CoinCasino restricted countries: where can’t you play?
Terms §3.1.3CoinCasino blocks 33 territories (Terms §3.1.3), and §3.1.2 adds any country where online gambling is banned for residents. The US, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain are all on the list, and so is the Canadian Province of New Brunswick. This is CoinCasino’s list, not legal advice.
CoinCasino restricted list, catch-all and VPN rule
The list covers you if you live in a listed country or connect from one. It says Restricted Territories “include, but are not limited to” the names it gives, and the catch-all in §3.1.2 names no countries. Terms §2.4 bans VPNs, proxies and anything else that masks your real location.

- If you play from one: Closure and a frozen balance. CoinCasino can end the account (§3.4), void its bets and withhold the balance, deposit included (§5.3), and it won’t guarantee a withdrawal (§8.7).

The list changed after our first read. The archived terms (September 14, 2025) listed 32 entries under §4.1.3, Bulgaria and Malta among them. The live list in §3.1.3 has 33 entries and adds Australia, Austria, China, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain, the United Kingdom and the Canadian Province of New Brunswick, among others. On Sep 9, 2026 our requests from a European address got a geo-block page, and on Oct 4, 2026 the site loaded.
Does the CoinCasino feed show where players are?
No. The feed carries a timestamp, a title, a currency code and the money, but no country, region, language or IP. The week’s bets came in 7 fiat codes, and a bet’s currency says nothing about where the player was or whether playing there is legal. The feed can’t fill in the studio layer either. A sub-provider slug sits on only 20,916 of 291,521 rows, and the snapshot publishes none of its values.

Is the CoinCasino license real?
Yes. The footer seal opens Tobique’s validator, which lists www.coincasino.com and shows “Operating status: VALID”. Tobique’s list of license holders gives 3-102-937894 Limitada a B2C license expiring March 26, 2027. Neither page prints a license number, so No. 0000163 rests on CoinCasino’s own footer and terms.
CoinCasino’s old Anjouan license
On Sep 9, 2026 the Anjouan public register listed ALSI-142311005-FI2 as a B2C license held by Igloo Ventures SRL, issued November 15, 2023 and expiring November 14, 2026, with coincasino.com among its nine domains. On Oct 4, 2026 the same register row lists one domain, casinopayservice.com. coincasino.com is no longer on it. The archived homepage of December 1, 2025 claimed that license, and the archived terms named EOD Code SRL as owner.

CoinCasino KYC: when does CoinCasino ask for ID?
Terms §4.2, AML policyCoinCasino can ask for KYC before your first bet or any withdrawal, and its AML policy makes an ID check part of every withdrawal. A selfie, a verification call or proof of your source of wealth can follow. No review time is published.
When CoinCasino asks for ID
CoinCasino “may require you to become a verified Customer which includes passing certain checks” (Terms §4.2), and can verify you again at any point (§8.3). Wagering and account options can be suspended until the documents arrive.

The help center asks for both sides of a government ID, driver’s license or passport, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill from the last 90 days. The AML policy asks for the ID next to a handwritten note with six random numbers, plus a second photo of your face, and takes proof of address issued in the last three months.

If you turn out to be under age, CoinCasino keeps your winnings and can demand back any it already paid. Losing deposits are returned or held until you turn 18, at CoinCasino’s sole discretion (Terms §15.1).

CoinCasino withdrawals: what has to happen before you cash out?
8% on unplayed depositsCoinCasino charges 8% to withdraw a deposit you haven’t wagered once, bonus or no bonus. Withdrawals start at €10 and stop at €50,000 a month. The help center says payouts usually go out at once, or within 24 hours after a review. In the feed, bets came in 22 currency codes, and 11 of them publish exact money.
CoinCasino withdrawal fee on unplayed deposits
There is no fee once you wager the deposit at least once. Otherwise CoinCasino says “we are entitled to deduct a 8% fee with a minimum sum of 4 euro” (Terms §8.2), which the terms put down to fighting money laundering. The help center says the opposite, that CoinCasino “does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals.” The terms are the contract, so plan for the fee.
CoinCasino withdrawal limits
The terms cap withdrawals at €50,000 a month (§8.6). The VIP Match page promises crypto players no limits at all, and the terms don’t back that up. The archived terms (September 14, 2025) capped crypto withdrawals at a default 500,000 EUR a month and fiat at €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month (§9.6). The live terms set one cap, €50,000 a month (§8.6).
CoinCasino coins and networks
The help center pairs each coin with a block explorer. USDT runs on Ethereum (Etherscan) and Tron (Tronscan), USDC on Ethereum (Etherscan), BNB on BNB Smart Chain (BscScan), and BTC, BCH, LTC, DOGE, ETH, TRX, XRP and ADA on their own chains. Why half the CoinCasino currency codes show no money
Half the currency codes publish counts but no money, and all three family totals are withheld this edition. A currency rail publishes exact money only when at least 10 distinct masked usernames bet on it. 9 rails fell below that floor on their own. Where a family’s small rails still fell short together, its smallest eligible rail was withheld with them: CAD in the fiat family. The opaque family had no eligible companion of its own, so DOGE was withheld as a global companion. Every family total is withheld too, so nobody can subtract their way back to a small group.
Together the withheld rails carry 17,666 bets (6.06% of the capture), so the published money covers the vast majority of it. MTIC stays exactly as the source wrote it. Any code outside the generator’s allowlists is marked opaque and never “corrected” into a ticker it resembles.

It is 60x, counted on the deposit, and the bonus unlocks in 10% installments as you wager. You get 14 days, a $/€20 max bet and a cashout cap of 10 times the bonus.

Terms §16.1 allows confiscation of funds on a detected bonus-abuse attempt. Terms §16.2 counts delayed rounds, parked bets, bonus-to-real value transfer and exploiting software bugs as a “fraudulent game pattern”.
Does the CoinCasino feed show VIP ranks?
No. Some casinos stamp a rank on every public bet, so their VIP ladder can be measured without its terms. CoinCasino doesn’t. Its payload is 9 keys wide (currency, eventTime, gameName, multiplier, payout, referenceId, stake, stakeSystem, username), with three optional game-metadata keys (gameSlugName, imageUrl and subProviderSlugName) on 20,916 newer rows. The responsible gambling page instead has you message Support and pick “a time span between 6 months and 5 years”, which “cannot be undone for a set period of time”. The Tobique validator page carries its own self-exclusion form, with periods of 6, 12 or 24 months or permanent. Tobique shares the request only with operators on its platform.

CoinCasino complaints: what can you do if something goes wrong?
Route unverifiedTo complain, write to CoinCasino’s Customer Service from your registered email address, or to complaints@coincasino.com, and expect an answer within 28 days. You have only three days from settlement to raise a dispute. After management, the terms send you to a licensing body no Tobique record lists.
Where a CoinCasino complaint ends
The terms send it to “our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.” (§21.6), with no address, form, deadline or license number. Terms §1 names Tobique as the licensor, and the name is on neither the Tobique list nor the Anjouan register. We couldn’t confirm the route exists or reaches anyone.
CoinCasino dispute deadline: 3 days
You must lodge a dispute within three days of the wager being decided, and “No claims will be honoured after this period” (Terms §21.4). The clock starts at settlement, not when you notice. Terms §21.2 says, in capitals, that CoinCasino takes no liability whatsoever when it responds to or acts on a complaint.
The Tobique complaint route
Tobique’s General Code of Practice makes licensees investigate complaints first and refer any dispute still unresolved after 2 months to an approved ADR entity, whose decision binds both sides (§29.3, §29.8). CoinCasino names no ADR provider. The Tobique validator opened from the coincasino.com seal carries a complaint form. Tobique says to use it only when an operator breaches its license, after taking the dispute to the operator.

We analyzed 291,521 settled bets from 168 hours of CoinCasino’s public feed, on the collector clock. All of them are priced, and 45.42% left the player down.
All 291,521 CoinCasino bets carry a full dollar record
The window runs on collection time, never the wall clock, so it is reproducible. Regenerate the snapshot and the same rows come back. Every row is checked against an exact 9-key payload, and every settlement partition has to close before the snapshot can be written. The capture is a bounded public feed observation, not a complete casino ledger or proof of continuous collection.
CoinCasino daily payout ratio: 200.59% to 300.41%
The daily ratio never came near break-even. Days are collector UTC days, on the same clock as every other figure here. The partial days at each end are smaller by construction and are shown as they are.
CoinCasino capture checks
Every row was checked against the payload contract (the nine keys every row must carry, plus three optional game-metadata keys that arrive together or not at all, on 20,916 rows). Its USD money was re-derived from the native amounts, and its outcome label checked against the sign of that money. One failure stops generation outright.
Gaps in the CoinCasino capture
The longest gap between collector observations was 2.58 hours. 36 gaps ran over a minute and 5 over five minutes, out of 170,898 intervals. Whatever the feed published in those gaps isn’t here, so the review claims no continuous coverage.

Why 242.37% paid back means the CoinCasino feed is selected
A settled casino ledger can’t pay $2.42 for every dollar staked and survive a week. So the figure says nothing about what CoinCasino pays out. It shows the public feed is a chosen slice of play.
The 242.37% is not a game’s RTP, a house edge, casino-wide revenue or a forecast for any account. It is one ratio over one week of one public feed.
44 of 44 feed cells pay back more than they take
The capture is cut four ways: stake size, currency, day and game title. An unbiased sample of settled play would put some cells below break-even, low-volatility table games especially. None sits there.
What changed since our first CoinCasino read
On Sep 9, 2026 every coincasino.com page we requested returned a geo-block, so we read archived copies. Those named EOD Code SRL as owner and claimed Anjouan license ALSI-142311005-FI2, filed under Igloo Ventures SRL. On Oct 4, 2026 the live site loaded. Its footer and terms now name Tobique and 3-102-937894 Limitada, the Anjouan row no longer lists coincasino.com, and the bonus terms and responsible gambling page are readable for the first time.
In the public feed, CoinCasino logged 291,521 bets and $2.8M of stake across 22 currency codes. 11 of those codes cleared the privacy floor and publish exact money.
Who is CoinCasino best for, and who should skip it?
- Slot players chasing a big match bonus. The 200% welcome bonus goes up to $30,000, slots count 100% toward the WR, and every rule is published.
- Players who want a big catalog. 2,638 different titles took bets in one week of the public feed.
- You live in the US, the UK or Australia. All three are on the 33-entry list in Terms §3.1.3, along with France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
- You want to withdraw a deposit you haven’t played. CoinCasino can take 8% of it, with a €4 minimum (Terms §8.2).

It aims to answer within a few days and at most 28 (§21.3), and it won’t honor a dispute raised more than three days after the wager is decided (§21.4).
