AceBet restricted countries: where can’t you play?
AceBet’s Terms bar residents of 7 territories: Cyprus, the Cayman Islands, Switzerland, Comoros, the Netherlands, the UK and the US, plus every FATF-blacklisted country (Terms §2.1 and §2.4). AceBet publishes three more country lists, and none of them matches the Terms. This is AceBet’s list, not legal advice.
AceBet’s four country lists

AceBet and its Anjouan license
The Anjouan license excludes 7 territories (Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US) plus every FATF-blacklisted or sanctioned country. AceBet’s Terms name four of them. Australia is only on the License page, and France and Spain are on no AceBet restricted list. The regulator won’t hear complaints from players in its excluded territories.
AceBet VPN rule
Don’t use a VPN. AceBet counts a VPN, a proxy or anything else that hides your location as fraudulent activity, and it can block the account and forfeit every balance without notice (Terms §9). The FAQ tells VPN users to disconnect and try again.
How does AceBet check where you are?
AceBet doesn’t say. Its FAQ says players from its listed countries are blocked automatically, from acebet.co itself as well as from play, deposits and withdrawals. Its privacy policy collects your IP address and your device’s geolocation. Terms §2.1 makes it “your sole responsibility” to know whether AceBet is legal where you live.
AceBet’s affiliate page names restricted countries
AceBet’s affiliate page, a marketing page for partners, lists the US, the UK, Australia, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland among its “Primary target countries”. All six are on at least one AceBet restricted list.

Two Anjouan license conditions AceBet doesn’t show
The license requires an independent ADR service once AceBet’s own complaint process ends, and responsible gaming tools “including self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. No AceBet document names an ADR provider, and no public page documents a deposit limit.
Who else is behind AceBet
Payments run through 51 Plus One Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus, which the License page calls the “Payment Agent” and the FAQ “our subsidiary”. The privacy policy names the data controller “Golden Frog Ltd.”, not Inc. The License page says third-party games pass RNG audits, but it names no lab and links no certificate.

AceBet KYC: when does AceBet ask for ID?
AceBet can verify your identity at any withdrawal, of any size (Terms §4), and when you deposit (Terms §5). Terms §6 lets it run a KYC check whenever it deems necessary, and no threshold is published. Signing up takes a mobile number, an email, a username, a password and your legal name (Terms §2.2).
AceBet KYC documents
For your first withdrawal, Terms §6 lists card photos (front and back, first 6 and last 4 digits showing, the rest and the CVV covered), a bank statement, a photo ID, proof of address and proof you own any other payment method. AceBet can also ask for certified copies and run phone or face verification.
AceBet KYC review time
AceBet publishes no review time, names no verification provider and describes no verification levels. A withdrawal can take longer than two banking days during “additional account checks” (Terms §6), and AceBet can close an account if documents it asks for at deposit don’t arrive (Terms §5).
AceBet source of funds and screening
No AceBet document mentions a source of funds check or sanctions, PEP or wallet screening. Terms §4 says only that “All transactions will be checked to prevent money laundering”. You also warrant that your deposits don’t “originate from any illegal activity or source” (Terms §2.4).
Three versions of AceBet sign-up
The Terms ask for a mobile number, an email, a username, a password and your legal name. The FAQ asks only for an email and a password, or a Google or Steam login, then email verification. About Us sells a crypto wallet login (Phantom, Solflare, Trust Wallet) with “no outdated registration forms required”.
Chat Rain and the VERIFIED badge
Chat Rain needs “a verified Acebet account” (FAQ), and AceBet doesn’t say which verification it means. The bet feed shows a “VERIFIED” badge on 19 account keys, and no AceBet document explains it.

AceBet withdrawals: what has to happen before you cash out?
AceBet gives three withdrawal times. The homepage FAQ says 5 to 15 minutes, About Us says most transactions finalize on-chain in 10 to 15 minutes, and the Terms say two banking days, sometimes longer (§6). Before any cashout, you have to wager every deposit once (Terms §5), and AceBet can refuse a withdrawal if your total bets are less than your last deposit (Terms §6).
AceBet max win: €100,000 a day
Winnings are capped at €100,000 per customer per day, or the same in your account currency, counted 00:00 to 23:59 GMT (Terms §6). Every Originals game panel except Slot Battles shows “Max Win $50,000.00”, though the Wheel page’s own text says $200,000. AceBet publishes no per-transaction maximum and can change it without notice.
The Terms set no limit on how many withdrawals you make, and no installment plan for a big win.
AceBet withdrawal fees
AceBet publishes no fee figure, and its pages disagree on whether there is one. The welcome page promises “zero-fee transactions”, then mentions “minimal network fees” without saying who pays them.
Closing an account pays out the balance minus “relevant withdrawal charges” (Terms §7). The Terms carry no dormancy fee and no inactivity rule.
AceBet coins, networks and payment methods
The welcome page lists BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, XRP and DOGE “for instant deposits and withdrawals”. About Us says AceBet supports “major networks including BTC, ETH, SOL, and DOGE”, and the homepage’s structured data names Tether on six networks and USD Coin on five. No page lists the networks withdrawals go out on.
The Terms describe cards, e-wallets and bank transfers, with withdrawals back to the method you deposited with (§6). Every payment has to come from an account or card in your name (Terms §5).
AceBet’s “$” and the feed’s CCY and REAL
AceBet’s site shows amounts with a “$” sign on its win widgets, race prize tables, max-win labels and welcome offer. Its public bet feed labels every amount CCY or REAL, and no AceBet document mentions either label. Neither is established as fiat or crypto, so every feed amount on this page carries a “u”, never a dollar sign.
What AceBet’s feed units are good for
Ratios and shares inside one unit still mean something. The feed paid back 91.13% of stake, and the median stake was 34 u against a 99th percentile of 4,800 u. CCY and REAL split the feed 69.4% to 30.6%. None of it compares with a USD figure on any other review here, so the cross-casino money boards leave AceBet out. The feed holds settled bets only, with no deposit, withdrawal, balance or fee rows.

AceBet’s welcome offer is 20 free spins on Le Cowboy (Hacksaw Gaming) plus a 100% first deposit match up to $1,000, with promo code ACEBET at sign-up. AceBet bonus rules in the Terms
A bonus sits in a bonus balance until you clear its WR (Terms §16). You can withdraw early through support, but you lose the bonus, and the WR is void once the balance drops below €0.10. AceBet can remove a bonus you haven’t used within a month (Terms §7). Bonus hunting or code abuse forfeits all winnings, and you get one account per household, IP address and device (Terms §3, §7).
AceBet races, rakeback and Chat Rain
The monthly race pays $15,000 to the top 60, from $3,000 for first to $25 for places 56 to 60, and the daily race pays $1,000 to the top 10. Prizes expire unless you claim them within 7 days of the race ending. Both race pages are headed “Win Sweeps Coin Rewards” over prize tables in dollars. Rakeback rises the more you play, but the rate sits behind the sign-in on the Rewards tab. Chat Rain drops random rewards on active, verified accounts, and AceBet publishes no VIP program.
AceBet XP scores in the feed
All 2,215 account keys in the feed carry an XP score, with a median of 126,220 and a top score of 602.1M. The snapshot defines it this way: “Source-provided account progression score. It is not money, stake or a verified loyalty tier.” No AceBet document explains XP, levels or the VIP and VERIFIED badges, so XP is a ladder with no labels on its rungs. 99.05% of keys carry no badge.

Each Originals page title declares an RTP, from 99.50% on Blackjack down to 96.00% on Wheel, Mines, Crash, Plinko and Keep Digging, and Slot Battles declares none. Those are AceBet’s figures, not measurements.
AceBet provably fair
Originals use a SHA256-hashed server seed shown before play, a client seed you can change at any time and a nonce that counts up from one. AceBet embeds a verifier for 11 Originals, all but Slot Battles. About Us claims over 1,600 slots, and the FAQ says “thousands of titles”.
What AceBet’s feed shows
AceBet’s feed logged 1,539 titles from 28 providers across all 1,079,232 events. Of the 12 source categories, 3 finished above break-even. This is one closed window of play on the part of AceBet this feed shows, not a live catalog.
AceBet slots and single-game categories
Slots took 65.32% of events and 1,532 of the 1,539 titles. Of the 12 categories, 11 are a single game each. A small category’s ratio is one week’s sample, driven by whoever happened to play it. Keno at 103.99% rests on 278 account keys, and craps at 95.19% on 32.
AceBet blackjack in the feed
19,501 captured blackjack hands carry 27.3M u of stake and 2.2M u of payout, a ratio of 8.16%. The snapshot doesn’t say how a returned stake, a split, a double or an insured hand lands in the payout field, so read it as what the rows show, not as how the game pays.

AceBet’s seal page also carries the regulator’s self-exclusion form, with a 2-day or 1-week cool-off, or 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year or permanent. The regulator says that list goes only to operators on the Anjouan Gaming platform.

AceBet ADR: none named
AceBet names no ADR provider, although its Anjouan license requires an independent ADR service once AceBet’s own process ends. Its Terms name no governing law and no court, and they carry no class-action waiver or arbitration clause.
Can you take an AceBet complaint to Anjouan?
Not directly. AceBet’s License page says you can escalate to its regulator, but Anjouan says it “does not handle, mediate, or adjudicate player complaints.” Its route goes to AceBet first, through the complaint function on AceBet’s seal. AceBet then has 30 calendar days to answer, and after that an approved ADR (EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V.) can take the case, at AceBet’s cost.
Raise a game dispute within 14 calendar days of the session and an account dispute within 30, in English only. The regulator’s own form on the seal page is for license breaches, and it sends payout and blocked-account disputes back to AceBet.

We analyzed 1,079,232 settled bets from 168 hours of AceBet’s public All Bets feed. They carried 299.2M u of stake and a player result of −26.5M u, all in CCY and REAL units AceBet never prices. These figures describe one closed capture, and the payout ratio is not a game’s RTP, a house edge or a forecast.
AceBet payout ratio in unpriced units
1,079,232 settled bets paid back 91.13% of their stake. Every row carries a paired stake and payout, so the ledger covers the whole capture. What it lacks is a denomination. A ratio of two amounts in the same unknown unit still means something. A total in that unit doesn’t compare with a dollar total anywhere else on this site.
AceBet CCY vs REAL
CCY and REAL split the feed 69.4% to 30.6% and pay back within three points of each other. They are two labels with two account populations and similar behavior, and nothing in the payload says what either one is. Their amounts are added up here because the adapter normalizes them into one reporting unit. That’s a normalization, not an exchange rate.

On Oct 4, 2026, the same register marked the status field “valid” for all 1,539 rows it published, including 344 whose expiry dates had already passed. The field is uniform, so it carries no information about this or any individual license.
The Authority’s own status definitions page recognizes four statuses (Active, Suspended, Revoked and Expired) and states that “Only entities with an Active licence status are authorised to conduct licensed internet gaming activities.” “Valid”, the word the register actually prints, is not one of the four.

Anjouan license conditions, and the two AceBet doesn’t show
The validator lists three license conditions. Dispute Resolution: the operator must provide access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution service, and players must conclude the operator’s internal complaints process before using it. Regulatory Compliance: international AML protocols, plus functional responsible-gaming tools “including self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. Software Integrity: certified Random Number Generators. AceBet doesn’t show two of the Anjouan license’s conditions. No AceBet document names an ADR provider, and no public page documents a deposit limit. The Self Exclude page offers 1 to 14 days, and the FAQ says limits sit in the account’s Responsible Gaming settings.

Privacy Policy: “Golden Frog Ltd., of Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros”, named as data controller (Privacy Policy, last update October 2025). An RNG audit claimed, no lab or certificate named
The License page says third-party games come from licensed providers, including Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger Gaming, Evolution Gaming and Hacksaw Gaming, “who undergo independent RNG (Random Number Generator) audits”. No lab is named and no certificate is linked.
Two oddities on AceBet’s License page
The License page says AceBet is “authorized by the $Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority” and prints the same stray “$” in its dispute paragraph. The License page spells “Caymand Islands”.

Anjouan’s own forms on AceBet’s seal page
The route runs through the operator’s seal page. On Oct 4, 2026, AceBet’s validator page showed the regulator’s “Submit a Complaint” form below the license record. The form asks for your name, email, phone, address, country, date of birth, the operator URL, the disputed amount, the games played, the dispute details and the date and time of play, plus screenshots and chats, photo ID, proof of address and proof of source of funds. AceBet’s Anjouan validator page carries a self-exclusion request form with a 2-day or 1-week cool-off, or 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year or permanent. The regulator says the list goes only to operators on the Anjouan Gaming platform.
Two Anjouan license conditions AceBet doesn’t show
AceBet doesn’t show two of the Anjouan license’s conditions. No AceBet document names an ADR provider, and no public page documents a deposit limit. The Self Exclude page offers 1 to 14 days, and the FAQ says limits sit in the account’s Responsible Gaming settings.
Complaints Anjouan won’t hear
The validator states that disputes, claims or complaints from players in the excluded territories “fall entirely outside the regulatory scope of the Anjouan Internet Gaming License and will not be entertained”. The Anjouan validator excludes seven territories plus all FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. AceBet’s Terms name four of the seven and leave out Australia, France and Spain, which they cover only through a catch-all for jurisdictions “deemed prohibited by Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority”. The Service Availability page lists Comoros and Spain as available.
