Shock Limbo fairness

Shock hashes its server seed with SHA-256 before play and lets you set your own client seed. One nonce runs across every Shock Original, so it climbs with each bet you place on any of them. When you check a Limbo round, its nonce counts the Dice, Mines or Plinko bets you placed before it.
