Moon Roll’s own SPL token on Solana, with a total supply of 1,000,000,000. You can wager it on every game and hold it for up to 10% more rakeback. The whitepaper says 20% of casino revenue buys back and burns MRC.
See the payments chapter →Does Moon Roll have a vault?
Yes, sized by VIP rank, from $5 at Wood 1 to $20,000,000 at Obsidian 1. The help center says it earns “a steady 1% monthly interest”, while Terms §8.4 says the account “does not bear interest in any of the funds held in it”.
See both readings →What does a Moon Roll rank get you?
A rank-up bonus at each of 31 ranks, from $3.00 at Wood 1 to $8,000.00 at Obsidian 1, plus instant rakeback and daily, weekly and monthly bonuses. Platinum and up add a lossback bonus and a VIP host, by the VIP page.
See the rank ladder →Can you deposit on Moon Roll with a card?
Yes. The footer shows Visa / Mastercard beside nine coins, and the homepage advertises card payments. Card deposits run through third-party processors and credit only once your card issuer approves (Terms §8.3).
See the payments chapter →Does Moon Roll have a sportsbook?
Yes, live since May 5, 2026, with football, basketball, tennis, MMA and boxing, hockey, baseball, cricket, F1, golf and NASCAR, pre-match and live, singles and parlays. Combo boosts reach 2x for 20 selections.
See the games chapter →Are Moon Roll’s games provably fair?
Yes, by Moon Roll’s Fairness page, which verifies the client seed, server seed and nonce of its eight originals. Its method tabs showed “Failed to load status” logged out, no auditor is named, and our feed carries no seeds to check.
See the fairness section →Does the data show Moon Roll’s RTP?
No. It shows a feed ratio for the bets we captured, 102.63% in GEMS and 128.10% in MRC across 665,756 settlements. That is not a game’s RTP. Moon Roll declares its own, 99% on most originals.
See how the ratios move →The feed paid back more than it took. Is Moon Roll generous?
No. It means the published bets are a selected slice of play. GEMS players finished $33,445 ahead, but without the 255 biggest GEMS returns (0.042% of GEMS bets) the rest pay back 87.08% and finish $162,230 behind.
See how the ratios move →Does removing the big wins explain the whole result?
No, not in both units. MRC still reads 108.62% after its 25 biggest returns come out, down from 128.10% but still above break-even.
See both cuts →What games are on Moon Roll?
Eight originals (Coinflip, Keno, Blackjack, Mines, Lootboxes, Limbo, Dice and Plinko), plus a catalog that returned 3,519 slots and 43 live games on October 4, 2026. Our feed window settled 514 titles.
See the games chapter →How many players are in the Moon Roll data?
We can’t know, because a public feed shows account keys, not people. 527 keys carry all 665,756 bets, and ten of them hold 83.17% of the GEMS stake and 97.37% of the MRC stake.
See the concentration figures →Why is Moon Roll missing from your casino rankings?
Because its capture no longer overlaps the current edition. It is a full 168 hours and 665,756 bets, but a ranking only compares overlapping windows, and this one ended Aug 6, 2026.
See the capture window →What was the biggest win in the Moon Roll data?
The biggest GEMS payout was $4,005.60 on a $2.00 bet on Duck Hunters: Happy Hour (2,003x). The top multiple was 4,181x, a $0.40 bet on Chaos Crew, one of 846 bets at 100x or more.

Moon Roll at a glance
Moon Roll runs on Anjouan license ALSI-202412032-FI2, held by Space Entertainment Ltd, company 2025-00690 in Saint Lucia. The regulator’s validator showed the license as VALID on Oct 4, 2026, and the public register dates it to December 1, 2026. Its restricted list (Terms §4.1.3) has 34 entries, the US, the UK, Australia, France and Curaçao among them.
You fill in a short KYC form before you withdraw, and Moon Roll asks for ID over $2,000 and source of wealth over $5,000. A withdrawal costs nothing once your deposit has been wagered, the minimum is €10, and three pages give three different caps. New players get 10% of their losses refunded, with no terms shown before sign-up.
Moon Roll’s public All Bets feed logged 665,756 settled bets in 168 hours, Jul 30–Aug 6, 2026, before our collection stopped. At the $1 Moon Roll sets for a gem, its 609,656 GEMS bets staked $1.27M and paid back 102.63%, so players finished $33,445 ahead.
The other 56,100 bets are in moonrollcoins (MRC), which have no fixed dollar value, so they stay in MRC. Both units paid back more than they took in, which only a selected feed can do.

What to check before you deposit at Moon Roll
1Does Moon Roll accept players where you live?
34 entries blocked
Moon Roll’s list (Terms §4.1.3) includes the US, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain and Curaçao, and it covers anyone accessing the site from one. A VPN breaks the Terms (§3.4). The license also excludes Comoros, which Moon Roll’s list leaves out.
See the evidence →Check the list and your local law before you sign up.
2What do you need before you withdraw?
A KYC form, a wagered deposit
The AML policy makes a short form mandatory before any withdrawal, and photo ID follows over $2,000. Wager each deposit once, or the Terms let Moon Roll take 8%, at least €4. The help center says you can’t withdraw an unwagered deposit at all.
See the evidence →Wager each deposit once, and keep your ID ready before you cash out.
3Is Moon Roll’s license current?
VALID at the regulator
The Anjouan validator showed ALSI-202412032-FI2 as VALID on Oct 4, 2026, and the register dates it from December 2, 2024 to December 1, 2026, 58 days after that check. Neither side publishes a renewal date.
See the evidence →Check the register again after December 1, 2026.
4How old is the bet data on this page?
49 days
The capture covers Jul 30–Aug 6, 2026, and our collection stopped there. Casinos captured in the same batch run to Sep 23, 2026, so no feed figure here describes Moon Roll now.

Overall
6.7
Weighted from Moon Roll’s own documents, its license record and its public feed. How we score
Moon Roll restricted countries: where can’t you play?
Moon Roll bars residents of every place on its 34-entry list (Terms §4.1.3), and anyone accessing the site from one. The US, the UK, Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, the Netherlands, Curaçao, the Russian Federation, Iran and North Korea are all on it. This is Moon Roll’s list, not legal advice.
How Moon Roll prints its list
The Terms print 34 entries, which name 39 places once the group entries are split. The UK appears twice, once as “The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland,” with its trailing comma, and Curaçao and North Korea also appear twice. Iran and Myanmar appear only inside the FATF entry, and the Netherlands entry names Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Sint Maarten.
You also have to live where online gambling is allowed (Terms §3.3, §4.1.2). The AML policy bans players from high-risk regions and publishes no list of them.
Moon Roll and your local law
Checking the law where you live is your job. Terms §3.3 says “It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is legal.” The Terms also tell you to know the online gambling laws of your country of domicile (§8.8). Moon Roll names no country where it is open. It doesn’t say how it checks where you are, or what a visitor from a blocked country sees.
Moon Roll’s list and the Anjouan license
The Anjouan license excludes seven territories plus every FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned country, and six of the seven are on Moon Roll’s list. Comoros, the union Anjouan belongs to, is not. Anjouan won’t hear complaints from players in its excluded territories.
- Terms §4.1.3: 34 entries. Moon Roll’s own list, for residents and for anyone accessing the site.
- The Anjouan license: 7 territories. Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, plus FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned countries.
- VPNs: Not allowed. A VPN, proxy or similar service that masks your location breaks the Terms (§3.4). Moon Roll can’t guarantee withdrawals or refunds to a player who breaks its residence rules (§9.7).
Curaçao is on the list, and in the dispute clause
Curaçao is on Moon Roll’s restricted list, and the dispute page still names the courts of Curaçao as the only forum for a claim.

Who owns Moon Roll, and is its license real?
Space Entertainment Ltd, at 10 Manoel Street, Castries, LC04 101, Saint Lucia, runs Moon Roll under Anjouan license ALSI-202412032-FI2. On Oct 4, 2026, the regulator’s seal validator showed the license as VALID for Space Entertainment Ltd. and moonroll.io. Open the license validator
This gaming platform operates under License No. ALSI-202412032-FI2, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan pursuant to the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. All licensed activities are subject to the compliance and supervision frameworks managed by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.
Moon Roll license number and dates
The number Moon Roll prints in its Terms, footer and policies matches the validator and the public register, and so do the company and the domain. Only the email differs. The validator lists support@moonroll.io, and the footer gives contact@moonroll.io. The register dates the license from December 2, 2024 to December 1, 2026, 58 days after our check, and neither side publishes a renewal date. Open the register row
One Moon Roll license, two legal bases
The validator says the license was issued under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. Moon Roll’s AML policy says Anjouan licenses it “under the National Decree August 18, 1998 No. 14”, and no Moon Roll document says where that decree comes from. The Terms put the contract under Anjouan law (§26.6), while the dispute page names the law and courts of Curaçao.
Anjouan license conditions Moon Roll doesn’t show
The license requires an independent ADR service once Moon Roll’s own complaint process ends, and responsible gaming tools “including self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. No Moon Roll document names an ADR provider, and its limits page offers wager and loss limits with no deposit limit. No testing lab or RNG certificate is named.
What Moon Roll’s footer claims
The footer says Moon Roll “has passed all regulatory compliance and is legally authorized to conduct gaming operations for any and all games of chance and wagering.” It adds that “Crypto trading is not gambling, and therefore not covered by our gaming license.”

Moon Roll KYC: when does Moon Roll ask for ID?
Moon Roll’s AML policy makes a short Step 1 form mandatory before any withdrawal, with your name, date of birth, gender, country of residence and full address. Over $2,000 deposited or withdrawn, you send a photo of your ID next to a six-digit random number. Over $5,000, you show your source of wealth. Deposits and withdrawals wait until each step is done.
Does Moon Roll need KYC to sign up?
No, not on the sign-up form. It asks for a username, an email and a password, or a Google, LINE, Telegram or crypto wallet login. Moon Roll makes no KYC claim either way. Its AML policy still says it collects your name, date of birth and place of residence from each player who opens an account (program §3.3).
What the Moon Roll Terms say about KYC
The Terms keep it discretionary. Moon Roll “may” verify you before you bet or withdraw, with a picture ID and a recent utility bill (§5.2), and can ask for a selfie or a verification call before any withdrawal (§9.3).
Four KYC trigger amounts in one Moon Roll policy
The AML policy names four amounts in two currencies: $2,000 for Step 2, $5,000 for Step 3, “over five thousand euros” for a source-of-wealth check, and EUR 3,000 per payment for ID and proof of address. Players from medium-risk countries reach Step 2 at $1,000 deposited and $1,000 withdrawn, and Step 3 at $2,500 each. Players from high-risk regions are banned, and neither country list is published.
How Moon Roll checks your ID
You photograph your passport, ID card or driver’s license with a handwritten note of six random numbers, then send a second photo with your face. You may blur everything except your date of birth, nationality, gender, names and photo. Moon Roll keeps ID records for at least ten years after the relationship ends, and it publishes no review time.

Moon Roll withdrawals: what has to happen before you cash out?
Moon Roll charges no withdrawal fee once your deposit has been wagered at least once. Otherwise the Terms let it deduct 8%, at least €4 (§9.2). The help center goes further and says you have to wager 100% of a deposit before any withdrawal. The minimum is €10, and before your first withdrawal you deposit $10 and wager $10.
Moon Roll withdrawal limits
Three pages give three answers. The Terms cap withdrawals at €10,000 a month, or €5,000 once your balance is ten times your total deposits (§9.6). The help center sets a daily limit by rank instead: $1,000 a day through Bronze, $5,000 at Silver, $10,000 at Gold and “Unlimited withdrawals” above Gold.
No Moon Roll document limits how many withdrawals you make, and none says a big win is paid in parts.
How long Moon Roll withdrawals take
No policy gives a processing time, and the cashier sits behind login. The homepage promises “instant withdrawals”, a marketing line. Our real-money tests are coming soon.
Moon Roll coins and card deposits
The footer shows Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tether, USD Coin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, BNB, Moon Roll Coin and Visa / Mastercard. Card deposits run through third-party processors and credit only once your card issuer approves (Terms §8.3). No withdrawal coin list or network list is published, and a withdrawal goes back to the method you deposited with (§9.4).
Moon Roll fees outside the cashier
An account with no login, play or bet for twelve months that still holds funds pays €5 a month until you come back or the balance is gone. You get a warning in the eleventh month and can always log in and withdraw (Terms §7). Each chargeback costs a €50 administration fee (§10.1).
Moon Roll gems and Moon Roll Coin
Moon Roll’s help center says “Each gem is valued at $1.” Moon Roll Coin (MRC) is Moon Roll’s own token on Solana, and the MRC dashboard showed $0.000838 per MRC on October 4, 2026, a live market price. The vault pays “a steady 1% monthly interest” by the help center, while Terms §8.4 says your account earns no interest.
GEMS and MRC in the Moon Roll feed
The feed carries GEMS and moonrollcoins as separate units, each scaled by 1/100 inside its own unit. At $1 a gem, every GEMS amount in it is a dollar amount. MRC has no fixed value, and the dashboard price is a live one, not a rate for the week the feed covers. So MRC amounts stay in MRC and never join a dollar total.
- GEMS bets: 102.63% paid back. Players staked $1.27M and finished $33,445 ahead. Bets with a stake returned 102.60% across 609,248. The other 408 rows are lootbox payouts with no stake, adding 0.03 pts.
- MRC bets: 128.10% paid back. Measured in MRC only. Bets with a stake returned 127.87% across 56,030. The other 70 rows are lootbox payouts with no stake, adding 0.23 pts.
Both sit above break-even, which means the feed shows a selected slice of play. Neither is a game’s RTP.
Typical Moon Roll bet size
The median GEMS bet was $1.20, and the biggest was $1,800 on Sugar Rush Super Scatter. The median MRC bet was 985.46 MRC, which has no fixed dollar value, so the two medians don’t compare.
- None after 1x wager
- €10
- €10,000 (Terms)
- Not published
- The homepage promises “instant withdrawals”.
Moon Roll feed money: GEMS in dollars, MRC in MRC
Don’t add the two columns or average the two ratios. MRC has no fixed dollar value, so its column stays in MRC and never joins a dollar total.
Moon Roll rakeback, bonuses and VIP: what are they worth?
Moon Roll’s welcome offer refunds 10% of your losses in withdrawable cash. It shows on the homepage and as a box ticked by default on the sign-up form, and no cap, period, minimum deposit or WR shows before you sign up.
The finished Moon Roll deposit bonus
A 100% first deposit bonus up to $1,000 ran from April 28, 2025 to May 5, 2026, with a $20 minimum deposit, a $10 max bet and a 35x WR on deposit plus bonus. It’s marked finished. The Bonus Terms still describe a first-deposit bonus with a WR on deposit plus bonus, and give 35x only as an example.
Moon Roll rank ladder and rank-up bonuses
Moon Roll publishes all 31 ranks, from Wood 1 at $1,000 wagered ($3.00) to Obsidian 1 at $25,000,000 ($8,000.00). The full ladder pays $39,510.50 in rank-up bonuses, which you claim on your Rewards page. Rank progress counts weighted wager, with casino bets weighted by house edge and sports bets and lootboxes counted 1:1.
Moon Roll rakeback and lossback
No rakeback percentage is published. The help center says the VIP program returns “up to 70% of the house edge”, and every bet adds rakeback you can claim at once. The daily, weekly and monthly bonuses each include lossback by the help center, while the VIP page gives a Lossback Bonus to Platinum, Diamond and Obsidian only.
Moon Roll rakeback boosts
The VIP page offers a 15% Rakeboost, and the help center says up to 15% for 1 hour. The VIP Transfer page says the boost adds 10%. Holding MRC adds up to 10% more rakeback, from 1% at $100 held to 10% at $30,000, and a Moon Rollers NFT adds up to 10%.
Moon Roll races and VIP transfer
The leaderboard shows a $10,000 weekly race for the top 20, while the help center’s only race article still describes a $5,000 race for the top 10. A daily race also pays the top 10, and its pool isn’t fixed. The sidebar showed $111 and later $118 on October 4, 2026. VIP Transfer gives you a matched rank once you wager on Moon Roll, within 30 days, a tenth of the volume you played elsewhere. You also get a bonus of 1.5% of that wager, from $30 at Bronze 3 to $30,000 at Diamond 5.
Moon Roll lootboxes
Every box on the Lootboxes page shows a price and a “Risk Factor”, from $0.10 to $201.12 on the first of two pages on October 4, 2026. Moon Roll declares a 95% RTP for Lootboxes. The feed holds 9,279 lootbox settlements, 478 of them with a stake of zero, and records each box’s reward, never its purchase.
Moon Roll rank labels in the feed
Every bet carries one of 29 rank labels, Unranked and 28 of the 31 published ranks. Diamond 3, Diamond 4 and Obsidian 1 never appear in the window. A label is what the feed stamped on the bet, not a verified status, and 24 of 527 account keys showed more than one label, up to 5 for a single key.
- 10% loss refund
- 31 ranks published
- $10,000, top 20
- Not published
Rank families: bets and payout ratio inside each unit
This is activity, not the rewards ladder. Return / stake is the feed ratio inside each unit, not a game’s RTP, and a family that paid back more this week held a different handful of account keys. 7 families and 29 labels appear in the feed.
Moon Roll games and sports: what actually gets played?
Moon Roll’s own games are Coinflip, Keno, Blackjack, Mines, Lootboxes, Limbo, Dice and Plinko. Moon Roll declares a 99% RTP on most of them, 99.5% on Blackjack and 95% on Lootboxes. The homepage claims “thousands of slots”, and the catalog behind the slots page returned 3,519 slots and 43 live games on October 4, 2026. The sportsbook has been live since May 5, 2026.
Is Moon Roll provably fair?
Moon Roll’s Fairness page has a verifier that takes the client seed, server seed and nonce for its eight originals. Its Overview and Seeds tabs showed “Failed to load status” to a logged-out visitor, so no written method was readable. A December 2025 post says the system was “fully upgraded” and lists Roulette, which isn’t on the Originals page. No auditor is named.
The feed can’t verify a result either. It shows what was chosen and what settled, with no server seed commitment, client seed or nonce. Keno, Dice and Limbo expose enough per-bet detail to check the result against the bet, and every outcome checks out. Mines, Blackjack and Plinko don’t, because the feed has no board, hand or risk fields for them. On 16,917 winning Dice bets, the payout doesn’t match our simple model of the multiplier (99 divided by the window width). We publish that as a counted discrepancy.
Moon Roll sportsbook
The sportsbook runs from sportsbook.moonroll.io, with football, basketball, tennis, MMA and boxing, hockey, baseball, cricket, F1, golf and NASCAR, pre-match and live. The Betting Rules, dated September 18, 2024, are a template that names Betby, and clause 7.1 leaves the daily cap on multiple-bet winnings blank. Combo boosts run from 1.01x for 2 selections to 2x for 20.
What gets played in the Moon Roll feed
Moon Roll’s feed settled 514 titles across 21 studio routes, seven Moon Roll original routes and one sports route. 86.34% of the capture came through the external studio catalog. This is one week of play on the part of the product the feed shows, not the live catalog.
Moon Roll source routes
The feed has nine source routes: one external studio catalog, seven Moon Roll original routes and one sports route. Each route’s payout ratio is shown per unit, because GEMS money is in dollars and MRC money stays in MRC. Sports bets arrive as game_name=sports and don’t count as a Moon Roll original.
Moon Roll originals in the feed
The originals are small in the feed. Limbo had 2,205 bets across 46 accounts, and Mines had 4,159 across 73. A route ratio moves on a handful of bets and says nothing about the game’s math.
One whale behind the top MRC game
The biggest MRC board entry, D-Day, carries 24,316 bets and 23.5M MRC of stake, 34.47% of all MRC stake. All of it comes from a single account key, so read it as one key’s week.

All 9 routes are in the bet data.
What responsible gambling tools does Moon Roll offer?
Moon Roll offers wager or loss limits per day, week or month on its Gambling Limits page. A limit applies at once and resets at the end of its period. No deposit-limit tool is documented, and the responsible gambling page only advises you to “Set yourself a deposit limit”.
Moon Roll self-exclusion: three versions
The Self Exclusion page starts a 24-hour cooldown at once, and you can’t cancel it. You then have 24 hours to extend it by 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently, and Moon Roll calls it “STRICTLY IRREVERSIBLE”. The responsible gambling page asks for 6 months to five years by email to contact@moonroll.io instead. Terms §6.9 takes an emailed SELF-EXCLUDE request that disables the account “until further notice”.
An exclusion blocks gameplay, deposits, withdrawals and watching other players’ games, and opening a new account during one can get the original permanently banned. No document says what happens to your balance, so cash out first.
Anjouan’s own self-exclusion form
Moon Roll’s seal page also carries the regulator’s self-exclusion form, with a 2-day or 1-week cool-off, or 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year or permanent. The regulator says that list goes only to operators on the Anjouan Gaming platform.
Moon Roll links BeGambleAware on its responsible gambling page, and its help center names Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy.
Moon Roll stake concentration in the feed
The feed holds 665,756 settlements from 527 account keys, about 1,263.29 bets per key over the week. Ten keys carried 83.17% of the $1.27M GEMS stake and 97.37% of the MRC stake. 48 keys used Moon Roll’s Ghost Mode at some point, so they appear only in aggregate. One person can hold several keys and several people can share one, so nothing here counts players.
Moon Roll high rollers in the feed
Moon Roll’s own high-roller flags are off on every captured row. So we took the 99th-percentile stake inside each unit, never mixing the two. In GEMS that line sits at just $5.00 a bet.
Ties at the line stay in, so a cohort can top 1% of bets. It is our lens, not a Moon Roll feature, and no account in it is named.
- GEMS bets of $5.00 or more: 12.86% of GEMS stake. 7,056 bets, 91 account keys (9 protected), 149 games, $163.55K staked, return / stake 120.56%, player net +$33.62K.
- MRC bets of 5,405.89 MRC or more: 13.27% of MRC stake. 562 bets, 15 account keys (5 protected), 23 games, 9.1M MRC staked, return / stake 164.23%, player net +5.8M MRC.
Both cohorts, 91 and 15 account keys, finish above break-even. That is the same tail effect the data chapter measures, seen from the stake side, and it says nothing about big bets winning more often.
Players won $33,622 on GEMS bets of $5.00 or more. That beats the whole GEMS week’s $33,445, so everything else in GEMS finished $177 behind.

Moon Roll complaints: what can you do if something goes wrong?
To complain, email complaints@moonroll.io, the address on Moon Roll’s Dispute Resolution page. The Terms have no complaints clause, and Moon Roll sets no response time. Support also answers at support@moonroll.io, and the footer gives contact@moonroll.io.
Moon Roll disputes go to the courts of Curaçao
The dispute page puts every claim under the laws of Curaçao, with its courts holding exclusive jurisdiction. It adds that “You, as a player, are not permitted to transfer a claim to any other court, resolution body, or any other third party outside the courts of Curaçao.” The Terms name Anjouan law instead (§26.6), and Moon Roll names no ADR body, although its license requires one.
You also can’t transfer, assign or sell your right to claim to anyone else. Neither the Terms nor the dispute page waives class actions or jury trials, and neither has an arbitration clause.
The Anjouan complaint route
Anjouan doesn’t handle player complaints itself. You complain to Moon Roll first, through the complaint function on its license seal, and Moon Roll gets 30 calendar days to answer. After that, an approved ADR (EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V.) can take the case, at Moon Roll’s cost. Raise a game dispute within 14 calendar days of the session and an account dispute within 30, in English only.
Moon Roll’s seal page also carries the regulator’s “Submit a Complaint” form, for complaints that an operator is breaching its license. Payout, blocked-account and delay disputes go to Moon Roll first.
When Moon Roll can keep a balance
Moon Roll can close any account without notice and return the funds (Terms §6.4). If it closes or suspends you for breaking the Terms, it can void bets and withhold the balance, deposit included (§6.3). Its total liability is capped at the stake on the bet or €500, whichever is lower (§15.2), and results are final after 72 hours (§12.2).
Moon Roll Terms change on publication
Terms §2 makes changes binding “immediately upon publication”, while the footer promises at least two weeks between an announcement and an update.
Why the Moon Roll feed won’t help in a dispute
This capture exists only because it was collected while public, and our collection stopped on Aug 6, 2026. We publish no account names from it, so nothing here can be tied to your account. Keep your own records: transaction hashes, timestamps and screenshots.

What public Moon Roll bet data did we analyze?
We analyzed 665,756 settled Moon Roll bets over 168 straight hours ending Aug 6, 2026. The 609,656 GEMS bets staked $1.27M. The 56,100 MRC bets staked 68.2M MRC and stay out of every dollar total. The ratios here are feed ratios, not a game’s RTP.
Moon Roll capture window
This is a closed window of 168 hours of Moon Roll’s public All Bets feed, ending August 6, 2026. We collected nothing after it, so it isn’t a live feed. The snapshot is complete and correctly anchored, and rebuilding it gives the same bytes. Moon Roll itself kept running: on October 4, 2026, its Originals and Slots pages still showed an All Bets table.
Collector gaps
The longest gap between two batches was 49.0 min, with 5 gaps over five minutes in all. The window is continuous, not a few sampled hours.
Why the Moon Roll feed paid back over 100%
GEMS bets paid back 102.63% of stake, so players finished $33,445 ahead, and MRC bets paid back 128.10%. A public feed chooses what to show, so a figure over 100% measures that selection. Neither ratio says your own bets would pay back more than you stake.
- GEMS without its biggest returns: 87.08%, down from 102.63% (−15.55 pts). Removing 255 whole bets (0.0418% of GEMS rows, from 25 accounts across 43 games) takes out $211.16K, 16.18% of everything GEMS paid back all week. The other bets finish $162,230 behind, below break-even, so the whole surplus sat in those bets.
- MRC without its biggest returns: 108.62%, down from 128.10% (−19.49 pts). Removing 25 whole bets (0.0446% of MRC rows, from 4 accounts across 10 games) takes out 13.5M MRC, 15.41% of everything MRC paid back all week. The other bets still finish 5.9M MRC ahead, so the tail explains part of the result but not all of it.
This is a sensitivity test, not an adjusted rate. The removed bets really happened. The second number shows the same week without its tail, so you can see how much of the headline rests on how few bets.
100x wins in the Moon Roll feed
846 bets paid 100x or more, from 63 accounts. A multiple has no unit, so this is the one cohort we count across both units. The 775 GEMS hits among them paid $273,591 on $1,402 staked.
It is our cut of the feed, not a Moon Roll feature. The source has isHighWin and isLuckyWin flags, and both are off on every captured row.

Our score
Is Moon Roll legit? Yes, with a valid Anjouan license, no fee on wagered deposits and no ADR body
Check the restricted list, wager each deposit once, and know that a dispute can only go to the courts of Curaçao.
- What Moon Roll gets right: License, fees, ladder. The number matches both Anjouan records, a wagered deposit leaves fee-free, and all 31 ranks show their thresholds and rewards.
- Data behind this review: 665,756 public bets. 168 hours of Moon Roll’s All Bets feed, Jul 30–Aug 6, 2026, with $1.27M of GEMS stake. Our collection has been stopped since.
- Main concern: Disputes and limits. No ADR body, claims only in the courts of Curaçao, no deposit limit, and documents that disagree on the law, the caps and KYC.
- Still to test: Withdrawals and complaints. Our real-money tests are coming soon.

When Moon Roll collection stopped
The last Moon Roll bet reached our collector at Aug 6, 2026, 05:03 UTC. Casinos captured in the same batch run to Sep 23, 2026, so this capture is 49 days behind them and stays there until collection resumes. Moon Roll itself kept running. On October 4, 2026, moonroll.io loaded normally and its Originals and Slots pages showed an All Bets table.
- Window: Jul 30–Aug 6, 2026. 168 hours by collection time, the last seven days of the 594 hours collected.
- Why it stopped: Not recorded. The capture shows when collection ended, not why.
- Out of the rankings: Since the window closed. The cross-casino boards compare overlapping windows. This one no longer overlaps, so Moon Roll sits out every board.
Who is Moon Roll best for, and who should skip it?
- Crypto players who wager what they deposit. Once a deposit has been wagered once, a withdrawal carries no Moon Roll fee, and the minimum is €10.
- Rank grinders. All 31 ranks publish their wager thresholds and rank-up bonuses, from $3.00 at Wood 1 to $8,000.00 at Obsidian 1, and the full ladder pays $39,510.50.
- Originals players who like declared numbers. Moon Roll declares a 99% RTP on six of its eight originals, 99.5% on Blackjack and 95% on Lootboxes.
- You live in one of the 34 listed entries, such as the US, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain or Curaçao.
- You want a dispute route past the casino. Moon Roll names no ADR body, and its dispute page bars any “resolution body” outside the courts of Curaçao.
- You need deposit limits. Moon Roll documents wager and loss limits only.
- You want the welcome offer’s terms up front. The 10% loss refund shows no cap, period or WR before you sign up.
- You want to know what Moon Roll’s feed shows now. Our collection stopped on Aug 6, 2026.

About this Moon Roll review
Founder and author, 0xCasinos
Alex Savelle runs 0xCasinos and writes everything on it. Since July 12, 2026, Alex has captured 210 million bets from the public feeds of 24 crypto casinos. Alex turns that data into the reviews, rankings and studies on this site.
When a review covers a casino’s rules, Alex reads its terms, help center and license record first. Every document behind a claim is linked, and a review built from the bet feed alone says so. The numbers come from the captured feeds. The casino rules come from the casino’s own documents, dated the day they were read.
- GEMS read in dollars. Moon Roll’s help center values a gem at $1, so every GEMS amount here now prints in dollars, $1.27M of stake across 609,656 GEMS bets. MRC has no fixed value, so the 56,100 MRC bets stay in MRC.
- Documents read. License (checked at the Anjouan validator and register), the 34-entry restricted list, KYC, cashier and rollover rules, rewards, self-exclusion and the complaint route, read on October 4, 2026. A second pass the same day answered the last open rows: local law, location checks, inactive accounts, message retention, class actions, withdrawal frequency, installments and the KYC claim. Before this the review covered the bet feed only.
- Collection stopped. Last bet collected at Aug 6, 2026, 05:03 UTC. Nothing has arrived since, so a refresh recomputes the same window.
- Capture started with the collector’s first Moon Roll bet. The published window is the last seven days of that history.
Moon Roll withdrawal fees: none once your deposit is wagered, 8% if it isn’t, and no published payout time
Moon Roll charges no withdrawal fee once your deposit has been wagered at least once. Otherwise it may deduct 8%, at least €4 (Terms §9.2), and the help center says you have to wager 100% of a deposit before you withdraw at all. The minimum is €10. The Terms cap withdrawals at €10,000 a month, the help center sets a daily limit by rank, from $1,000 up to “Unlimited” above Gold, and the homepage promises “instant withdrawals”. Does Moon Roll charge a withdrawal fee?
No, once your deposit has been wagered at least once. Otherwise Moon Roll may deduct 8%, at least €4, “to combat money laundering” (Terms §9.2). Deposit fees are usually absorbed (§8.2), and no network fee figure is published.

Yes, and its pages disagree. The Terms cap withdrawals at €10,000 a month, or €5,000 once your balance is ten times your deposits (§9.6). The help center sets daily limits by rank, from $1,000 up to “Unlimited withdrawals” above Gold.
See both readings →Do you have to wager your deposit before withdrawing from Moon Roll?
Yes, by the help center, which says you must wager 100% of a deposit before you withdraw. The Terms instead allow an earlier withdrawal at an 8% fee, at least €4 (§9.2). Casino bets count by house edge, sports bets and lootboxes 1:1.

Moon Roll KYC: a short form before any withdrawal, photo ID over $2,000 and source of wealth over $5,000
Moon Roll’s AML policy makes a short Step 1 form mandatory before any withdrawal: your name, date of birth, gender, country and address. Over $2,000 deposited or withdrawn it asks for a photo of your ID next to a six-digit random number, and over $5,000 for your source of wealth. The Terms only say Moon Roll “may” verify you, at any time (§5.2, §9.3). The same AML policy names four trigger amounts in two currencies, and no review time is published.

Moon Roll KYC FAQ: what people ask, answered up front
Quick answers from Moon Roll’s own KYC rules.
Does Moon Roll require KYC to withdraw?
Yes. The AML policy says “Every user and customer must do step one verification to withdraw”, a short form with your name, birth date, country and address. The Terms add that Moon Roll can ask for photo ID, a selfie or a call before any withdrawal (§9.3).
See the two document lists →At what amount does Moon Roll ask for ID?
At $2,000 deposited or withdrawn, by the AML policy’s step table: a photo of your ID next to a six-digit number. The same policy also wants ID and proof of address on any payment over EUR 3,000, and source of wealth over $5,000 or “five thousand euros”.
See the KYC levels →Does Moon Roll check where your money comes from?
Yes, over $5,000 deposited or withdrawn: business ownership, employment, inheritance, investment or family. Another section of the AML policy freezes the account once deposits pass five thousand euros, until Moon Roll understands your source of wealth.
See the row it came from →How long does Moon Roll KYC take?
Moon Roll doesn’t say. No review time is published, and no help-center article covers ID verification. Deposits and withdrawals over a threshold stay on hold until Step 2 or Step 3 is done (AML policy).
See the row it came from →Do you need KYC to sign up at Moon Roll?
No. The sign-up form asks for a username, an email and a password, or a Google, LINE, Telegram or wallet login. The AML policy still says Moon Roll collects your name, date of birth and place of residence from each new player (program §3.3).

A license record shows that the licensing relationship was on the regulator’s own record on the day we checked. It says nothing about a casino’s reserves, whether a withdrawal gets paid, how a dispute would end or whether playing is lawful where you live.
We haven’t contacted any regulator or filed a complaint. Every value is the record as it stood on the day we checked, linked so you can check it yourself. Registers and footers can change without notice.
On Oct 4, 2026, the same register marked the status field “valid” for all 1,539 rows it published, including 344 whose expiry dates had already passed. The field is uniform, so it carries no information about this or any individual license.
The Authority’s own status definitions page recognizes four statuses (Active, Suspended, Revoked and Expired) and states that “Only entities with an Active licence status are authorised to conduct licensed internet gaming activities.” “Valid”, the word the register actually prints, is not one of the four.
The register listed 1,539 licenses on October 4, 2026.
Moon Roll license FAQ: what people ask, answered up front
Quick answers from the regulator’s record and Moon Roll’s own documents.
What is Moon Roll’s license number?
ALSI-202412032-FI2, an Anjouan license held by Space Entertainment Ltd. Moon Roll prints it in its Terms, footer, privacy policy, responsible gambling page and AML policy, and the seal validator and the public register return the same number.
See the row it came from →Is Moon Roll’s Anjouan license current?
Yes, by the regulator’s records on October 4, 2026. The seal validator showed “Operating status: VALID” for moonroll.io, and the register dates the license from December 2, 2024 to December 1, 2026. Neither side publishes a renewal date.
See the row it came from →Where is Moon Roll’s operator registered?
In Saint Lucia. Space Entertainment Ltd, company 2025-00690, gives 10 Manoel Street, Castries. The license is from Anjouan, the Terms run under Anjouan law (§26.6), and the dispute page names the courts of Curaçao. No directors or owners are named.
See the row it came from →Why does Moon Roll’s AML policy cite a 1998 decree?
Moon Roll doesn’t say. The validator says the license was issued under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. The AML policy says Anjouan licenses Moon Roll “under the National Decree August 18, 1998 No. 14”, and no Moon Roll document explains it.

Anjouan public register, searched for “moonroll” and “Space Entertainment”
The Anjouan public register listed 1,539 licenses when read on Oct 4, 2026. Searches for “moonroll” and “Space Entertainment” each return one row: Space Entertainment Ltd. · ALSI-202412032-FI2 · status Valid · type b2c · issued 2024-12-02 · expiry 2026-12-01 · domains moonroll.io.
What this means: Holder, license type, issue date, expiry date and the domain moonroll.io all come from the regulator. The register’s status column doesn’t count, because other rows keep “Valid” past their expiry date.
Moon Roll license research notes: what we checked and what we still don’t know
Our own notes, not the regulator’s or the casino’s statements.
Anjouan license conditions Moon Roll’s documents don’t show
The validator lists three license conditions. Dispute Resolution: the operator must provide access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution service, and players must conclude the operator’s internal complaints process before using it. Regulatory Compliance: international AML protocols, plus functional responsible-gaming tools “including self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. Software Integrity: certified Random Number Generators. Two of the Anjouan license’s conditions don’t show in Moon Roll’s documents. No Moon Roll document names an ADR provider, and the dispute page bars taking a claim to any “resolution body” outside the courts of Curaçao. The limits page offers wager and loss limits but names no deposit limit.
The AML policy drops a zero from the company number
2025-00690 (Terms, privacy policy and responsible gambling page). The footer prints “2025 - 00690”. The AML policy prints “2025 - 0690” (AML policy introduction).
Compliance and audits claimed, no auditor named
No testing lab or RNG certificate is named. The footer says Moon Roll “has passed all regulatory compliance”, and a promotion says its provably fair hashing, seeds and result generation were “Audited”, without naming an auditor.
What the footer says the license covers
“Moonroll.io has passed all regulatory compliance and is legally authorized to conduct gaming operations for any and all games of chance and wagering.” (site footer). The footer says “Crypto trading is not gambling, and therefore not covered by our gaming license.”

Which countries can’t use Moon Roll?
Residents of the 34 entries in Terms §4.1.3, and anyone accessing the site from one. Among them are the US, the UK, Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, the Netherlands and its islands, Curaçao, Iran and North Korea.

See the full list →Can you use a VPN on Moon Roll?
No. Terms §3.4 bars any VPN, proxy or similar service that masks your actual location. Moon Roll can’t guarantee withdrawals or refunds for a player who breaks its residence and restricted-use rules (§9.7).

The eight core questions: the list, a second list, whether it’s complete, what the license covers, game provider blocks, what happens to the account, VPN rules and location checks. “Not published” means Moon Roll says nothing. “Not checked by us” is our gap.
Moon Roll restricted countries vs other casinos: how its lists compare
Moon Roll answers 5 of the 8 core questions. Across the 22 casinos with a countries tab, the range is 4 to 8. Each card shows how every casino answers one question, and every name links to that casino’s countries tab. Moon Roll names 39 distinct territories, the fifth longest list of the 22. The lists run from 9 to 85 names. A longer list means a more detailed document, not a stricter casino.

Moon Roll complaints: one email address, then only the courts of Curaçao, with no ADR body
Moon Roll takes complaints at complaints@moonroll.io and publishes no response time. Its dispute page sends every claim to the courts of Curaçao and bars taking it to any other “resolution body”, and no ADR body is named. The Terms put the contract under Anjouan law instead. Under Anjouan’s own route, the casino gets 30 calendar days to answer, then an approved ADR hears the case at the casino’s cost. Self-exclusion starts with a 24-hour cooldown and can’t be undone, and three Moon Roll pages give three sets of periods.

Moon Roll complaints FAQ: what people ask, answered up front
Quick answers from Moon Roll’s own documents and its regulator.
What is Moon Roll’s complaints email?
complaints@moonroll.io, on the Dispute Resolution page. The Terms have no complaints clause, and no response time is published. Support also answers at support@moonroll.io, and the footer gives contact@moonroll.io.
See the row it came from →Can you take a Moon Roll dispute to an ADR body?
Not by Moon Roll’s rules. Its dispute page bars taking a claim to “any other court, resolution body, or any other third party outside the courts of Curaçao”, and no ADR body is named. Its Anjouan license still requires one.
See the row it came from →How do you take a Moon Roll complaint to Anjouan?
Through the complaint function on Moon Roll’s license seal. Anjouan doesn’t handle player complaints itself. Moon Roll gets 30 calendar days to answer, then you can go to an approved ADR (EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V.), at its cost.
See the row it came from →How do you self-exclude from Moon Roll?
On the Self Exclusion page. A 24-hour cooldown starts at once and can’t be canceled, then you have 24 hours to extend it by 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently. Moon Roll calls it “STRICTLY IRREVERSIBLE”.
See the self-exclusion rules →Does Moon Roll have deposit limits?
No deposit-limit tool is documented. The Gambling Limits page sets wager or loss limits per day, week or month, and they apply at once. The responsible gambling page only advises you to “Set yourself a deposit limit”.
See the row it came from →What happens to an inactive Moon Roll account?
After twelve months with no login, play or bet, an account in credit pays €5 a month until you come back or the balance is gone (Terms §7). You’re warned in the eleventh month and can always log in and withdraw.

What the regulator says
Can you complain to Moon Roll’s regulator?
- Published
The Anjouan Authority doesn’t handle player complaints. A complaint goes to the operator first, “using the complaint submission function accessible via the operator’s interactive site seal”. The operator must respond within 30 calendar days. After that, you can escalate to an approved ADR provider, at the operator’s cost
The route runs through the operator’s seal page. On Oct 4, 2026, Moon Roll’s validator page showed the licensee’s email, support@moonroll.io, and the regulator’s “Submit a Complaint” form below the license record. Deadlines: game outcome disputes within 14 calendar days of the session, account disputes (payments, suspensions, bonuses) within 30 calendar days. Complaints and ADR messages in English only. Out of scope: complaints from players in the license’s excluded territories, claims unrelated to licensed gaming, and complaints escalated before the operator’s 30 days have passed. The Authority’s approved ADR providers are EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR and CADRE B.V.

Class actions and jury trial
Do Moon Roll’s terms waive class actions or jury trials?
- Not published
The Terms and the dispute page waive neither class actions nor jury trials, and carry no arbitration clause.
The dispute page makes you waive any objection to the courts of Curaçao, inappropriate forum included, and bars you from transferring, assigning or selling your right to claim to a third party (Dispute Resolution §2).

The other document: A period between 6 months and five years, requested from support at contact@moonroll.io (responsible gambling page)
Terms §6.9 gives a third route: an email saying SELF-EXCLUDE, effective within 24 hours, account disabled “until further notice” (Terms §6.9). The Self Exclusion page offers “permanently” as a self-service step, and the same page tells you to contact support “If you’re seeking a permanent ban”.
Opening a new account during an exclusion breaks the Terms and may get the original account permanently banned (responsible gambling page).

Anjouan’s own forms on Moon Roll’s seal page
Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.’s “Submit a Complaint” form takes complaints that an operator is breaching its license. Payout, blocked-account, delay and broken-feature disputes go to the operator first. The form asks for your name, email, phone, address, country, date of birth, the operator URL, the disputed amount, the games played, the dispute details and the date and time of play, plus screenshots and chats, photo ID, proof of address and proof of source of funds. Moon Roll’s Anjouan validator page carries a self-exclusion request form with a 2-day or 1-week cool-off, or 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year or permanent. The regulator says the list goes only to operators on the Anjouan Gaming platform.
Complaints Anjouan won’t hear
The validator states that disputes, claims or complaints from players in the excluded territories “fall entirely outside the regulatory scope of the Anjouan Internet Gaming License and will not be entertained”. The Anjouan validator excludes seven territories plus all FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. Six of the seven are on Moon Roll’s own list. Comoros, the union Anjouan belongs to, is not.
Two Anjouan license conditions Moon Roll doesn’t show
Two of the Anjouan license’s conditions don’t show in Moon Roll’s documents. No Moon Roll document names an ADR provider, and the dispute page bars taking a claim to any “resolution body” outside the courts of Curaçao. The limits page offers wager and loss limits but names no deposit limit.
Terms that change on publication
“Amendments will be binding and effective immediately upon publication on this Website.” (Terms §2). An update takes effect “a minimum of two weeks after it has been announced”, so existing users can stop using the service first (site footer).
What Moon Roll owes you at most
Moon Roll’s total liability is capped at the stake on the bet in question or €500, whichever is lower (Terms §15.2).
Complaints about KYC checks and your data
Complaints about the AML/KYC policy or the checks on your account go to contact@moonroll.io (AML policy). The privacy policy points to a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority under GDPR Article 77.
