Rakebit restricted countries: where can’t you play?
Two listsRakebit names thirteen prohibited countries and leaves the list open. Its Anjouan license excludes seven territories, five of which Rakebit doesn’t name, so you can clear Rakebit’s check and still sit outside the license.
Rakebit’s list vs the Anjouan license list
Rakebit’s Terms of Use, repeated word for word in the AML & KYC Policy, carry one list. The Anjouan seal validator carries the license’s. Neither mentions the other.
- Rakebit’s own list: 13 countries. Costa Rica is on it, though a Costa Rican company wrote the Bonus Policy.
- The Anjouan license: 7 territories. Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, plus all FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned countries. Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands and Spain are outside the license but not on Rakebit’s list, and the regulator won’t hear complaints from excluded territories.
- Is the list closed?: No. The clause says “including, but not limited to”, so the thirteen names are a floor. Rakebit publishes no closed list.
Rakebit and your local law
The Terms say Rakebit “is not able to verify the legality of service in each and every jurisdiction” and make you responsible for checking your local law. A player in Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands or Spain gets the sharpest version. They pass Rakebit’s check but sit outside the license and outside the regulator’s complaint process.
Rakebit and VPNs: two answers
The homepage calls Rakebit “VPN-friendly by design”, and its FAQ adds “The platform is also VPN-friendly”. The Bonus Policy counts “using a VPN or masking IP address” as fraud that can cost you a bonus, and the Terms of Use never mention VPNs. On barred countries, the Terms promise only that Rakebit “will make all reasonable efforts to prevent players from these countries from reaching the games”, with no method described.

This gaming platform operates under License No. ALSI-202602030-FI2, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan pursuant to the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. All licensed activities are subject to the compliance and supervision frameworks managed by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.
Rakebit’s own paperwork contradicts itself three times: a Bonus Policy from a company in a country Rakebit itself bars, withdrawal caps up to five times apart and self-exclusion described twice with incompatible periods. Its homepage contradicts the policies five more times, on KYC, payout speed and the minimum, the welcome offer and VPNs.
Does Rakebit show its license number?
No. The Terms of Use, the contract you accept, never mention a license, an authority or a regulator. The footer carries the Anjouan seal link and nothing else. The only license line on the site is homepage copy, “The platform operates under an Anjouan gaming license”. Nothing in the contract points to the framework that would hear your complaint.
Who owns Rakebit? Two companies
The Terms of Use, Payment Policy and AML & KYC Policy bind you to Nile King Media LTD in Anjouan. The Bonus Policy calls TECH GROUP BL LIMITADA “the Company”, and the site’s own footer text says “rakebit.com and related rights belong to TECH GROUP BL LIMITADA”. No Rakebit document explains the link, and the bonus terms decide whether a bonus balance can become a withdrawal.

Rakebit KYC: when does Rakebit ask for ID?
Sources disagreeRakebit asks for KYC at your first withdrawal, every time, whatever its homepage says. It can also ask before a first deposit, on suspected fraud or after frequent big withdrawals. The triggers and the document list are published, but not how long a check takes or how long your balance can sit behind one.
Is Rakebit a no-KYC casino?
No, despite the homepage. It promises “No documents, no selfies with your passport.”, says “As an anonymous crypto casino, Rakebit requires no identity documents to register, play, or withdraw”, and its FAQ answers “Do I need to complete KYC to play or withdraw?” with “No”. The Terms of Use want your documents “when claiming the withdrawal for the first time”, and the Payment Policy makes completed KYC a condition of any withdrawal. Both were live on rakebit.com on Oct 4, 2026.

Rakebit withdrawals: what has to happen before you cash out?
Caps disagreeYou have to wager every deposit once before a Rakebit withdrawal, and then one of two caps applies. The Terms and the Payment Policy set them up to five times apart. In the feed, 22 currency labels showed up. 99.48% of settlements carry a full set of dollar figures, and the rest stay out of every money total instead of counting as zero.
Rakebit deposit wagering and withdrawal fee
Both the Terms and the Payment Policy require 1x wagering on every deposit. Rakebit can refuse a withdrawal “if the total bet amount is less than the amount of the last deposit”. The homepage says Rakebit charges nothing on cashouts and you pay only the network fee. The Payment Policy keeps the right to change the withdrawal fee “at any time without prior notice” and leaves any fee for a method or country to the withdrawal page.
Rakebit payout speed and minimum: two versions
The homepage says funds are “sent instantly, subject only to blockchain confirmation times”, from about $10 in any coin, with limits that “scale up to $500,000 depending on your level”. The Payment Policy says a withdrawal “should be approved or denied within two (2) days”, seven days or more under anti-fraud checks, from 40 EUR in fiat or 40 USDT, and caps it at 5,000 EUR a day. The homepage also caps slot bets at $20, where the Terms cap a new player at 500 EUR.
A clause copied from another casino
The Payment Policy’s installment clause says “poolbit.com reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments”. The same clause in the Terms of Use says Rakebit.

Rakebit currencies in the bet feed
The feed showed 22 currency labels in 168 hours, and 8 were big enough to show money on their own. That is what players bet in, not a deposit list and not proof that any coin can be withdrawn. The Payment Policy lists its own 21 coins with per-coin minimums, and a coin can sit in one list and not the other.
99.48% of settlements carry stake, return and difference in dollars, and nothing else enters a money figure. Stake, return and difference reconcile on every included row, with a largest gap of $0.

Rakebit publishes a deposit and a withdrawal minimum for all 21 coins it lists, and calls them “approximate and subject to change”. The other 13 rows are in the Payment Policy.
Rakebit bonuses, rakeback and VIP: what are they worth?
Two welcome offersRakebit’s Bonus Policy, the one Rakebit document from a different company, gives its welcome bonus a 40x WR. Its homepage calls the welcome offer something else, 100% rakeback on your first $1,000 wagered. The rakeback rates sit on the homepage and a VIP page, with no threshold for reaching any of them. The feed tags no VIP level on a bet, so none of it can be checked against play.
Which Rakebit welcome offer is real?
Asked “What is the welcome offer, exactly?”, the homepage FAQ answers: “New players receive 100% rakeback on their first $1,000 in total wagers (loyalty levels 1-9).” The Bonus Policy, dated June 19, 2024, lists three casino deposit bonuses instead. On Oct 4, 2026, the promotions page showed no casino deposit bonus, and Rakebit doesn’t say whether the policy’s offers still run.
Rakebit welcome bonus and 40x WR
Rakebit runs three casino offers and three sports offers, and only bonus money can clear the WR. The Bonus Policy is Rakebit’s most detailed document and its oldest. It is dated June 19, 2024, thirteen months before the Terms, Payment Policy and AML & KYC Policy (all effective July 15, 2025).
At the cap, the first bonus is 500 EUR of bonus money, and 40x makes that 20,000 EUR of wagering. You have to play it on slots only, at 5 EUR or less a bet, inside ten days. The most you can then cash out is 10x the bonus, whatever the balance says.
Rakebit rakeback and VIP levels
On Oct 4, 2026 the rates were on the homepage and on a VIP v2 page with no countdown. The Bonus Policy, the Terms of Use and the Payment Policy never mention rakeback.

No XP, wager or level threshold is published for any level, so you can see what level 10 pays and not what it costs. VIP transfers from other casinos go through support, email or a Telegram bot, on terms that aren’t published.
Does the Rakebit feed show VIP levels?
No. The feed has three source tabs, and a tab name says which public surface a settlement came from. It is not a tier, a status or a reward, and nothing in the feed describes a bonus, a rakeback rate or a VIP level.
Rakebit High Roller and Best Multiplier tabs
Both highlight tabs skip qualifying bets. We captured the whole feed, so we can count what they leave out. A tab that shows a few big hits while thousands of similar ones go unshown is a marketing surface, at Rakebit or anywhere else.
- High Roller tab: 2 tagged. 6,490 bets beat the smallest stake the tab showed and never appeared on it, about 3,245 for every tagged one.
- Best Multiplier tab: 2 tagged. The capture’s top multiplier is 2,247.8x, and this tab’s own range is withheld under the privacy floor, so the two aren’t compared. 569 bets in the 100x+ tail were never tagged by it.

What responsible gambling tools does Rakebit offer?
One tool, two versionsRakebit offers self-exclusion only, and the Terms describe it twice with incompatible periods. None of the seven policy documents offers a deposit, loss, wager or session limit or a reality check.
Does Rakebit offer deposit limits?
No. The Responsible Gambling section tells players to “set personal limits on deposits and spending” without offering a way to do it. There is no standalone responsible gambling page either. The policy is a section of the Terms of Use, between the liability limits and the severability clause.

1.00% of paired settlements carry 61.03% of the visible stake. That lane is every paired settlement at or above the 99th-percentile stake of $320.33. The biggest stakes sit closest to break-even, 0.9880× in the lane against 1.8249× everywhere else, so the headline 1.3141× doesn’t come from the money. It comes from small stakes hitting big multipliers, which a feed built to show wins brings to the top.
Total losses are missing from the Rakebit feed
Of the 172,609 settlements we captured from Rakebit’s feed, 2 returned nothing. Anyone watching that feed sees a filtered sample that makes play look like it pays more often than a full ledger would. That is a fact about the feed, not a claim about intent. Almost every casino runs the same kind of feed, and we say so wherever we find one.

Rakebit complaints: what can you do if something goes wrong?

The regulator wants complaints filed “using the complaint submission function accessible via the operator’s interactive site seal” and warns that “complaints submitted through other channels may not be accepted”. - Rakebit’s escalation clause: Points to a list the site doesn’t publish. It sends you to bodies “noted at the Nile King Media LTD website”, and no Rakebit page names one.
The regulator won’t hear complaints from players in excluded territories (“will not be entertained”). So a player in France, Spain, the Netherlands or Australia can pass Rakebit’s country check and still be outside the only dispute process tied to the license.
Rakebit complaint deadlines
Every deadline runs from something that happened, such as a session, a payment or a refusal. You get 14 days to raise a game dispute and 30 for an account dispute. Rakebit sets no deadline of its own, so the dates are yours to track.
Does the Rakebit feed show a bet ID?
No. Rakebit’s public feed has exactly 15 fields per bet and no bet ID, so a disputed bet has no public reference number. To tell bets apart, our collector builds its own key from the player label, time, stake, win and game. That key exists only in our database and means nothing to Rakebit. Whether the logged-in account area shows a reference the feed doesn’t is a question for an account holder.

We analyzed 172,609 settlements over 168 hours, and 171,720 of them carry full dollar figures and return 1.3141× of their stake. That describes a return-selected capture. It is not a game’s RTP, a house edge or a forecast.
What the 100x+ tail does to the Rakebit ratio
Remove the 564 settlements at 100x or more, and 1.3141× becomes 1.2584×. That group holds 4.26% of the visible return on 0.029% of the visible stake, the shape of a fat tail. Without it the ratio still sits far above break-even, because the missing losses do the work, not the tail.
On a normal all-bets ledger, pulling the tail drops the ratio toward the house edge. Here the deepest cut still leaves 1.1412× per unit staked. The missing losing settlements hold this number up, and no cut can restore them, so the table is evidence about the source, not a corrected payout figure.
Rakebit 100x+ wins
569 settlements hit 100x or more, 0.330% of the capture. The 564 with full dollar figures staked $585.06 and returned $114,549. The feed’s rounded multiplier sorts the bets, but the money comes from the USD fields, never from the multiplier, so its rounding never leaks into a total.

Each cut removes one named group whole, stake and return together, and recomputes from what’s left. The cuts are alternatives, not steps. The ledger shows 1.3141× returned per unit staked. Without the gate, that looks like a casino paying back more than it takes, which no casino does. With it, the number is what a feed missing the losing side adds up to. Its only name here is visible return / stake.

Who is Rakebit best for, and who should skip it?
- Rakeback hunters. Rakebit’s homepage and VIP page list 100% rakeback on levels 1 to 9 (up to 1,000 USD), 10% base rakeback from level 10 and daily cashback of 2% to 25%.
- Slots players who take bonuses. The Bonus Policy lists three casino and three sports welcome offers with detailed terms, starting with 100% up to 500 EUR, though the homepage now calls the welcome offer rakeback. Slots count 100% toward the casino bonus WR.
- Crypto players who like rules in writing. Deposit and withdrawal minimums are published for all 21 coins Rakebit lists, and so are its KYC triggers and document list.
- You were told Rakebit needs no KYC. The homepage says so, and the Terms want ID, a selfie and proof of address at your first withdrawal.
- You play big. The Terms cap withdrawals at 10,000 EUR in any 24 hours and the Payment Policy at 5,000 EUR a day. A new player’s max bet on slots is 500 EUR.
- You live in Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands or Spain. Rakebit’s own list skips your country, but its Anjouan license excludes it, and the regulator won’t hear your complaints.
- You want deposit limits. There are none, and no loss, wager or session limit either. The Terms describe self-exclusion twice, with periods that don’t match.
- You want to know what a VIP level costs. No XP, wager or level threshold is published for any level.
- You want one company behind every document. The Terms bind you to Nile King Media LTD in Anjouan, and the Bonus Policy comes from TECH GROUP BL LIMITADA in Costa Rica.

When a review covers a casino’s rules, Alex reads its terms, help center and license record first. Every document behind a claim is linked, and a review built from the bet feed alone says so. The numbers come from the captured feeds. The casino rules come from the casino’s own documents, dated the day they were read.

The homepage now carries four claims our first read didn’t record: no documents to withdraw, “VPN-friendly by design”, no withdrawal fees and instant payouts, with a $10 minimum and a rakeback welcome offer. The policies contradict or qualify each one, and the page shows both readings. The four policies keep their dates, and no snapshot figure changed.
- Data refreshed to the Sep 16–23, 2026 capture: 172,609 public Rakebit settlements over 168 hours, all but 2 returning something. The operator chapters still rested on the documents read on Sep 9, 2026.
- Operator research. Eight rakebit.com documents read in a browser (the site blocks plain HTTP clients), and Anjouan license ALSI-202602030-FI2 confirmed for Nile King Media LTD in the public register and at the seal validator. Seven chapters moved from “not checked” to sourced findings, with three conflicts between Rakebit’s own documents shown side by side. No snapshot figure changed.
- First published, data only: a 168-hour capture of 178,345 public Rakebit settlements, read through the feed’s selection gate, with every money cell under the 10-label privacy floor withheld, never zeroed. Rakebit’s Bonus Policy answers all eight core bonus questions: 100% up to 500 EUR, a 40x WR on the granted bonus, slots at 100% and everything else at 0%, a 5 EUR max bet, a 10x cashout cap and ten days to clear it. It then gives two different minimum deposits, one paragraph apart. The homepage tells a different story. Its FAQ calls the welcome offer 100% rakeback on your first $1,000 wagered, and the promotions page showed no casino deposit bonus on October 4, 2026.

Rakebit withdrawal limits: two ceilings, two documents, the same effective date
Rakebit’s Terms of Use and Payment Policy both took effect on July 15, 2025, and their withdrawal caps sit two to five times apart. Neither mentions the other, and the homepage says limits scale to $500,000. The homepage also says payouts are “sent instantly” from about $10 with no fee from Rakebit. The Payment Policy promises a decision within two days, stretches that to seven days “and more if needed”, and sets the minimum at 40 EUR.

The Terms of Use, Payment Policy and AML & KYC Policy contract you with Nile King Media LTD in Anjouan. The Bonus Policy contracts you with a Costa Rican company. Rakebit does not explain the relationship between the two anywhere we could find, and the bonus terms are the ones that decide whether a bonus balance can become a withdrawal.

Past management, “you can contact any independent body, gaming authority or licensor noted at the Nile King Media LTD website”, and no Rakebit page names one. The Terms of Use have no governing-law clause. Anjouan’s route runs through a complaint function in the site seal, and Rakebit’s seal page carries the regulator’s complaint form for license breaches. Both passages route the request through support by email. No in-account control is described. Creating additional accounts during a self-exclusion period is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all related accounts.

The regulator’s complaint form behind Rakebit’s license seal
The authority requires complaints to be submitted “using the complaint submission function accessible via the operator’s interactive site seal” and warns that “complaints submitted through other channels may not be accepted”. On Oct 4, 2026, Rakebit’s seal led to a validator page with the license record, support@rakebit.com and the regulator’s “Submit a Complaint” form. The page names no ADR provider. Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.’s “Submit a Complaint” form takes complaints that an operator is breaching its license. Payout, blocked-account, delay and broken-feature disputes go to the operator first. The form asks for your name, email, phone, address, country, date of birth, the operator URL, the disputed amount, the games played, the dispute details and the date and time of play, plus screenshots and chats, photo ID, proof of address and proof of source of funds.
Anjouan’s self-exclusion form on Rakebit’s seal page
Rakebit’s Anjouan validator page carries a self-exclusion request form with a 2-day or 1-week cool-off, or 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year or permanent. The regulator says the list goes only to operators on the Anjouan Gaming platform.
No responsible gambling page of its own
Rakebit publishes no standalone responsible gambling page. The policy is a section inside the Terms of Use, between the liability limits and the severability clause.
