How Thrill Dice rolls

Thrill draws a whole number from 0 to 10,000 and divides it by 100. That gives 10,001 possible results, each to two decimals. The lower your win chance, the higher the multiplier. Shuffle publishes the same 9,900x top for a 0.01% win chance on the same roll.
