Curaçao, where Roobet is licensed, is on the list with the rest of the Dutch kingdom: Aruba, Bonaire, the Netherlands, Saba, Saint Maarten and Statia. A Curaçao licensee generally can’t take players from Curaçao itself, so the license works as an export permit. The UK Gambling Commission lists no license for Roobet’s operator. What happens if you play from a blocked country
The list isn’t the whole rule. Roobet’s player warranties also bar playing from anywhere gambling is prohibited (Terms §8.11, §8.12), and breaking one lets Roobet close or suspend the account and void active bets (§8.25). Roobet checks where you are through KYC, which it can ask for at any time (§4.9). Its Terms say nothing about VPNs, so don’t read that as permission.

Roobet KYC: when can Roobet ask for ID?
Roobet can ask for KYC at any time, and it publishes no threshold (Terms §4.9). It screens identity, PEP status and sanctions at sign-up and after, and it can ask for your source of funds. Level 2 is the only level with a published document list, and there is no Level 1 article. Roobet names no verification provider.

Roobet rakeback, bonuses and VIP: what are they worth?
Roobet tells you when every reward drops, but never how big it is. There is no rakeback rate and no tier threshold, and Roobet says it can’t disclose its VIP requirements.
The calendar is public. Instant rakeback drops every 30 minutes and the daily bonus at midnight UTC. The weekly bonus lands on Saturday, the monthly one on the 1st, and the Vault opens three times a day.
Roobet rakeback levels
Roobet’s Bonus and Promotion Policy (version 4.8, updated July 17, 2025) ties rakeback to levels up to 30. Every rakeback except Instant grows with each level (§5.3–5.4). Half of each Instant claim goes to your balance and half to the Vault, claimable over the next 3 days (§5.18).
Rakeboosts don’t stack, and the highest one applies (§5.26). No rakeback is paid while a deposit bonus WR is active (§5.5), and no Roobet document states the WR.

What the Roobet game split can’t show
Two of the four groups are read from the namespace, not from a declared field. Every sports bet arrives as one entry, so its market, sport and selection are lost. Game providers also block countries on their own, so a game played here may be off-limits where you live.
A provider channel is the feed’s game source, so Roobet’s own games show up under their own channel names instead of a studio.

What responsible gambling tools does Roobet offer?
Roobet offers wager, loss and deposit limits, a 24-hour time-out and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion starts 24 hours after you set it, and you can’t undo it. Roobet’s own pages disagree on the longest exclusion.
Roobet self-exclusion periods
Roobet’s help center lists periods up to 1 year, or permanent. The responsible gambling page says up to 5 years, or permanent. Check the exact period on the exclusion screen before you confirm, because you can’t take it back. Sources: help center article, responsible gambling page.
Both pages agree on the rest. Self-exclusion starts after a 24-hour wait, you can’t bet during the wait, and support can’t undo it once it runs.
How to close a Roobet account
To close your account, email CS@roobet.com. Expect a first reply in 24 to 48 hours, a 48-hour cooldown, then 24 hours to confirm. Closing is separate from self-exclusion. Excluded from the whole site, you can’t log in and you lose unclaimed Vault rewards, but Roobet doesn’t say what happens to your balance in either case.

The Curaçao regulator won’t settle a Roobet dispute
The Curaçao Gaming Authority says it “does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers”, and that settling disputes between players and operators “is not within our mandate”. It can’t order Roobet to pay you. It still takes complaints at complaints@cga.cw as signs of a possible breach of the law, may act on a pattern of them, and won’t tell you what it does. A sports bet is settled on the official result, and settled markets are final 72 hours after settlement. After that, Roobet accepts no settlement query (Sportsbook Policy §6.1.4). The Terms also let Roobet cancel bets on wrong odds or odds hit by a technical error (§12.4).

We analyzed 586,444 settled bets from 168 hours of Roobet’s public feed, all priced in USD. Payout came to 96.85% of stake. That is a feed ratio, not a game’s RTP. A public feed shows the bets it chooses to show, so we can’t prove it shows them all.
How Roobet’s feed flags a win
Roobet calls a bet won whenever any money comes back, even when the player lost. 332,244 bets carry the flag won=true, and 161,206 of them (48.52%) paid back less than the stake. We ignore the flag and rebuild every result from the money fields, which add up on every bet. Taken at face value, the flag overstates how often players come out ahead.
