Gamdom restricted countries: where can’t you play?
Gamdom blocks 37 countries and territories by name (Terms §3.4). The same clause also bars any jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. The block covers residents and anyone just visiting. The US, the UK, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Curaçao are all on the list. This is Gamdom’s list, not legal advice.
Gamdom’s list and the Anjouan license
Gamdom keeps one list, in its Terms. The help center has none of its own and points back to the Terms. The Anjouan license excludes seven territories plus every FATF-blacklisted or sanctioned country. Six of the seven are on Gamdom’s list, but Comoros is not. The regulator won’t hear complaints from players in its excluded territories.
- Terms §3.4: 37 territories. Gamdom’s own list, plus a catch-all for any country that restricts online gambling.
- The Anjouan license: 7 territories. Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, plus FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned countries.

Two Anjouan license conditions Gamdom doesn’t show
The license requires an ADR service for players who finish the internal complaint process. It also requires responsible gaming tools “including self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. Gamdom names no ADR body and has no deposit limits.
The contract runs under Costa Rican law (Terms §16). One help article prints the license number without its last digit (“ALSI-152406043-FI”). The site FAQ says iTech Labs audits the games, but no certificate is linked.

Gamdom KYC: when does Gamdom ask for ID?
Gamdom doesn’t require KYC to sign up, deposit, play or withdraw until it asks. Gamdom names four triggers: suspected abuse or fraud, claiming a promo code, enabling some withdrawals and regulatory checks. The Terms allow a check at any time, “especially when specific financial thresholds are met”, and never publish those thresholds (Terms §2.1).

Do you need KYC for Gamdom Rain?
Gamdom gives two answers. The site FAQ says you need KYC Level 2 to claim Rain. The help center says there are no special requirements.
KYC on refunds and reversed payments
If you ask for a refund or reverse a payment, Gamdom can demand notarized ID within 30 days. Miss the deadline and the account closes, with every dollar in it forfeited. The Refund Policy calls that decision final (§1.14).

Gamdom withdrawals: what has to happen before you cash out?
Gamdom says crypto withdrawals take 5 to 60 minutes. A small network fee, based on the speed you pick, comes out of the amount. Before any cashout, you have to wager every deposit once, sports bets included (Terms §4.1). Skip it and Gamdom can hold or refuse the withdrawal.
Cash out in the coin you deposited
Each crypto wallet withdraws only its own coin, and Gamdom has no coin swapping. Depositing one coin and withdrawing another without real play counts as swapping. You get a warning first, then possible restrictions.
Where Gamdom’s own pages disagree
Gamdom describes these three rules differently on different pages:
- Speed options: Slow, Standard and Fast in the “How to Withdraw” article. Standard, Fast and Turbo in the “Cryptocurrency Transaction Fees” article.
- Big withdrawals: The Terms allow structured installments. About Us says you can withdraw all your winnings at once.

Gamdom rakeback, bonuses and VIP: what are they worth?
Gamdom’s welcome bonus is a rakeback boost, Instant Rakeback at 15% for 7 days. You switch it on from the Rewards page within 6 hours of signing up, with an affiliate code (Gamdom’s own is GAM15). Gamdom never publishes its base rakeback rate.
How long the Gamdom welcome boost lasts
The offer page, the rewards article and the site FAQ give you 6 hours to activate it, then 7 days of boosted rakeback. An older rakeback article says the 15% runs only for your first 6 hours.
Gamdom deposit bonus
Gamdom also runs a first deposit match, with a percentage and a cap that vary by offer. The WR is a multiple of the deposit and only shows on your own Promotions page. You opt in before you deposit and can’t opt out. Sports bets, rakeback and King of the Hill points are off until you clear it, and you get it once. An older help center answer still says Gamdom has no traditional bonuses.
Royalty Up VIP levels and reward claims
Royalty Up has 24 levels across 8 tiers, from Bronze to Opal, and Gamdom keeps the requirements private. Instant rakeback is claimable from $0.10 and never expires. Weekly rewards drop on Monday and monthly ones on the 1st, and both expire if you don’t claim them in time. The promotions page adds a daily pool the help center never mentions.
King of the Hill pays $30,000 a day to the top 200 and $500,000 per half-month to the top 1,000, with no WR on prizes. VIP is invite-only, with a VIP team, private reloads, a Telegram channel and fee-free withdrawals.

What responsible gambling tools does Gamdom offer?
Gamdom offers self-exclusion for 1, 5 or 8 days in account settings. Longer breaks go through support, and you can’t lift either one early. Your balance and rewards stay claimable, and you can still withdraw while excluded.

Gamdom has no deposit limit tool, even though its Anjouan license requires “self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. The Terms mention cool-off measures without describing any.

Anjouan wants complaints filed through the casino’s license seal page. Gamdom’s seal page carries the regulator’s “Submit a Complaint” form, run by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. for license breaches. Payout, blocked-account and delay disputes go to Gamdom first. When a review covers a casino’s rules, Alex reads its terms, help center and license record first. Every document behind a claim is linked, and a review built from the bet feed alone says so. Two answers on Rain and KYC Level 2
Gamdom’s site FAQ and its help center disagree. Rain is not available to users who have not completed KYC Level 2 verification (site FAQ). There are no special requirements to claim Rain (help article “Community Chat Rules & Rain”, updated January 2026).
Why the promotions page isn’t set against the Terms
Read whole, the promotions page attaches the same condition as the help center. Players can typically deposit, play and withdraw without completing KYC, unless it is specifically requested. That fits Terms §2.1, which allows a check at any time, and Terms §5, which wants requested KYC done before a withdrawal. So the claim and the Terms describe one rule.

The seal validator answered “Operating status: VALID” on October 3, 2026. The public register gives an issue date of June 30, 2024 and an expiry date of June 29, 2026, three months before that check. Other rows on the register show passed dates too, and no renewal date appears on either regulator site or any Gamdom page.

A license record shows that the licensing relationship was on the regulator’s own record on the day we checked. It says nothing about a casino’s reserves, whether a withdrawal gets paid, how a dispute would end or whether playing is lawful where you live.
We haven’t contacted any regulator or filed a complaint. Every value is the record as it stood on the day we checked, linked so you can check it yourself. Registers and footers can change without notice.
On Oct 4, 2026, the same register marked the status field “valid” for all 1,539 rows it published, including 344 whose expiry dates had already passed. The field is uniform, so it carries no information about this or any individual license.
The Authority’s own status definitions page recognizes four statuses (Active, Suspended, Revoked and Expired) and states that “Only entities with an Active licence status are authorised to conduct licensed internet gaming activities.” “Valid”, the word the register actually prints, is not one of the four.
The register listed 1,540 licenses on October 3, 2026. The status-column note counts 1,539 rows, the register on the day that note was read.

The validator lists three license conditions. Dispute Resolution: the operator must provide access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution service, and players must conclude the operator’s internal complaints process before using it. Regulatory Compliance: international AML protocols, plus functional responsible-gaming tools “including self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. Software Integrity: certified Random Number Generators. Gamdom doesn’t show two of the Anjouan license’s conditions. No Gamdom document names an ADR provider, and no deposit-limit tool is documented. The responsible gambling page and the help center describe self-exclusion only.

What happens to your Gamdom account if you play from a restricted country?

Your account may be restricted if you try to use Gamdom from a listed territory (Terms §3.4). Getting around the geo-block with a VPN, proxy or other masking tool is a Forbidden Action. Gamdom can then restrict the account while it reviews, close it in serious or repeated cases, remove bonuses, review winnings and delay withdrawals. In some cases your remaining deposit balance comes back, subject to KYC (Terms §10).

Gamdom complaints: support, then Costa Rica’s courts, and no ADR body named
Gamdom complaints go to support@gamdom.com, and the Terms set no response time (§17). Past support, the only route in the Terms is the courts of Costa Rica (§16). Gamdom names no ADR body, although its Anjouan license requires one. Under Anjouan’s own route, the casino gets 30 calendar days to answer. After that, you can escalate to an approved ADR at the casino’s cost. Gamdom’s seal page, where that route starts, carries the regulator’s complaint form for license breaches. Self-exclusion runs for 1, 5 or 8 days in account settings, and longer breaks go through support.

No, Gamdom names none, although its Anjouan license requires one. Anjouan approves four ADR providers (EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR and CADRE B.V.), and the casino pays for them. You can go to one only after Gamdom’s 30-day window.

Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.’s “Submit a Complaint” form takes complaints that an operator is breaching its license. Payout, blocked-account, delay and broken-feature disputes go to the operator first. The form asks for your name, email, phone, address, country, date of birth, the operator URL, the disputed amount, the games played, the dispute details and the date and time of play, plus screenshots and chats, photo ID, proof of address and proof of source of funds.

The operator must respond within 30 calendar days. After that, you can escalate to an approved ADR provider, at the operator’s cost

On Oct 4, 2026, Gamdom’s validator page showed the licensee’s email, support@gamdom.com, and the regulator’s “Submit a Complaint” form below the license record. Deadlines: game outcome disputes within 14 calendar days of the session, account disputes (payments, suspensions, bonuses) within 30 calendar days. Complaints and ADR messages in English only. Out of scope: complaints from players in the license’s excluded territories, claims unrelated to licensed gaming, and complaints escalated before the operator’s 30 days have passed. The Authority’s approved ADR providers are EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR and CADRE B.V.
