We check 24 crypto casinos against six terms that each one either publishes or doesn’t. The terms are a license checked at the regulator, a license number that matches the record, no withdrawal fee of the casino’s own, a deposit rollover of 1x or less, a published restricted-country list and a self-service self-exclusion with a stated period. Every tick and cross links its document. 0xCasinos has tested nothing here with real money yet, so each cell is a casino’s or regulator’s own statement, read at source on the date shown. Casinos are grouped by how many terms they meet, A to Z in each group. There is no first place, and meeting all six is not a recommendation.
The finding
Two of the 24 meet all six.
Five meet five, eleven meet four, three meet three and three meet two. No casino meets fewer than two.
The documents don’t settle 13 of the 144 cells. Two of those are questions we haven’t checked yet. None of them counts as met.
Of 24 casinos. This column and the number-match column are regulator records. The other four are casino statements.

01The finding
Crypto casino shortlist results: two of the 24 meet all six terms, none meets fewer than two
A term counts as met only when the casino’s or regulator’s document says so, and every cell is dated in the source list at the bottom. Meeting all six is about what a casino publishes, not a verdict on how it treats players.
Met
The published document meets the term as that column’s rule states it. The cell links the document.
Not met
The published document doesn’t meet the term. For example, a fee is charged or reserved, the rollover is above 1x, or the only way to self-exclude is an email.
Not published
The casino’s or regulator’s documents don’t settle the term either way. The cell names the document searched, and the term doesn’t count as met.
Not checked by us
We haven’t checked the documents for this yet. It’s our gap, and it never counts as met.
Not tested yet
Our real-money tests are coming soon. We haven’t opened an account, deposited, withdrawn, claimed a bonus, switched on a self-exclusion or filed a complaint at any casino here yet. Every cell is a casino’s or regulator’s published statement, from the document linked in that cell, checked on the date shown.
02The shortlist
Crypto casino shortlist: grouped by terms met, A to Z within each group
Groups are counts, not tiers. Two casinos that meet four terms may meet four different ones, and the strip on each card shows which. The matrix below has the document behind every mark.

Crypto casino comparison: every casino against every term, with the document in each cell
Each cell shows a mark, the fact in a few words and its source. Open “Why” for the sentence that decides it. Two columns are regulator records and four are casino statements, and the header says which.

Each casino against six published terms: whether the license was checked at the regulator, whether the number matches the record, whether the casino states no withdrawal fee of its own, whether the deposit rollover is 1x or less, whether a restricted-country list is published, and whether a self-service self-exclusion control with a period is published. On the record · The certificate for OGL/2024/1354/0882 was retrieved from cert.gcb.cw on Sep 9, 2026 and again on Oct 4, 2026, from the link 500 Casino embeds in its own footer. It names 500.casino, Perfect Storm B.V. and company number 150536, matching 500 Casino’s own documents.
The help center describes only the blockchain transaction fee, which you pay and which differs per coin. It never says whether 500 Casino adds a charge of its own. Searched: Help center: withdrawal fees.
In the document · The blockchain transaction fee is paid by the player and deducted from the amount received. It differs per coin and changes over time, and some coins carry no fee. The current fee is shown on the withdrawal page of each cryptocurrency and is not published as a table
Every deposit in the Terms · only some deposit methods in the help center. If unmet: No withdrawal until the playthrough is done. Two of the casino’s documents disagree on the exemption. The help center states the play-through applies “depending on the deposit method you have chosen”, and names real-money and voucher deposits as the ones that always require wagering first The Terms were rewritten on Sep 24, 2026 to say the rule applies to all deposits. The help center still lists crypto in and skins out as allowed without it.
In the document · Players must play through the full value of each deposit at least once before withdrawing. The Terms call it an anti-money-laundering rule that applies to all deposits and comes on top of any bonus WR (Terms, “Deposits and Withdrawals”).
34 distinct territories across 4 casino documents (Terms of Service, “Region Restrictions”). On whether the list is closed: On top of the five layers, the Terms say “some Casino games have custom country restrictions”, shown only by graying out the game in the lobby. No list of those games is published.
In the document · 500 Casino doesn’t publish one restricted list. It publishes 4 in the same clause, and each blocks something different: the whole site, the mirror domains, the sportsbook or the casino games.
You switch it on yourself in profile settings, which covers the self-service half of this term. But neither the responsible gaming page nor the help center names a length, a minimum or a maximum, so the term is not met.
In the document · Yes, activated by the player from profile settings. Not published. The responsible gaming page and the help center both say only “a predetermined amount of time”, and name no length, minimum or maximum.
Checked at: Anjouan seal validator, reached from the seal AceBet loads on every page · Anjouan public register.
On the record · AceBet loads an Anjouan seal on every page. Opened from a fresh acebet.co load on Oct 4, 2026, it returned a record naming Golden Frog Inc. and acebet.co with “Operating status: VALID”, with no expired-page banner. Below the record, the page embeds two regulator forms in frames, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”.
No withdrawal fee is published as a figure. The welcome page promises “zero-fee transactions”, and Terms §7 pays out a closed account minus “relevant withdrawal charges”. Searched: Terms of Service (Terms §7).
In the document · Not published as a figure. Two AceBet pages disagree on whether there is one. The welcome page promises “zero-fee transactions”, then says transactions are processed on-chain “with minimal network fees”. Closing an account pays out the balance “subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges” (Terms §7).
Every deposit, “as a prevention of money laundering” (Terms §5). If unmet: AceBet can refuse the withdrawal if total bets are under the last deposit (Terms §6). An active bonus WR has to be cleared first as well. No game weighting is published for the deposit rule.
In the document · Every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal, “as a prevention of money laundering” (Terms §5)
10 distinct territories across 3 casino documents (Terms §2.1 and §2.4). On whether the list is closed: No. Terms §2.1 and §2.4 add “all FATF Blacklisted countries, and/or any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority”. The casino’s own documents disagree on restricted countries and where the casino says it’s open.
In the document · AceBet’s Terms bar residents of 7 territories: Cyprus, Cayman Islands, Switzerland, Comoros, Netherlands, United Kingdom, USA.
You set it yourself on the Self Exclude page, for one of four periods, and confirm that it can’t be reversed. Longer or permanent bans go through support, and withdrawals are blocked while it runs.
In the document · Self-service on the Self Exclude page for 1, 3, 7 or 14 days, “up to 14 days”. A longer exclusion or a permanent ban goes through support

The fee guide sets a floor of 0.1% on every crypto withdrawal, with the exact fee shown before you confirm. Only the Cwallet route is free.
In the document · At least 0.1% of each crypto withdrawal. The fee guide says “selling digital currency on our platform requires a minimum of a 0.1% Withdrawal Fee”. Withdrawals to Cwallet carry no fee, crypto or fiat, and are processed instantly, per the Cwallet article. The Terms of Service allow withdrawal fees “where clearly disclosed before the withdrawal request is confirmed”, and banks or blockchain networks may charge on top (§11.7). Fiat fees can be a percentage, a fixed charge or both, depending on the gateway and currency, and no figures are published.
The wallet guide says the signed-in Rollover page tracks requirements “linked to your deposits and bonuses”. The User Agreement holds a deposit back only when a deposit bonus is used. Searched: Help center: wallet features.
In the document · No rule is published for a deposit made without a bonus
22 distinct territories across 4 casino documents (Terms of Service §4.3). On whether the list is closed: No. Terms of Service §4.3 closes with “all FATF blacklisted countries, and any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority”. You set it yourself on the self-exclusion page, after a 24-hour cooldown, and it can’t be undone. The User Agreement offers other periods through Live Support, and the responsible gambling FAQ a 6-month minimum.
In the document · Self-service: a 24-hour cooldown, then 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanent. “STRICTLY IRREVERSIBLE”, and “NO ONE will be able to remove this for you”.
Checked at: Tobique validator, opened from the betfury.com footer seal · Tobique Gaming Commission list of license holders.
On the record · We opened the Tobique validator from the seal in the betfury.com footer on Oct 4, 2026. It named JETY GAMES LIMITADA, trade name Betfury, with registered websites www.betfury.com and betfury.com and “Operating status: VALID”, and said the licensee “is authorised to offer games of chance in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023”. Below the record it embeds two regulator forms, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”. Tobique’s list of license holders, read on Oct 4, 2026, has one row for Jety Games Limitada: expiry 2027-06-26, license type B2C. Like the validator, it prints no license number and no issue date.

In the document · Withdrawal fees exist but no schedule is published. Terms §9.4 reserves the right to change the withdrawal fee at any time without prior notice
Crypto deposits. Fiat deposits carry 2x, or 3x for sports. Waived: BFG deposits and Rank 5+, in the Terms but not in the help center. If unmet: No withdrawal until the WR is met. Two of the casino’s documents disagree on the exemption. The help center repeats the same rule with no exemption for BFG deposits or Rank 5.
In the document · Crypto deposits carry a 100% wager for casino, 300% for sports and 1000% for BetFury Futures before a withdrawal can be made (Terms §17.1)
77 distinct territories across 3 casino documents (Terms §3.3). On whether the list is closed: No. The clause closes “or other restricted jurisdictions ("Restricted Jurisdiction") that are reported by us from time to time.” The casino’s own documents disagree on restricted countries.
In the document · The original Terms §3.3 names 71 territories, opening “For various legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit accounts to be opened or used by customers resident in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to:”
The only published route is an email to support, and the account closes within 24 hours. The documentation describes a six-month minimum that’s never reversed, while the on-site page lets you pick a period and sends an expiry notice. An email-only control counts as no.
In the document · By email to support@betfury.com only, and the account is closed within 24 hours of the request. A minimum of six months, or permanent. BetFury says “once a self-exclusion is applied to your account, it will stay in place and it will not be reversed or decreased for any reason”
Checked at: Anjouan public register, searched by license number on Oct 4, 2026 · Anjouan seal validator, opened from the chips.gg seal on Oct 4, 2026.
On the record · On Oct 4, 2026, the Anjouan Gaming public register lists ALSI-192407025-FI2 as held by Notyarg Ltd, type b2c, status “Valid”, issued July 18, 2024, expiring July 17, 2027, notified domain chips.gg. The holder, number and domain match Chips.gg’s own footer exactly. The seal in the chips.gg footer opens the validator with its own seal id. On Oct 4, 2026, that page showed License No. ALSI-192407025-FI2 with “Operating status: VALID” for Notyarg Ltd and chips.gg, and support@chips.gg as the licensee’s email. Below the record it embeds two regulator forms, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”.

The help center says the fee comes off what you send (withdraw 25 USDT, receive 23 USDT), and the Terms say it shows in the cashier (§4.4, §5.18). No fee schedule is public.
In the document · Charged, with the figure shown under the withdrawal form. The help center says the fee comes off the amount you send: “if you withdraw 25 USDT, you will receive 23 USDT”. The terms add that “some payment methods may include an additional fee” and “the fee will be clearly visible for you in the cashier” (§4.4 and §5.18). The fee and the minimum appear under the withdrawal form once you open it. Neither is on a public page, so the help center’s 25 USDT example is the only fee figure you can see before you have an account and a balance.
Chips.gg’s published rollover is a bonus rollover. Its only deposit-side rule lets it make you bet your own money before bonus money. That’s an order-of-play rule inside a bonus, not a condition on withdrawing a plain deposit. Searched: Rollover terms.
In the document · Chips.gg reserves the right to insist that you bet the full amount of your own deposit before betting with credited free money
26 distinct territories across 2 casino documents (Casino Terms §3.3). On whether the list is closed: No. The list’s own sentence ends “or other restricted jurisdictions (“Restricted Jurisdiction”) as communicated by us from time to time”, so the published list is open-ended. The casino’s own documents disagree on restricted countries.
In the document · Chips’ terms name 25 restricted territories in §3.3, led by the United States “and her dependencies, military bases and territories”.
The product offers 6 options, from one day to closing the account, set in account settings and confirmed by email. The Responsible Gaming Policy describes a different control, through support with a six-month minimum.
In the document · “Self-exclusion is a STRICTLY IRREVERSIBLE process, NO ONE will be able to remove this for you.” The request is submitted in account settings and confirmed by email. The Responsible Gaming Policy says self-exclusion is arranged by contacting Customer Support and “will lock your account for a minimum of 6 months”.

The fees page lists only a flat network fee per coin and network. Terms §7.1.10 reserve a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals, and neither document says when it applies. A reserved fee isn’t a promise of no fee.
In the document · A flat fee on each withdrawal, “paid by users to cover the transaction costs of moving the cryptocurrency out of their Cloudbet account”, set per coin and network and “determined by the blockchain network and can fluctuate without notice”
Deposits and any claimed tips, not just bonus funds. Waived: KYC cuts it from 100% to 25%. Nothing removes it. If unmet: Only settled bets count, not pending ones.
In the document · Unverified: Wager 100% of all deposits and any claimed tips before withdrawing. Verified: Wager 25% of deposits and any claimed tips before withdrawing.
26 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms §7.1.3). On whether the list is closed: The help center says that “if your country isn’t listed in the restricted jurisdictions above, Cloudbet is available to you.” The casino’s own documents disagree on whether the list is complete.
In the document · Cloudbet names 22 restricted entries in Terms §7.1.3, three of them regions rather than countries: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk.
Cloudbet publishes the periods (1 year, 3 years, 5 years or lifetime) and the effect. Our research doesn’t record whether you apply it from the account or request it from support, so the self-service half is not checked by us and the cell doesn’t count.

Checked at: Tobique seal validator, opened from the coincasino.com footer seal · Tobique Gaming Commission list of license holders.
On the record · The Tobique validator opened from the coincasino.com footer seal names 3-102-937894 Limitada, lists www.coincasino.com as its one registered website and reports “Operating status: VALID” on a page generated Oct 4, 2026. It prints no license number. The Tobique Gaming Commission’s list of license holders, read Oct 4, 2026, has 192 rows. 3-102-937894 Limitada holds a B2C license expiring 2027-03-26. The list has no number, issue date, status or domain column.
The regulator publishes no license number to match against. Searched: Tobique seal validator, opened from the coincasino.com footer.
On the record · Neither the validator nor the register prints a license number. The register publishes only these columns: company name, license expiration date, license type.
No withdrawal fee once the deposit has been wagered once. Otherwise CoinCasino takes 8%, minimum €4. A fee the casino takes, even conditionally, is its own fee.
In the document · There are no withdrawal commissions if you wager the deposit at least once. Otherwise CoinCasino says “we are entitled to deduct a 8% fee with a minimum sum of 4 euro”, which the terms put down to fighting money laundering (Terms §8.2). The help center says “CoinCasino does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals.” An administration fee of €50 or currency equivalent per chargeback, denial or reversal (Terms §9.1).
The deposit, before it is withdrawn. If unmet: An 8% fee, minimum €4, taken from the withdrawal. CoinCasino charges for skipping the rollover instead of blocking the withdrawal. Skip the wagering and you can still cash out, for 8%.
In the document · Wager the deposit once to avoid the 8% fee (Terms §8.2).
43 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms §3.1.3). On whether the list is closed: Terms §3.1.2 adds any country where online gambling is prohibited for residents, which is wider than the list and isn’t enumerated. The list itself says Restricted Territories “include, but are not limited to” the names it gives.
In the document · Terms §3.1.3 names 33 entries. The United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain are all on it, and so is the Canadian Province of New Brunswick.
Terms §5.9 routes the request through an email to support with no period, and the responsible gambling page offers 6 months to 5 years through a message to Support. A control you can only request from support counts as no.
In the document · Email Customer Support from your registered address saying you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE. The request “will take effect within 24 hours from the moment of its receipt”, and the account is disabled “until your further notice” (Terms §5.9). Message Support and choose “a time span between 6 months and 5 years”. The exclusion “cannot be undone for a set period of time”, and opening a new account during it can get the original account banned for good (Responsible Gambling page)
Checked at: Anjouan public register, read on Sep 9 and Oct 4, 2026 · Anjouan seal validator, reached from the site’s own seal script on Oct 4, 2026.
On the record · Both the Anjouan seal validator and the Anjouan public license register were retrieved on Sep 9 and again on Oct 4, 2026. Both name 3-102-939867 Limitada and license ALSI-202601025-FI1 against degencity.com, matching DegenCity’s own footer and Terms.
The casino prints ALSI-202601025-FI1. The regulator returns the same number, held by 3-102-939867 Limitada.
On the record · Read from the Anjouan public register on Sep 9 and Oct 4, 2026. The register carried 1,506 license entries on Sep 9 and 1,539 on Oct 4, and the DegenCity row matches the license number exactly both times, with the same dates.
Under Terms §5, any withdrawal fee is charged by third-party payment providers and shown before you confirm, and DegenCity makes no profit from it. This term allows a pass-through fee like that.
In the document · DegenCity states it takes no profit from withdrawal fees: "A withdrawal fee may apply, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm the request. Please note that this fee is charged by third-party payment providers, and we do not make any profit from it." (Terms §5). Terms §5.3: "A withdrawal fee or miner fee may be applied, depending on the currency, and is set by third parties beyond our control." No amount is published for any asset.
37 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms §3.4 (Jurisdiction)). On whether the list is closed: No. Terms §3.4 also bars “any jurisdiction in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited”, which reaches wider than the 37 names.
In the document · DegenCity names 37 territories in Terms §3.4 (Jurisdiction), including six small European jurisdictions most lists skip: Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg.
Both documents route the request through support, one by email and the other by live chat, and neither publishes a period. A control the casino runs on request counts as no.
In the document · Terms: request self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support at support@degencity.com. Responsible Gambling page: log in, navigate to "Live support", and write a message stating your wish to self-exclude. No self-exclusion periods are published. The Terms refer to "the duration specified" without listing any option.
Checked at: Anjouan seal validator, reached from Gamba’s own seal script · Anjouan public register.
On the record · On Sep 9, 2026, Gamba loaded an Anjouan seal script on every page, and the validator URL that script builds returned a page naming Gamba Gaming N.V., Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), Willemstad, Curacao, registered website gamba.com, and “Operating status: VALID”. On Oct 4, 2026, the seal sat on gamba.com/license, which the license icon in the site footer opens, and the validator returned the same record with support@gamba.com as the licensee’s email.
The two numbers differ by two characters, and Gamba prints its version the same way everywhere.
On the record · The two differ in two places: 1525 against 1523, and F13 against FI3. Gamba prints the same string in three of its own documents, so it is no one-off typo. The seal validator and the public register agree with each other, not with Gamba, and Gamba’s number matches no row in the register.
The help center shows the network fee coming out of the amount, with a worked example. It publishes no separate casino fee, and no sentence saying there is none. Searched: Help center: how to make a withdrawal.
In the document · No separate operator fee is published. The network transaction fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount. In Gamba’s worked example, you withdraw 0.1 ETH with a 0.01 ETH fee and receive 0.09 ETH.
The clause points at a requirement but never states it. Gamba spells out everything else about its cashier, from the fee and the minimum to every status a withdrawal passes through. Searched: Terms of Service (Terms §8.5.1).
In the document · Terms §8.5.1 lets Gamba refuse a withdrawal until “compliance with minimum wager requirements is verified”, but no Gamba document says what that requirement is for a plain deposit
31 distinct territories across one casino document. On whether the list is closed: The help center list ends with the words “and others”. It is explicitly not exhaustive, and no complete list is published anywhere.
In the document · Gamba names 31 territories, but not in its Terms. Its only list is the help center article “Geo-Restrictions & Licensed Operation”, dated March 16, 2026.
You pick it on the Self-Exclusion page and confirm by email, and the help center publishes the periods. The Self-Exclusion Policy names no period and calls the exclusion irreversible, while the help center allows a review after six months.
In the document · Chosen on the Self-Exclusion page and confirmed by email to the registered address. Temporary: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 3 months. Permanent: a minimum 6-month exclusion before possible reactivation, by contacting support.
Checked at: Anjouan seal validator, reached from the seal Gamdom loads on every page · Anjouan public register.
On the record · Gamdom loads an Anjouan seal on every page. Opened from a fresh gamdom.com load on Oct 3, 2026, it returned a record naming Moon Revolution Limitada and gamdom.com with “Operating status: VALID”. An earlier try from a tab left open over 20 minutes showed the same record under an “expired page” banner, which the validator blames on a stale seal link. Reopened on Oct 4, 2026, the page showed the same record and embedded two regulator forms below it, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”.
The casino prints ALSI-152406043-FI4. The regulator returns the same number, held by Moon Revolution Limitada.
On the record · This gaming platform operates under License No. ALSI-152406043-FI4, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan pursuant to the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. All licensed activities are subject to the compliance and supervision frameworks managed by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.
Under Terms §5 and §5.3, any withdrawal or miner fee is charged by third parties and shown before you confirm, and Gamdom makes no profit from it. This term allows a pass-through fee like that. The help center calls it a small, variable fee set by the network and the speed you pick.
In the document · A withdrawal or miner fee may apply. It is shown before you confirm, it is charged by third parties, and Gamdom says it makes no profit from it (Terms §5, §5.3). The VIP article lists fee-free withdrawals as a VIP benefit
Every deposit, sports bets included, at its value when credited (Terms §4.1). If unmet: The withdrawal may be delayed or denied until the deposit is wagered in full. The help center adds free spin winnings to the rule and says it can’t be removed. Repeated attempts to get around it can switch off withdrawals until it’s met.
In the document · Every deposit must be wagered at least once, at its credited value, before a withdrawal. This covers all deposits, sports bets included
37 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms §3.4). On whether the list is closed: No. Terms §3.4 also bars anyone who lives in, or is temporarily located in, any jurisdiction “in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited”. Its list of 37 countries and territories opens with “At this time”. The casino’s own documents disagree on residence or location.
In the document · Gamdom blocks 37 countries and territories in Terms §3.4, from the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany to Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and Mayotte.
The responsible gambling page and the help center put the control in account settings, with three periods. Anything longer goes through support, and Terms §3.2 describe self-exclusion only as that request.
In the document · Self-service in account settings for 1, 5 or 8 days (responsible gambling page and help center). The site FAQ says up to 8 days. Longer or permanent closure through live support or email, for any period you choose, such as 1 month, 6 months or 1 year. The account can’t be reopened for any reason until the period ends (help center)
Checked at: Anjouan public register · Anjouan seal validator, opened from the GOATED footer seal on Oct 4, 2026.
On the record · Read from the Anjouan public license register on Sep 9, 2026. Holder, number and domain all match GOATED’s own footer. Opened from that seal on Oct 4, 2026, the Anjouan validator showed License No. ALSI-202411063-FI2 with “Operating status: VALID” for Mirai Kaze Ltd and goated.com, and support@goated.com as the licensee’s email. Below the record it embeds two regulator forms, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”. The validator needs the operator-specific seal id in that link. Querying it with a bare domain returns INVALID for any site, so that result says nothing about GOATED.
The casino prints ALSI-202411063-FI2. The regulator returns the same number, held by Mirai Kaze Ltd.

GOATED publishes no casino fee. Its help center charges the network fee on top of the amount, so 100 USDC on Ethereum costs 103 USDC, and Terms §4.5 says payment methods may include additional fees. Searched: Help center: deposits and withdrawals.
In the document · Not published. GOATED describes no casino fee. The only withdrawal cost it names is the network fee, charged on top of the amount you enter.
Every deposit, before any withdrawal or tip. If unmet: The withdrawal goes “under review”, with no published review time. GOATED calls this an anti-coin-mixing measure. It works exactly like a deposit rollover.
In the document · 100% of every deposit must be wagered before any withdrawal or tip. GOATED publishes this as an anti-coin-mixing rule: “if you deposit $100 (in any currency), you are required to place bets totaling at least $100 before you’re eligible to tip or withdraw those funds.”
GOATED publishes no list of excluded countries in any of six documents. You can’t tell from goated.com whether your country is served. You find out, if at all, from a geo-block at registration. The documents without a list: Terms of Service (all 16 clauses), AML Policy, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, Sports policy, Help Center (all seven collections, 45 articles). The only named exclusions in those documents are 5 sanctions examples in the AML Policy (Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Crimean region of Ukraine). This is a sanctions list, not a licensing list, and it is illustrative rather than complete.
In the document · GOATED names no restricted country in its Terms of Service. §7.3 defines “Prohibited Jurisdictions” only by description: anywhere use of the site is restricted by law, anywhere the service would require a license or registration not obtained, and anywhere under international trade sanctions or embargoes.
The only self-service option is the 24-hour exclusion in Settings → Responsible Gaming, and that’s the option this cell counts. The 7-, 15-, 30- and 90-day and permanent exclusions go through support, and the policy page names no period at all.
In the document · 24 hours, set from Settings → Responsible Gaming. 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent, by messaging customer support
Checked at: Anjouan seal validator, reached from the seal in Moon Roll’s footer · Anjouan public register.
On the record · The footer seal appeared once the footer scrolled into view. Opened from a fresh moonroll.io load on Oct 4, 2026, it returned a record naming Space Entertainment Ltd. and moonroll.io with “Operating status: VALID”. The stamp in the seal link changed from one page load to the next. Below the record, the page embeds two regulator forms in frames, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”.

No withdrawal fee once the deposit has been wagered once. Otherwise the Terms let Moon Roll take 8%, minimum €4, and the help center bars that withdrawal outright. A fee the casino takes, even conditionally, is its own fee.
In the document · No withdrawal fee once your deposit has been wagered at least once. Otherwise Moon Roll may deduct 8%, at least €4 (Terms §9.2). “In most cases, we absorb transaction fees for deposits” (Terms §8.2). Your own bank charges and any payment-system exchange fees are yours (Terms §8.1, §8.2).
Every deposit, “fully played” by Terms §8.1. If unmet: An 8% fee, minimum €4, by Terms §9.2. The help center bars the withdrawal instead. Two of the casino’s documents disagree on the exemption. “players are obligated to wager 100% of their deposit before initiating a withdrawal” (help article “Can I withdraw my deposit instantly?”, December 2024) Moon Roll’s Terms let an unwagered deposit leave for 8%. Its help center says you must wager 100% of a deposit before you withdraw at all.
In the document · A withdrawal before one full wager of the deposit is allowed, at an 8% fee with a €4 minimum (Terms §9.2)
39 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms §4.1.3). On whether the list is closed: No. You must live where gambling is allowed, and not in a country that bans online gambling (Terms §3.3, §4.1.2).
In the document · Terms §4.1.3 names 34 entries, “United States of America and its territories”, the United Kingdom, “Australia and its territories”, “France and its territories”, Germany, Spain and Curaçao among them.
You set it yourself on the Self Exclusion page, after a 24-hour cooldown you can’t cancel, and it can’t be undone. The responsible gambling page offers 6 months to five years by email instead, and Terms §6.9 an emailed request that disables the account until further notice.
In the document · Self-service on the Self Exclusion page: a 24-hour cooldown that starts at once and can’t be canceled, then 24 hours to extend it by 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently. No. The Self Exclusion page calls it “STRICTLY IRREVERSIBLE” and says “NO ONE will be able to remove this for you”.
No withdrawal fee is published. Terms §9.4 lets Qzino change withdrawal fees at any time without notice, without saying what they are. Searched: Terms and Conditions (Terms §9.4).
In the document · No withdrawal fee is published. Terms §9.4 reserves the right to change withdrawal fees at any time without prior notice.
9 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms §3.5). On whether the list is closed: No. The clause opens with “including but not limited to such countries and their territories”.
In the document · Qzino names 9 territories in Terms §3.5, one of the shortest restricted lists we cover. One of them is Comoros, the union its own licensing island belongs to.
Qzino says every responsible gambling tool, self-exclusion included, is available only by emailing support, and that a chat request won’t be processed. No list of periods is published. An email-only control counts as no.
In the document · As for now all of these tools are available only through the request to the support@qzino.com. Requests for self-exclusion or account closure submitted via the chat function will not be processed. Only email is valid.
Checked at: Anjouan seal validator, reached from the seal in Rainbet’s footer · Anjouan public register.
On the record · Opened from the footer seal on a fresh rainbet.com load on Oct 4, 2026. The validator page was “generated on Oct 4, 2026”, returned a record naming Rain Group Ltd and rainbet.com with “Operating status: VALID” and embedded a complaint form and a self-exclusion form below it.
The help center says Rainbet takes no fee on crypto withdrawals, so you pay the network fee only. Fiat payouts carry fees Rainbet publishes itself, C$2.85 per Interac withdrawal and 0.5% on AstroPay.
In the document · No Rainbet fee on crypto withdrawals. You pay the network fee only (help article “How to Make a Crypto Withdraw”). Fiat withdrawals: Interac C$2.85 flat per withdrawal, AstroPay 0.5% of the withdrawal. Fees “may apply” to deposits and withdrawals and are shown on the website. Rainbet absorbs deposit fees “in most cases”, and your own bank charges are yours (Terms §7.2). Some payment systems deduct currency exchange fees from a deposit (Terms §7.1).
Every crypto deposit, before you withdraw it or send it as a tip (Terms §8.7). If unmet: The deposit stays locked until it is wagered. There is no progress display, and support checks what is left on request. Two of the casino’s documents disagree on the exemption. “There are no withdrawal commissions if you roll over (wager) the deposit at least 1 time” (Terms §8.2). No commission figure is published for a deposit withdrawn unplayed Every bet on every game counts, and Rainbet calls it an AML rule. Terms §8.2 frames the same 1x as the way to avoid a withdrawal commission on an unplayed deposit, and publishes no commission figure.
In the document · “All crypto deposits will be subject to a 1x wager lock.” You have to wager each deposit once before you can withdraw it or send it as a tip
14 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms §4.1.3). The casino’s own documents disagree on second list.
In the document · Rainbet blocks 14 territories in Terms §4.1.3, among them the United States of America and its territories, France and its territories, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
You start it on the Responsible Gambling page while logged in and confirm by email. After a 24-hour cooldown a second email lets you pick the length, and no list of lengths is published. The Responsible Gambling Policy closes the account for a mandatory 90 days instead. It can’t be reversed.
In the document · Request it on the Responsible Gambling page while logged in, then confirm by email. A 24-hour cooldown starts, and a second email lets you pick the exclusion length (help article “How can I self-exclude?”, Terms §6.9). “Following a self-exclusion request, the account will remain closed for a mandatory period of ninety (90) days” (Responsible Gambling Policy §8)
Checked at: Anjouan public register · Anjouan seal validator, reached from Rakebit’s own footer seal.
On the record · Read from the Anjouan public license register on Sep 9, 2026. The register held 1,506 entries, and the Rakebit row matches the operator name in Rakebit’s own Terms of Use and the domain rakebit.com. The seal validator names Nile King Media Ltd, the Anjouan address and rakebit.com, and reports operating status VALID as of Sep 9, 2026. It is reachable only with the operator-specific seal id embedded in Rakebit’s footer. Queried with a bare domain, it returns INVALID for any site, so a bare-domain query is not evidence about anyone.
The number exists at the regulator and nowhere on Rakebit’s own site. The casino publishes no number of its own to match.
On the record · You can’t check this license from rakebit.com, because the site never states the number. The footer seal is the only route, and it needs the seal id embedded there.
The homepage says Rakebit charges nothing on cashouts and you pay only the network fee. The Payment Policy still lets Rakebit change the withdrawal fee at any time and says fees for some methods or countries will show on the withdrawal page.
In the document · None from Rakebit, by its homepage: “Rakebit charges nothing on cashouts. You pay only the blockchain network fee”, and its limits table lists withdrawal fees from Rakebit as “None”. The Payment Policy still reserves “the right to change the withdrawal fee at any time without prior notice” and says “Additional fees may apply for certain withdrawal methods or countries. This will be indicated on the withdrawal page.”
The deposit, in the Terms and again in the Payment Policy. If unmet: Rakebit may refuse the withdrawal if total bets are under the last deposit.
In the document · A deposit must be wagered at least once (x1) before a withdrawal can be made. The Terms state it as an anti-money-laundering measure, and it is repeated in the Payment Policy.
13 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms of Use, “ELIGIBLE USERS”). On whether the list is closed: The clause reads “including, but not limited to”, so the thirteen names are a floor rather than the whole list. Rakebit publishes no closed list anywhere we looked. The casino’s own documents disagree on using a vpn.
In the document · Rakebit names 13 prohibited territories under “ELIGIBLE USERS”, and one of them is Costa Rica.
Both passages of the Terms of Use route the request through support by email, and they publish two different sets of periods that nothing in the document reconciles. An email-only control counts as no.
In the document · A chosen period “between 6 months and 5 years”, requested by emailing support@rakebit.com, and “the exclusion cannot be cancelled before it expires”. A 24-hour cooling-off period first, then a choice of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanent, with “no variation in these time periods”. If the player does not confirm by email within a further 24 hours, the account is reopened. Both passages route the request through support by email. No in-account control is described.
Checked at: Anjouan public register · Anjouan seal validator, opened from the reels.io footer seal on Oct 4, 2026.
On the record · The Anjouan register lists ALSI-082404002-FI1 as a B2C license held by Cavolo Boss Limitada, issued April 8, 2024 and expiring April 7, 2027. On Sep 9, 2026, the register was the only record to check, because Reels.io published no certificate or validator link. Opened from the reels.io footer seal on Oct 4, 2026, the Anjouan validator showed License No. ALSI-082404002-FI1 with “Operating status: VALID” for Cavolo Boss Limitada and reels.io, and support@reels.io as the licensee’s email. Below the record it embeds two regulator forms, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”. Re-read on Oct 4, 2026, the register row is unchanged: Cavolo Boss Limitada, status Valid, B2C, issued April 8, 2024, expiring April 7, 2027, with the same six domains.
The license is on the register, and reels.io prints none of it in text.
On the record · reels.io itself names no operating company. Its pages print no company name, registration number or license number. On Sep 9, 2026, the homepage also carried no 18+ mark and no seal. On Oct 4, 2026, its footer showed an 18+ icon and a seal that opens the Anjouan validator, still with no company name or license number in text. The privacy policy names no data controller. The terms’ own §2, headed PARTIES, is marketing copy that identifies nobody. Terms §3.2 then points to “the identity of the Company in paragraph 2.1”, a paragraph that does not exist in the published document.
Two payouts a day are free. From the third, Terms §8.16 takes 10%, and the same clause withholds 10% from an unwagered deposit.
In the document · No more than two payouts per day are free. Beyond that, a 10% fee is deducted from each payout, where a “payout” is a run of requests with no deposit in between (Terms §8.16). A 10% fee withheld from the withdrawal, or the request declined outright, if your turnover falls short of your deposit
Bet turnover must equal the deposit. If unmet: 10% withheld from the payout, or the request declined outright. Reels.io is one of three casinos whose terms charge for skipping the rollover (CoinCasino and Moon Roll are the others). It’s the only one that can also refuse the withdrawal under the same clause.
In the document · Before you withdraw, your bet turnover has to be at least equal to your deposit amount
The only territories any Reels.io document names are USA, Crimea, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and two of those are named as examples rather than as a list.
In the document · No restricted-territory list exists on reels.io. None of the six places checked carries one: the terms, the privacy policy, the responsible gaming page, the statuses page, the homepage footer and the affiliate site.
The only published control is an account block that support switches on, with no length, minimum, maximum or permanent option described. A control that runs through support counts as no.
In the document · Should you need a break from gambling, account blocking can be activated by contacting Support. Not published. No length, minimum, maximum or permanent option is described

In the document · No withdrawal fee beyond the standard on-chain gas fee, which you can preview before you send (help article “Deposit and Withdrawals”, August 2026). No deposit fee from Rollbit. You pay the on-chain gas to send (help).
A new account’s first withdrawal only. No per-deposit rule is published. If unmet: Unplayed deposits can be declined until Rollbit establishes where the money came from (Terms §9.1(c)). Rollbit asks a new account to deposit $10 and wager $10 once. After that, the FAQ says “you can withdraw as much as you like”.
In the document · A new account must deposit $10 and wager $10 before its first withdrawal

The help center says Roobet charges no withdrawal fee, and on crypto it doesn’t. But Terms §10.8 charges 2% on every fiat withdrawal from the 10th in a running 30 days, and §10.2 reserves fees of Roobet’s own.
In the document · No daily cap, but from the 10th fiat withdrawal in a running 30 days, each one costs 2% (Terms §10.8). With several withdrawals pending, Roobet can reject them all and ask for one withdrawal of the total (§10.3).
25 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms §3.5). On whether the list is closed: No. The player warranties also bar access from anywhere the law forbids it and from any “jurisdiction that prohibits gambling” (Terms §8.11, §8.12).
In the document · Roobet names 25 restricted territories in Terms §3.5, including Curaçao, the jurisdiction that licenses it.
Both Roobet documents put the control inside your account, and both publish periods with a 24-hour waiting period. The help center links an in-account self-exclusion page, and the responsible gambling page names the account’s Responsible Gambling tab. They disagree only on the longest period. The help center lists ten options up to permanent, and the responsible gambling page says “up to 5 years, or permanent”. It’s self-service either way, so the term is met.
In the document · Self-service. The responsible gambling page says to use the account’s Responsible Gambling tab. In the document · Shuffle names 14 prohibited jurisdictions in Terms §8.3, and the fourth is Curaçao, the jurisdiction that licenses it.
Shuffle publishes the periods, the scope and a cooldown in which the exclusion lapses unless you reconfirm it by email. Our research doesn’t record whether the request is made from the account or to support, so the self-service half is not checked by us and the cell doesn’t count.
In the document · Periods: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently. A self-exclusion request starts a 24-hour cooldown. After it, Shuffle emails you to extend the exclusion, and “if you do not extend the self-exclusion period within 24 hours of receipt of the email, your account will be unrestricted”.

The CGA’s portal served the certificate for OGL/2024/1451/0918 at the id that matches the license number, and it was read on Oct 4, 2026. The same day we read the register PDF, linked from cga.cw and last updated October 2, 2026, where exactly one of 666 rows carries the number.
The help center publishes a fixed withdrawal fee for each of 21 coins, such as 1 USDT or 0.00001571 BTC, taken from your balance, and Terms §8.9 lets Stake charge one at its discretion. A fixed schedule set by the casino is the casino’s own charge.
In the document · A fee per coin, deducted from your balance, for example 1 USDT or 0.00001571 BTC in the help center’s table. The live minimum and fee show at the bottom of the withdrawal screen. Fee per withdrawal, in the coin: BTC 0.00001571 · ETH 0.00067447 · LTC 0.000138 · USDT 1 · DOGE 0.52151198 · BCH 0.00004 · XRP 0.0001 · EOS 0.1078848 · TRX 0.0733617 · BNB 0.00002542 · USDC 1 · APE 0.155 · CRO 6.28 · DAI 0.8 · LINK 0.05296495 · SAND 0.748 · SHIB 23941.65317 · UNI 0.00077163 · POL 0.97322515 · SOL 0.000005 · TRUMP 0.025. “Stake may charge You a fee on withdrawals at its discretion” (Terms §8.9). Stake names no deposit fee of its own. Payment providers may charge, and any method fee shows in the cashier (Terms §7.8, §7.10). Every crypto transaction needs a network fee (help center).
Every deposit, crypto and fiat alike, before you withdraw or tip it. If unmet: A withdrawal made without betting the deposit “will be invalid”, which Stake calls coin mixing. Swap Crypto counts as a withdrawal plus a new deposit, so swapped coins carry their own 1x. Sports bets count once they settle, and no game weighting is published.
In the document · You have to wager 100% of every deposit (1x) before you can withdraw or tip it, crypto and fiat alike
45 distinct territories across one casino document (Terms §14.3). On whether the list is closed: No. On top of the list: no service to anyone on US, EU or other global sanctions lists (Terms §14.2). The AML policy names Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria “and the Crimean region of Ukraine”. Crimea is not on the Terms list. The casino’s own documents disagree on second list and where the casino says it’s open.
In the document · Stake bars 45 territories in Terms §14.3, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. The United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and the Canadian province of Ontario are all on it.
You set it yourself under Stake Smart, indefinite only, with a minimum of 6 months, and it never ends on its own. After 6 months you can ask support for a return-to-play review. The casino lobby, a marketing page, tells you to contact support instead.
In the document · Self-service under Stake Smart, indefinite only, with a minimum of 6 months from the day you apply (Stake Smart, help center). Never automatic. After 6 months you can ask for a formal return-to-play review by email to support@stake.com (Stake Smart, help center).
Checked at: Anjouan public register · License validator linked from Thrill’s own footer.
On the record · On Oct 4, 2026 the Anjouan public register returned one row for Gravity Unleashed Limitada: license ALSI-202506019-FI1, type b2c, issued 2025-06-19, expiring 2027-06-18, domain thrill.com, status Valid, the same row it returned on Sep 8, 2026. The operator-published number, name and domain all match the register. The license validator linked from Thrill’s own footer generated a page on Sep 8, 2026 reading “Operating status: VALID” for thrill.com under the same license number. Reopened on Oct 4, 2026, it showed the same status with support@thrill.com as the licensee’s email, plus two regulator forms below the record, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”.
The casino prints ALSI-202506019-FI1. The regulator returns the same number, held by Gravity Unleashed Limitada.
Thrill publishes a withdrawal fee per network and token (26 pairs, in fixed amounts), and the network you pick changes it by up to 100x. A fixed schedule set by the casino is the casino’s own charge.
In the document · A published per-network fee across 26 network/token pairs: BTC on Bitcoin 0.00001571, ETH on Ethereum 0.00067447, USDT on Ethereum 1, USDT on Tron 1, USDT on Solana 0.5. The same USDT withdrawal costs 1 USDT on Ethereum or Tron and 0.5 USDT on Solana. USDC costs 1 on Ethereum, 0.1 on Polygon and 0.01 on Arbitrum. The network you pick changes the fee by up to 100×.
The full value of each deposit. If unmet: Thrill may refuse, delay or void the withdrawal, and may void bets it reads as filler. Thrill is the only casino here that polices how you produce the turnover. Opposite betting and low-risk patterns “that do not constitute meaningful gameplay” can be voided.
In the document · You must wager the full value of each deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal
13 distinct territories across 2 casino documents (Terms §11.4). On whether the list is closed: Individuals who are located in or reside in Anjoan, the British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, The Dutch Carribean Islands, Cyprus, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, or any other location where the use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations… are not allowed to access the Website or use the Services.
In the document · Thrill names 8 territories in Terms §11.4, and the first is Anjouan, the island that issued its license.
The periods are published (1 to 180 days), and the only route is live chat or an email to support. Thrill says there is no self-service control, which this term counts as no.
In the document · By contacting live chat or support@thrill.com. There is no self-service control. Periods: 1 to 180 days.
Checked at: Anjouan public register · Anjouan seal validator, opened from the whale.io footer seal on Oct 4, 2026.
On the record · The Anjouan Gaming public register was retrieved on Sep 9, 2026 and again on Oct 4, 2026. Both times it listed Whale Operations Ltd under license ALSI-202503012-FI1, type b2c, with the domains whale.io and whalecasino.io. Opened from the whale.io footer seal on Oct 4, 2026, the Anjouan validator showed License No. ALSI-202503012-FI1 with “Operating status: VALID” for Whale Operations Ltd and whale.io, and support@whale.io as the licensee’s email. Below the record it embeds two regulator forms, “Submit a Complaint” and “Self Exclusion”.
The casino prints ALSI-202503012-FI1. The regulator returns the same number, held by Whale Operations Ltd.
On the record · The Anjouan Gaming public register was retrieved on Sep 9, 2026 and again on Oct 4, 2026. Both times it listed Whale Operations Ltd under license ALSI-202503012-FI1, type b2c, with the domains whale.io and whalecasino.io.
Terms §4.6 lets Whale take “any applicable transaction fees or other costs” from the amount withdrawn, as Whale reads what applies. No figure is published.
In the document · Not published as a figure. Terms §4.6 reserves the right to deduct “any applicable transaction fees or other costs” from the amount withdrawn. Terms §3.4 says deposit fees, where they apply, will be disclosed at the cashier.
13 distinct territories across one casino document. On whether the list is closed: The list closes with “No players may be accepted and registered from FATF blacklisted countries.” Whale does not reproduce that list, name a version of it or link to the FATF. So the real restriction is wider than the 13 named territories, by an amount you can’t work out from Whale.
In the document · Whale names 13 territories on a standalone Restricted Jurisdictions page, and the third is Comoros.
The policy routes the request through support or live chat and describes no self-service control. The app bundle has a self-exclusion tab, with period sets that don’t match the policy’s. The published policy decides the cell, and it says support.
In the document · By request to support@whale.io or live chat. The policy describes no self-service control. A minimum 24-hour cooling-off on request, after which a support agent informs the player of the voluntary 1-week, 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or permanent exclusions available.
The regulator answered but doesn’t publish enough to settle it, so part of the record still rests on what the casino says about itself. The register publishes only these columns: company name, license expiration date, license type. There is no number field to read.
On the record · Read from the Tobique public register on Sep 9, 2026. The register publishes no license number, no issue date, no status column and no domains. The entry shows that a company called GG Gaming S.R.L holds a current B2C license, but it doesn’t tie that license to winna.com by itself. The tie comes from Winna’s own help center, which names GG Gaming S.R.L. and tells players to search the register for exactly that string.
Three names for the operator across three documents, one of which is the contract. The casino publishes no number of its own to match.
On the record · Terms §2.1 and the site footer say “GG Gaming LLC”. The help center’s license article says “GG Gaming Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (S.R.L.)”. The Tobique register lists “GG Gaming S.R.L”. In Costa Rica, an S.R.L. is a limited-liability company, so the forms are compatible in substance. Still, the name in the Terms is not the name on the register, and the Terms are the contract.
No standing withdrawal fee is published. But Terms §8.5 says multiple withdrawals within 24 hours may incur a processing fee, with no amount and no definition of “multiple”. A fee the casino may charge isn’t a promise of no fee.
In the document · Terms §8.5: “Multiple withdrawals within 24 hours may incur a processing fee.” No amount, and no definition of “multiple”, is published.
35 distinct territories across 2 casino documents (Terms §4.3). On whether the list is closed: Terms §4.3 adds “This list may be updated.” The casino’s own documents disagree on restricted countries and where the casino says it’s open.
In the document · Terms §4.3 prohibits 35 countries and jurisdictions, including two Canadian provinces, Ontario and New Brunswick.
The help center describes an in-account route through Winna Cares. The policy contradicts it by routing the request through support. Neither document publishes a period, a minimum or a maximum, so the term is not met.
In the document · Log in, open your profile, go to “Winna Cares” and expand Self-Exclusion, choose the category to “Take a break from”, tick every acknowledgement and click “Send Email Confirmation”, then confirm by email. Once confirmed, you can’t bet in that category, and the 24-hour cooldown can’t be cancelled. No periods are published. The policy says the account is deactivated “for a set duration of your choice” and lists no options, minimum or maximum.
Crypto casino shortlist criteria: the six rules and what a tick doesn’t mean
Each rule is printed in full, so you can check it. None needs a judgment call, and each one says what the cell shows when a document can’t settle it.
01Regulator record
License checked at the regulator
Was the license checked at the regulator, or copied from a footer?
Met of 24
23
Not met of 24
1
How the cell is decided
Yes where we checked the record on a certificate host, a public register or a seal validator. A partial check, where the regulator answered without enough to settle it, is a no, and the cell says what was missing. Casino documents alone are a no.
What a tick tells you
That the regulator’s own record showed a licensing relationship on the day we checked, under the number and holder it returned.
What it doesn’t
Anything about reserves, whether a withdrawal gets paid, how a dispute would end or whether playing is lawful where you live. The licenses page prints the regulators’ own carve-outs.
Is the number in the footer the one the regulator holds?
Met of 24
16
Not met of 24
6
Not published of 24
2
How the cell is decided
Yes where the number the casino prints and the number the regulator returns are both published and identical, with no identity conflict on record. Three kinds of conflict make it a no: a number that differs, a holder that isn’t the company the casino names, and a number that exists at the regulator and nowhere on the casino’s own site. A record where one side publishes no number, with no such conflict, is not published.
What a tick tells you
That the footer and the register describe the same license, held by the same company.
What it doesn’t
Whether the license covers the domain you’re on, or how many other brands it carries. The register lists domains, and so does the licenses page.
Does the casino say it charges nothing of its own to withdraw?
Met of 24
4
Not met of 24
14
Not published of 24
6
How the cell is decided
Yes only where the casino’s own document says it charges no withdrawal fee of its own. A blockchain fee passed through at cost doesn’t count against it. A published, reserved or conditional fee, or a fee schedule of the casino’s own, is a no. A casino that documents only the network fee and never says whether it adds anything is not published, and the cell names the document searched.
What a tick tells you
What the casino has put in writing about its own charge, on the date we checked.
What it doesn’t
What a withdrawal costs. The network fee is yours everywhere, and a minimum, a cap, an installment clause or a rollover penalty can cost more than any fee. Those are on the wagering page.
How many times must a plain deposit be wagered before it can leave?
Met of 24
19
Not met of 24
2
Not published of 24
3
How the cell is decided
Read from the deposit-rollover table on the wagering page, which keeps this rule apart from bonus WR. The cell takes the highest multiple the row states, so 1x or 100% is a yes and 200% on fiat or 300% on sports is a no. A requirement the casino mentions without stating, or doesn’t publish, is not published. A row we haven’t checked says so, and counts as our gap, not the casino’s silence.
What a tick tells you
The turnover a plain deposit needs before a withdrawal is allowed, with no bonus involved.
What it doesn’t
What a bonus costs (that WR is usually 35x and sits in a separate table), or how the turnover is counted, which one casino polices for “meaningful gameplay” and most don’t weight at all.
Does the casino publish which countries it won’t serve?
Met of 24
22
Not met of 24
2
How the cell is decided
Yes where the casino has a Countries tab, which takes a published list of territories plus either a statement of whether the list is closed or a second published copy of it. A casino with no list anywhere we looked is a no, and the cell names the documents searched.
What a tick tells you
Which countries the casino itself says it won’t serve, in which document, and whether its own documents agree.
What it doesn’t
Whether a country left off the list is accepted. It also says nothing about the law where you live.
The notice on every Countries tab
Every list here is the casino’s own, not legal advice. We don’t say whether online gambling is allowed where you live, and a country missing from a list isn’t permission. Casinos change these lists without notice.
Can you self-exclude from your account for a published period?
Met of 24
12
Not met of 24
10
Not checked by us of 24
2
How the cell is decided
Yes where the casino’s own document describes a control you apply from the account (profile settings, a self-exclusion page, a request button) and publishes at least one period for it. A route that runs only through email or a support agent is a no, because the casino runs it at its own pace. A self-service control with no published period is also a no. Where our research has the periods but not the route, the cell is not checked by us and doesn’t count.
What a tick tells you
That the casino has published a control you can reach yourself, and how long it can run.
What it doesn’t
That it works, or what happens to your balance. We haven’t switched on any of these controls, and several casinos describe the same control differently in two documents. The cell says which.
Crypto casino shortlist limits: a count of published terms isn’t a verdict
Three conclusions a grid of ticks doesn’t support.
01
It isn’t a ranking. The six terms weigh the same, because weighting them would be an opinion about what matters to you. Inside a group the order is A to Z, and between groups it’s a count. A casino in a lower group may be the one that answers the question you have.
02
It isn’t a test. Every mark rests on a document, checked once, on a date. Nothing here says a withdrawal arrives, a control works or a license protects your balance.
03
It isn’t a statement about the law where you live. A restricted-country list is the casino’s own restriction. A country left off it isn’t accepted because of that, and these documents don’t say whether playing is lawful where you are.
