Rainbet restricted countries: where can’t you play?
Rainbet blocks 14 territories by name (Terms §4.1.3): the US, France, the Netherlands with Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, Australia, Austria, Germany, the UK and Spain. The block covers residents and anyone accessing the site from there, and VPNs and proxies are banned (§3.4). This is Rainbet’s list, not legal advice.
Rainbet’s list and the Anjouan license
The Anjouan license excludes seven territories plus every FATF-blacklisted or sanctioned country. Six of the seven are on Rainbet’s list, but Comoros is not. Rainbet also blocks Austria and Germany, which the license doesn’t name, and the proof-of-residence check in Terms §20.1 adds Cyprus.

How Rainbet checks where you are
Rainbet checks your location through KYC. It can ask at any time for documents “to determine the identity and location of a User”, and an address in a restricted country fails the proof-of-residence check (Terms §20.1). Terms §3.3 makes it “your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the service is legal”.
Rainbet in Canada and Argentina
Rainbet takes players from Canada and Argentina. Its Canada landing page calls it “available to players across Canada”, and the same page’s table says “most Canadian provinces”. Interac works only with a Canadian bank account, and AstroPay pays out in Argentina and 11 other countries.
In the bet feed, CAD was the second currency after USD, on 22.56% of captured bets. The feed also carried GBP and AUD bets, and the UK and Australia are on Rainbet’s list, so a currency label still isn’t proof of where a player lives.

Who owns Rainbet, and is its license real?
Rain Group Ltd (Anjouan company registration number 16077) runs Rainbet under Anjouan license ALSI-152406029-FI2. On Oct 4, 2026, the regulator’s seal validator showed the license as VALID for Rain Group Ltd and rainbet.com, and the public register dates it from June 14, 2024 to June 13, 2027. This gaming platform operates under License No. ALSI-152406029-FI2, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan pursuant to the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. All licensed activities are subject to the compliance and supervision frameworks managed by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.
Rainbet never prints its license number
The Terms say “licensed in Anjouan”, the footer seal says “Licensed” and the help center mentions “an official Anjouan gaming license”. The number shows up only at the regulator, through the footer seal or the public register. Open the register row
What Rainbet’s pages still say about Curaçao
Two live pages still point to an earlier license. Terms §21.6 sends an unresolved dispute to “our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.”, which has no row in the Anjouan register. The casino lobby’s marketing text says Rainbet is “licensed by the Curacao Gambling Authority”. Archived Terms show Rainbet under Gaming Services Provider N.V. license #365/JAZ until at least March 22, 2025, and they first say “licensed in Anjouan” in the July 10, 2025 capture.
Two Anjouan license conditions Rainbet doesn’t show
The license requires an ADR service for players who finish the internal complaint process, and responsible gaming tools “including self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. Rainbet names no ADR body, and its help center says “we currently do not offer deposit limits”.
The contract runs under Anjouan law (Terms §26.6). Archived Terms still named the operator RBGAMING N.V., under the same company number, as late as July 16, 2026. The footer also carries a Gamecheck seal, a commercial game-authenticity check, not a regulator.

Rainbet KYC: when does Rainbet ask for ID?
Rainbet’s help center says crypto play and withdrawals don’t need KYC unless Rainbet asks. Gift cards need none, and Interac needs KYC and email verification. The sign-up form asks for a username, an email address and a password, and no ID.
Three Rainbet documents, three moments for KYC
The AML policy says Rainbet verifies identity at account creation. The Terms let it ask at any time (§20.1), before you bet or withdraw (§5.2), and for photo ID and proof of address, or a selfie or a call, before any withdrawal (§8.3). The help center says only when Rainbet asks.
What happens while Rainbet reviews your ID
After you upload, the account shows “Temporarily Approved”. You can’t deposit more than EUR 500 in total or complete any withdrawal until the review ends (Terms §20.1). The KYC team has 24 hours to review your documents and email you, and the same clause says verification “may take up to 7 business days”. Rainbet verifies through Sumsub.
If you fail Rainbet KYC
Failing or refusing the check means confiscation of your funds, and fake documents mean permanent closure and forfeiture of everything in the account (Terms §20.1, §20.2). Rainbet can also restrict payments and withdrawals if you don’t finish within 72 hours.

Rainbet withdrawals: what has to happen before you cash out?
Rainbet takes no fee on crypto withdrawals, so you pay only the network fee. Its own review usually takes 5 to 15 minutes, then the network confirms, and a Bitcoin withdrawal can take 45 to 60 minutes when fees spike. The minimum is $15, and Rainbet publishes no maximum, no daily count and no installment rule.
The 1x wager lock on Rainbet deposits
Every crypto deposit carries a 1x wager lock (Terms §8.7). You wager it once before you can withdraw it or tip it, every game counts in full, and there’s no progress display, so support checks what’s left. Terms §8.2 instead speaks of a withdrawal commission on an unplayed deposit, with no figure published.
When Rainbet can hold a withdrawal
On suspicion of unfair play in the sportsbook, Rainbet can hold any withdrawal request for up to 31 calendar days while it investigates (Sportsbook Rules §7.4.1). It can also ask for ID before any withdrawal (Terms §8.3).
Rainbet fiat payments: Interac and AstroPay
Interac works with Canadian bank accounts only, with deposits from C$15 and withdrawals from C$50 at a C$2.85 fee. AstroPay pays out in 12 countries, Argentina and Mexico among them, from $50 with a 0.5% fee. Kinguin gift cards are a deposit option too.
Marketing claims Rainbet’s help center doesn’t back
The casino lobby’s marketing text lists Pix, PicPay and RuneScape Gold as payment options, and the homepage FAQ mentions cards and bank transfers. The help center’s cashier covers crypto, Interac and Kinguin gift cards to deposit, and crypto, Interac and AstroPay to withdraw.
Rainbet currencies in the feed: all 18 are fiat
58.07% of captured bets were in USD and 22.56% in CAD, with sixteen more codes down to JPY. Each code’s USD rate holds steady (CAD at 0.7127 and EUR at 1.1440 at the median), which is how every bet converts to one dollar figure. These are display currencies for bets, while Rainbet’s cashier pays out in 11 crypto coins.
Payout ratios by currency run from 59.86% to 130.81%, because the small codes hold so few bets that one big payout moves them.
Rainbet’s biggest payout in the feed
The biggest single payout in the window was $1,073,520.00 on Wanted Dead or a Wild, from a $180,000.00 bet. That is a bet result the feed published, not a confirmed withdrawal, and it says nothing about withdrawal limits.

Rainbet bonuses, rakeback and VIP: what are they worth?
Rainbet’s help center lists one first-deposit promotion, “40x Wager Locked”, a 100% match plus free spins on Sweet Bonanza. You wager 40x the deposit plus the bonus, so a $100 deposit becomes $200 and needs $8,000 wagered before a cash withdrawal. Games over 97.4% RTP are disabled while it runs, and no expiry is published.
Where Rainbet’s bonus pages disagree
- Welcome offer: One in the help center. Rainbet’s promotions terms and the homepage describe two paths, Wager Lock and No Wager Lock.
- Max bet: 1% of the deposit in the help center. The promotions terms and the homepage say 2%.
- WR: 40x in the two bonus articles. Terms §8.2 says only that a promotion means a wager “twice the usual amount”.
The promotions terms also take deposits from $30 to $700 and rule out Hacksaw and Nolimit slots while you wager. They add that “Leveling up is slower and rewards are lower while this promotion is active.” Rainbet’s promotions page doesn’t link them. Read Rainbet’s promotions terms
Rainbet rakeback and the reward calendar
Rakeback follows your total wagered and is claimable every 15 minutes, and Rainbet publishes no rate. The casino lobby’s 10% rakeback is marketing copy the help center doesn’t back. A Daily Reload unlocks every 8 hours, and daily, weekly, pre-monthly and monthly bonuses land on a calendar, sized by an “Expected Value (EV)” metric. A reward expires once the next one unlocks.
Rainbet VIP ranks, from Bronze to Infernal Diamond
Rainbet has 25 ranks in 7 families by total wagered, from Bronze I at $4,000 to Infernal Diamond I at $1B. Weekly free spins start at Gold, and a VIP host at Platinum III, $2.5M wagered, through live support. VIP members also get tailored bonuses and priority withdrawals. Rank-up rewards vary with your profit and loss, and no document says whether a rank can drop.
Rainbet races and raffle
Rainbet runs a $25,000 daily race, a $100,000 weekly race and a $1,000,000 monthly race, paying $4,000, $13,000 and $100,000 for first place. Points follow your wager, weighted against each game’s RTP, so higher-RTP games earn fewer points, and sportsbook bets count 3x. The weekly raffle pays out $20,000.
Rainbet ranks in the bet feed
25 rank labels show up on 2,025,238 of the 2,264,057 captured bets. The Diamond family had 127 account keys and 30.75% of the week’s stake, on 1.29% of the bets, and Infernal Diamond, above it, had 2 keys. The feed’s Infernal I label, on 18 bets, is a real rank. The Rewards page puts it at $500M wagered, between Diamond V at $250M and Infernal Diamond I.
Can a Rainbet rank drop?
No Rainbet document says, and one week of data can’t show it. The feed shows 6,952 rank-ups and 0 rank-downs, but a rank that never falls and one that resets monthly look the same in a 168-hour window.
- Keys that moved: 4,992 of 47,568. A move is two back-to-back ranked bets by the same key, in collector order.
- Biggest jump: 11 rungs. Between two back-to-back bets by one key. Bets the collector missed may sit in between.
- Keys higher at the end: 4,501. Against 0 lower and 27,620 unchanged.
- Keys with no clear direction: 15,447. Their first or last bet carried no rank the snapshot orders, so no direction is claimed.

Rainbet Originals vs other games in the feed
Bets tagged as Originals paid back 272.70%, against 67.39% for everything else, but the tag is a weak label. A bet counts as an Original only when its game image path contains /originals/, and only 341,624 of the 2,264,057 bets (15.09%) carry an image path at all.
So the split runs bet by bet. Blackjack puts 32,384 bets in the Originals lane out of 80,364 in total. The two lanes add up exactly to all 2,264,057 bets and $17.8M of stake. The 272.70% says which bets the feed tags. It doesn’t say Rainbet’s own games pay 2.7x stake.

What responsible gambling tools does Rainbet offer?
Rainbet offers loss limits and self-exclusion, and no deposit limits. You set a daily, weekly or monthly net loss limit in account settings, and betting pauses at once if your recent losses already reach it. The help center says “we currently do not offer deposit limits”, although the Anjouan license requires them.
Rainbet self-exclusion can’t be reversed
You request it on the Responsible Gambling page while logged in and confirm by email. A 24-hour cooldown runs, then a second email lets you pick the length. Once it starts, it “cannot be reversed under any circumstances” (Terms §6.11).
How long a Rainbet self-exclusion lasts
Rainbet gives two answers. The Terms and the help center let you choose the period. The Responsible Gambling Policy closes the account for a mandatory 90 days after any request. Closing the account for good takes the 24-hour exclusion, then the 90-day one, then a request to support.
Anjouan’s self-exclusion form
Rainbet’s license seal page also carries the regulator’s own self-exclusion form, prefilled with Rain Group Ltd. You can pick a 2-day or 1-week cool-off, 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year or permanent. Open the regulator’s self-exclusion form

Rainbet complaints: what can you do if something goes wrong?
Start with customer service from your registered email, or write to complaints@rainbet.com with your name, contact details, documents and the outcome you want. You have three days from the wager being decided to dispute it (Terms §21.4), against the 14 or 30 days Anjouan’s own process allows.
Rainbet’s two complaint routes
The Terms promise a reply within 28 days and escalate to management, then to “our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.” (§21.3, §21.5, §21.6). The Complaints Policy promises an acknowledgment within 2 business days and a first answer within 10, then goes to the Compliance Manager and “appropriate legal jurisdictions”. Gaming Services Provider N.V. has no row in the Anjouan register.
Rainbet ADR: none named
The Anjouan license requires an independent ADR service once the internal process ends. Rainbet names none.
The Anjouan complaint route
Anjouan doesn’t handle player complaints itself. You file through the complaint form on the casino’s seal page, which Rainbet’s carries, and Rainbet gets 30 calendar days to answer. After that, you can go to an approved ADR (EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V.), at the casino’s cost. We analyzed 2,264,057 settled Rainbet bets over 168 hours, with $17.8M staked and a player result of −$170.4K. The payout ratio of 99.05% drops to 64.13% when 1,000 bets come out (−34.91 pp). That describes one past capture and is not a game’s RTP, a house edge or a forecast.
Every bet has a USD stake and payout, so the ledger covers 100.00% of the capture. The dollars are a common unit converted from the feed’s own fields, not what anyone deposited.
How much the biggest Rainbet payouts move the ratio
0.0442% of bets carried 47.18% of all payouts. Remove the biggest single payout and the ratio moves −5.07 pp. Remove 100 and it falls to 80.96%. Remove 1,000, still 0.0442% of the week, and the rest of the feed paid back 64.13%. All five rows use the same bets. None corrects the others, and the top row is the headline.
Removing tail payouts removes their stakes too. The 1,000-payout cut also takes out $3.3M of stake, 18.43% of the week. So 64.13% isn’t “the real ratio” either. It is what’s left with the biggest bets on both sides gone, and we show it because it makes the headline look worst.

A public feed near or above 100% shows a selected set of bets, and the cuts measure how few bets it takes. 2,089 bets hit 100x or more, turning $2,987.70 into $785.5K. The top multiplier of the week was 12,000x.
Wins, losses and bet sizes at Rainbet
83.10% of bets lost and 15.10% won. The losses paid back 10.53% of their stake and the wins 287.04%, so lots of small losses ran against a few very big wins. Stake bands show it from the other side. 60.07% of bets were under $1, while the 0.09% at $1,000 or more carried 40.29% of the money.

- You want deposit limits. Rainbet offers loss limits and self-exclusion, and its help center says it doesn’t offer deposit limits.
- You want a dispute route past the casino. Rainbet names no ADR body, and Terms §21.6 escalates to a licensing body the Anjouan register doesn’t list.

We haven’t contacted any regulator or filed a complaint. Every value is the record as it stood on the day we checked, linked so you can check it yourself. Registers and footers can change without notice.
On Oct 4, 2026, the same register marked the status field “valid” for all 1,539 rows it published, including 344 whose expiry dates had already passed. The field is uniform, so it carries no information about this or any individual license.
The Authority’s own status definitions page recognizes four statuses (Active, Suspended, Revoked and Expired) and states that “Only entities with an Active licence status are authorised to conduct licensed internet gaming activities.” “Valid”, the word the register actually prints, is not one of the four.

A search for “Gaming Services Provider” returned none.
What this means: Holder, license type, issue date, expiry date and the domain rainbet.com all come from the regulator. The register’s status column doesn’t count, because other rows keep “Valid” past their expiry date.

The Internet Archive holds captures of rainbet.com/terms in 14 different months, from November 8, 2023 to October 4, 2026. Nine were read as raw HTML, because the archived app redirects to a “restricted” blocker. Each archived reading below carries its capture date. The register dates the Anjouan license from June 14, 2024. Archived Terms kept the Curaçao wording until at least March 22, 2025. They first say “licensed in Anjouan” in the July 10, 2025 capture.
What this means: Gaming Services Provider N.V. license #365/JAZ comes only from archived Terms, each dated by its capture. It is Rainbet’s history, not a second current license.

Anjouan license conditions, and the two Rainbet doesn’t show
The validator lists three license conditions. Dispute Resolution: the operator must provide access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution service, and players must conclude the operator’s internal complaints process before using it. Regulatory Compliance: international AML protocols, plus functional responsible-gaming tools “including self-exclusion and deposit limit capabilities”. Software Integrity: certified Random Number Generators. Rainbet doesn’t show two of the Anjouan license’s conditions. No Rainbet document names an ADR provider, and the help center says “we currently do not offer deposit limits”. Rainbet offers loss limits and self-exclusion instead.
The Gamecheck seal in Rainbet’s footer
The footer also carries a Gamecheck seal. Gamecheck’s profile for rainbet.com lists “real games” checks on Aug 6, Aug 25 and Sep 10, 2026, finding no fake games. Gamecheck is a commercial game-authenticity service, not a regulator or a payout audit.

Twice, in the KYC guideline of Terms §20.1. Proof of ID (Terms §20.1): the §4.1.3 countries, with “Curacao” and “United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland” spelled that way.
The proof-of-residence check in Terms §20.1 rejects an address in a restricted country, listed as the §4.1.3 countries “and Cyprus”.
Cyprus is not on the Terms §4.1.3 list. The proof-of-residence copy in Terms §20.1 adds it.

It requires the amount disputed, the games played, dispute details, screenshots and chats, a government photo ID, proof of address and proof of source of funds. The form says Anjouan Licensing Services should be contacted only about a license breach. Payout or account disputes go to the operator first, and independent bodies “should be listed on the Operator website”. The Anjouan validator page for rainbet.com carries its own self-exclusion form, prefilled with Rain Group Ltd and rainbet.com. Periods run from a 2-day and a 1-week cool-off through 1, 2, 3 and 6 months, 1 year and permanent. The regulator shares the list only with operators on the Anjouan platform.

Complaints Anjouan won’t hear
The validator states that disputes, claims or complaints from players in the excluded territories “fall entirely outside the regulatory scope of the Anjouan Internet Gaming License and will not be entertained”. The Anjouan validator excludes seven territories plus all FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. Six of the seven are on Rainbet’s list. Comoros is not, although Rain Group Ltd is registered in Anjouan, an island of the Comoros. Rainbet also restricts Austria and Germany, which the validator doesn’t name.
